It was helpful during the intake because they ask specific questions to narrow down your search and give you a very easy list of the options for what you are looking for. I do think it would have been a smoother process in the beginning if there was regular communication from the very getgo but it was a little slow as I'm sure they had to prioritize the weddings that were more upcoming. However when it came time closer to our wedding they were definitely very involved in trying to get all details lined up. I had some anxiety with the wedding and whole planning process especially with the weather conditions but there was consistent and constant communication leading up and their advice and suggestions/expertise really helped in making decisions. The day itself was difficult as it was really downpouring right up until the ceremony began but seeing the staff and Cindy and Jessica work so hard for all things to come together was really wonderful and you can tell they really worked hard to make everything come together. Planning a destination is not easy at all and as much of a difficulty it is making decisions, having this team really made it so much easier and you can feel like you can leave it up to them to get everything completed. There were a few hiccups with some items of course that you can expect with all weddings for sure but it was still such an amazing and easy experience that you don't even care about the things that didn't go fully right and just remember the amazing time and the whole wedding that it didn't feel there were any regrets at all. Cindy especially was so good at responses and answering all the nitty gritty that they are such a great team and Jessica really tries to take on the stresses for you so that you're not stressed as the bride. As crazy as it sounds, our wedding venue actually canceled on us just over 2 weeks before our wedding date after a year of planning! Kim was on it though, and was able to help us plan a new wedding in just two weeks! She scrambled and worked diligently to do everything she could, to help us still move forward with our wedding, keep and support all our local vendors (14 different local vendors), and most importantly, keep our same wedding date. Kim handled all the hard discussions with our vendors with relocating and all the adjustments with our guests, so flawlessly! She always listened to our needs and plans but also offered suggestions and advice that we did not think of or considered.  She has many contacts throughout the island and is very trustworthy.  She shared documents, kept us on track with planning, and she was an absolute life saver the day of the wedding.  Her colleague, Nathan, came through in the clutch for us as well on our wedding day with lots of extra setup and arrangements that we added last minute.   They made everything easy for us and worry-free even after the wedding when we were exhausted! Lunch was fresh pineapple fried rice with tofu, fresh broccoli with sesame seeds and almonds and a little butter, local zucchini boats filled with seitan and mozzarella cheese on top, and roasted sweet potatoes. Hawaiian corn on the cob (non-GMO, so smaller and sweeter -- I devoured it!) was served. Dessert was local fresh fruit consisting of apple banana slices, strawberry papaya, & kumquats, mixed with grapes and strawberries and homamade banana bread. This was served with homemade sorbet and local macadamia nut ice cream. Absolutely delicious! Lunch was served quickly (15 minutes early) and the kitchen was clean when she left. It was relaxing to be served and be at home after lunch rather than driving home from a restaurant. It was a wonderful experience.
