While the wedding came off well, the final communications were very stressful. Read the other reviews and you will see issues with communication. So, why 4 stars then? For 2 reasons: A Maui wedding is still special and Peggy's staff knows her shortcomings and makes it work. I am an engineer/project manager therefor I am very detail oriented and very clear in my communications. It became very clear to me in the last few days before the wedding that Peggy wasn't reading all the emails nor the attachments that detailed our desires over the last 8 months. There were questions about the additions we requested and the billing of those services up to the day of the wedding. In the end Peggy made good on the wedding, but it sure was stressful. Expect Peggy to rarely be in the office or available by phone. On the wedding day I asked Peggy's service providers if it always seems screwed up like this. The response was a unanimous laugh, "yes" and "but we got you covered". And they did! The limo driver, photographer, videographer, harpist and minister were a well oiled machine that saved the day. The service providers went above and beyond to make the day special. We received our pictures and video back and they were as wonderful as the wedding. The only negative part of the actual wedding was the cake. Not very good cake quality nor decorated very nice at all. The bride complained about the cake and everyone agreed with her. Peggy is nothing short of a miracle worker! In the midst of planning an impromptu birthday trip to Maui my fiancé (now husband!) and I decided we should get married in paradise.
