The food was great. Serving size was big. Staff was friendly and curtious and knew the menu.

This place is still family owned and is still very clean neat and tidy. Arrived at 11:15 which is between breakfast and lunch and I knew I'd have a hard time choosing cause their menu is so huge Haven't been here in five years according to what I just read on my old review and I used to come here often. It's not a very health conscious nor diabetic friendly place to dine, but I suppose if I had chosen an omelette that would've been much better than the medium well done burger that came on a very large bun with an entire half platter of french fries. the burger was just a tad overcooked but delicious. I opted not to eat the bread at all because of the amount of fries I was dying to dig into and they were extremely hot and tasty but wow, quite oily and there was a fishy taste as in they use the same oil for chicken, fish and french fries. The food was hot. The server was attentive. The food was good though if you're looking for healthy not the best choice hence why I haven't been here in five years, but I try to enjoy mostly mom and Pops around berea Parma Heights, Middleburg Heights, Parma rather than the chains and at least the food is fresh hot and tasty. Those who read me before know I dine out 4 to 6 times each week so I'm always looking for something new to try or an old haunt to return to. This is my return to for this week. Nice job read more

This is a solid choice for any meal. Came here on a whim. Good reviews and it was close to where we were. Overall I'd say it's a good choice. Went in at lunch time. It had a number of people eating. The place is neat and clean. Not huge but can fit a decent amount of people. We both got the Mediterranean wrap off the server telling us all the wraps are good. I was originally thinking salad which she said was big and good but the one I wanted didn't have the ingredients I wanted. I like lots of stuff in my salad. So I pivoted to the wrap. They do have all day breakfast but I opted for lunch. Upgraded to fries and was not disappointed. Big portion. Ended up having it for 2 meals. Took it home. It was packed full of chicken and veggies and really good. I'd get it again. Server was great and was running around as she was the only server. Food was out quickly. Service was good and friendly. Prices are about average. But as I said I took home and got 2 meals. This is a keeper. Good find! read more

The server I had today will keep me from going back for a long time Olivia was rude and ridiculous, threw the check down at the table all because the bacon I order did not come with my entree. I told her dont worry about it. I don't want it. She then gave me some serious attitude about it. They had no problem making the back for the BLT. When the bill was thrown down on the table it was totally wrong. Had a coffee and Ice Tea, We never drank or ordered or even received. Both food items were wrong. Super good food and service! Everything here is freshly prepared and made to order. The menu is extensive and breakfast can be ordered at any time. The iced tea was delicious too. Fresh brewed! Our appetizer was excellent. Ate the loaded fries and it was more than enough for two to share. The toppings tasted great on the fries. Ordered the Mediterranean wrap and really enjoyed it! My husband ordered the Gyro Salad once again. In his words nothing compares. They set a very high bar when it comes to this salad. When he's had a Gyro salad anywhere else he feels cheated. The Gyro meat in this salad is nice and thick. The olive oil they use is of great quality. He enjoys every bite. He knows about olive oil believe me, he's Italian :) . What I really enjoy about this place is the owner and the waitresses. The owner comes up to our table to make sure that everything is perfect for us. The waitresses have a smile on their face and they make you feel that you are the only table that they have. Very attentive to the needs of guests, quick on getting coffee and any drinks. On this trip I had a grill cheese with chips. I enjoyed it as well. The dining area itself is lined with booths against the wall. It's separated by a barrier due to the current environment. The middle of the restaurant has a row of tables. As soon as you walk in be sure to read the specials of the day. Please support this business. Was there on a late Monday morning around 11:00am last week. Was seated by the hostess who gave me a menu. The restaurant was kind of busy, she told me someone would be right with me. A physically sat for over 50 minutes with no one asking me if I want anything. I got up and told the young lady bussing tables to ask the manager to come out so I could tell him my experience, he never did. This was disappointing as there was a lot of selections at reasonable prices. I ordered a spinach omelette and the eggs were overcooked with a hard brown outside. Went here with my mom last week for lunch. We both ordered the Ruben wrap which was super delicious. My mom sometimes is limited on what she can eat due to her chemo treatments but she had plenty of options on the menu. Our waitress was super nice and working her butt off. She was one of the two people working the floor and if she was stressed she didn't let it show. Prices were reasonable for todays prices. Because I have sensitivity to certain grains, I can only order certain things. After poring through the menu, I chose the broiled grouper in a lemon butter sauce, rice (which I can tolerate) and vegetables. What I recieved was a filet of grouper dredged in flour, which I cannot eat. The "vegetables" was simply canned corn. Also NOT a vegetable but grain I cannot eat. So essentially I spent 10.95 on sub-par rice. My roommate ordered the fried perch dinner. While 3 huge pieces were given, all 3 were extremely overcooked and dry. Had a craving for an omelette today for lunch. I ordered the sausage and cheese and an iced tea. Food came out quick and it was cooked perfectly. I couldn't finish it all. This establishment is clean and the crowd size increased as I ate. I hate to call it profound but a low cost meal where my arms didn't stick to the table (clean) was a suppose. Have gone for lunch here many times and am usually satisfied - this time around I opted for breakfast fare and was sick to my stomach the rest of the day - I had blueberry pancakes with eggs and bacon - the only thing I think that could have made me so sick was the eggs. Five stars because I've been going to Bagley's for years. My out of town friends and family all know about Bagley's. It feels like home. Staff greet me by name and Dimitri is always friendly. The food is not spectacular but it is always good. There is a wide variety and they are willing to accommodate special requests. Prices are VERY reasonable. Bagley's is not a large restaurant so you might have to wait on a Sunday morning but the omelets are worth the wait. Basic good food, friendly staff, clean, and good prices...what more could you ask from a hidden gem! read more

Family owned and operated Bagley's Grill is truly a hidden GEM! It's in a popular strip mall, and well worth the drive wherever you are on the west side. This is an 'old school', traditional diner with great homestyle cooked food, big portions, spot on friendly service, and affordable pricing. A much better value than the large 'chain restaurants'. We had the chicken parm with fettucine, tuna wrap, and Greek style 'avgolemono' chicken soup... all delicious! This was our first time there, and certainly won't be our last. I like this place, I really do. The food is very good. But I come to Bagley's on a lunch break and need to get back to my office. This is the 3rd time it's taken forever to be served and to get my food. So I will no longer be able to eat lunch here. I am still leaving a 4 star review because the food is good and I understand their frustration with finding employees. I get it. My husband and I are always on the lookout for a good,local breakfast place around the Parma area. We haven't had too much luck. Until we came across this little gem. It fills up fast and sometimes a line, but worth the wait. They have 4 egg o letters and non-greasy, crispy home fries. Their sausage gravy comes out steaming hot (my husband gets cranky when it's like warm). Their coffee is delicious and they keep it filled. The bathrooms are not extremely clean, but I'll overlook that since their food is so good. I'd definitely give this place a try. read more

A family member recommended we meet at Bagley's Grill. I'd never been, and never heard of it, so I was game to try it. I've now eaten there twice, and each time was great. The staff is wonderful. Best waitstaff ever. Seriously. Both gals were at the top of their game during a busy dinner rush (6pm-7pm) Both visits the salad starter has been super fresh with a nice mix of veggies. Sliced baguette & real butter, too. The portion sizes of the entrees are large. I always take half my meal home and eat it for another meal or two. Because of that I feel it's a good value =) Though my table mates always eat everything on their plate, taking nothing with them, so I guess that proves they really enjoyed their choices too =) If you enjoy couponing, there have been coupons in local publications, so keep an eye out for one of those and give Bagley's Grill a try. read more

Well, first it's in a strip mall. Nothing bad about that. When we walked in, there was an older couple in front of us, and we let them go first, and pick a table. We picked the one booth in the corner, the seat back cushion was torn and tattered. Before we went to Bagley's, I looked over the menu on the internet, and picked out what I was going to have. BIG mistake... When we got there, I was looking thru menu, and what I had wanted was not on the menu. The young lady I was with ordered the "special" pork chops.. and salad and got rice pudding desert. Her salad, had the butt end of the head of the lettuce "REALLY COME ON NOW", The pork chops tasted like "fish". Even the waitress even admitted they only had one deep fryer, so you will have that.. YEAH no duh. Come on, a place that's been around for more than 10 years only has ONE fryer? My food, I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana & Fettuccini. Well, the chicken, again had a "fishy" taste. mmm I wonder why. The noodles were not cooked thoroughly. and hard in the middle. Also not strained very well, because i had a LOT of water on my plate. The place was clean, table clean, not sticky or like that. The bill for the meal was just under 30.00, so price not that bad, when you figure $15.00 per person. it's just the BAD food i cannot get past. I do know one thing.
