Nice little diner, had a decent breakfast here. The place is small but cute and clean inside. Our server was very nice too. We tried an omelette and eggs with corned beef hash, both were decent. Parking is tough, there aren't many spots out front, but it's Lakewood so that's kind of typical so plan accordingly.

A little unassuming place. I almost passed it up as it sits in the corner of a little plaza. Small, cozy, city style on the inside. Lots of little tables. I wanted a local, welcoming breakfast place and I found it. I enjoyed a breakfast sandwich, bagel, egg, sausage patty, with a hash brown add on with coffee. $10! How can you beat that in 2023.

I love this place! The food is great, service is great, friendly, fast... it's diner food but always really good!

This place was a great local diner. I was killing some time by myself before heading somewhere else and found great reviews on Yelp. They did not disappoint. You are getting classic diner staples here. I ordered the classic breakfast that came with meat, choice of eggs, potato and toast. I opted for bacon, eggs over easy, potatoes with peppers and onions and rye toast. Let me tell you how quick this was- seriously maybe 5-10 minutes max. The staff was killing it and out here slingin all the breakfast goods! I would definitely recommend this if you are looking for a local no frills diner in the Cleveland area!

Great spot. Small, but tidy location, small parking lot too. Inside, the staff is warm and welcoming, there's a pastry cabinet with some delicious pies and desserts, also some to go items and bottled soft drinks and water. The seated dining area is compact but well utilized and comfortable. Our server took a few minutes as they were tending to some carry-out orders, but when she arrived we were ready to order our breakfast (and coffee, of course) Our food quickly arrived, I had the meat lovers omelette (duh) which was a good, low frills execution of a three egg omelette with bacon, sausage, ham, and ...? Seem like 4 , just can't remember the fourth. Served with home fries. The home fries are cooked with green peppers and onions (as they should be!). And although they were not super crispy, they were good. Needed a bit more spice. My son had the breakfast sandwich, which he approved of and immediately consumed the whole thing. The coffee was good diner coffee, well made and served at a nice temperature. Service was quick, friendly and attentive. Good place, nice atmosphere, we will be back!

This pace continues to rock! Fast service, tasty food, and everything even the most paranoid COVID worrier would worry about. Had the best veggie omelet, ever, for breakfast this morning. I drive 30 minutes to Lakewood for service on my car, then I walk to the Dog. Need the car to breakdown more often!

It's a great place for diner food in Lakewood. The service has been great every time that we've been in. It's not the largest establishment, so probably not the best place for more than 6 people, but we've been seated with 6 people in a reasonable amount of time. I've have the Huevos rancheros and the Eagle special. They also have great French fries. There is a parking lot, but they share the lot with a laundry mat. You can park across the street at the school or on a side street. If you're looking for good food, at a good price, with good service, this is your place.

A great diner. The food is fresh, the servers are swift and kind. And in case you need it. There's a laundromat next door!

A few things to note if you decide to try it out: there are no reservations. Seating is first come, first served, and a line forms outside in the benches. Hop in line and expect to wait about 15 minutes. Very casual and smooth! Also, they take card but would appreciate if you paid cash to cut down on credit card expenses. You get a fun treat if you do! I started my breakfast with some freshly brewed coffee that they kept topping off throughout the morning. I also get some fresh fruit and the strawberries were sooo sweet! Get the fruit, because it's a nice snack while you wait for your meal to come out. For my entrée, I ordered two buttermilk pancakes and a side of eggs scrambled with cheese and the home fries. The pancakes were fluffy and the syrup was nice and thick. I loved how the eggs came out. They were cooked perfectly with cheddar cheese. And the home fries stole my heart. How a restaurant prepares their home fries sets the tone for me anywhere. They were seasoned very well and I could tell that they are a great foundation to the entrees on the house specialties menu. I will be returning to try some of the savory dishes very soon!

Both were delicious! The biscuit was perfectly buttery, and it was covered in a rich, flavorful mushroom gravy and came with scrambled eggs. It was filling but somehow not too heavy. It was topped with a thin layer of rhubarb jam that brought a nice tartness along with a dollop of sorghum butter and whipped cream, and served with Ohio maple syrup on the side. I could have easily had a whole stack of the pancakes. The staff was friendly, and though the place was busy, the service was efficient. Excited to come here again! The only reason I gave them a 2 was because our server (when she finally showed up) tried hard to be sweet. I was a little apprehensive when we walked in and there was only two guys in the whole place, and they were drinking their lunch. We seated ourselves, because there was no one at the door and no instructions, so we didn't know what else to do. We sat in clear view of the bar so the bartender, who was the only employee visible, could see us easily. She glanced over a couple times, tinkered around behind the bar, and talked on her phone. But never acknowledged us. We decided to sit for up to 5 minutes and if nothing happened we would just leave. Finally, the establishment's sole employee wandered over with menus and water and thanked us for being patient... Really? My wife ordered a breakfast sandwich and I ordered a toasted plain bagel with cream cheese and honey. We both ordered coffee. Our food showed up quickly enough. My wife's looked and tasted pretty good. Mine showed up as a toasted bagel with honey... no cream cheese? Our server was kind enough to bring me my cream cheese when I requested it. And the bagel was okay after that. I could tell just looking at it that the coffee was going to be a real experience. It was as black as tar. And even after 3 creams, that's exactly what it tasted like... Tar. It was horrible! I don't know what to tell you. Other people seemed to like this place. Who am I to argue with their experience. All I can tell you is my experience was terrible. We're writing this place off.
