I realize I haven't been there in a while but I did call the correct office. She offered to make me an appointment but I said don't bother. I had already waited almost 3 weeks and I'm sure it would have been another 3 because she kept telling me how full they are. I love Dr. Yanta but I probably won't go there again. It's too hard to get an appointment and frankly the person at the front wasn't very friendly. His office staff used to be much better than this.

I ended up with an infection and he worked with me through it and when he realized I needed more drastic intervention, he sent me to an Infectious Disease doctor and continued to work with him and get updates on my condition. I now see Dr. Preston Imhof for a vertigo/motion sickness condition and he's been great to help me out with ADA forms for work. Tip: Fill the forms out for your doctor and then have him review them. Not only does this save on time, but he doesn't know what your job is, so this helps tremendously. On my last visit he thanked me for having the forms prefilled out and all he had to do was review and sign. He said it's a huge time saver for them. It also saved me the fee for him having to fill out the form! :-)

The best ENT doctor! I had a clogged ear on July 4 and went to Piedmont Urgent Care. A doctor there…read moretold me I have a severe ear infection. I thought it was ear wax, but she told me differently. She prescribed Amoxicillin and Neomycin and the 7 days I took it I felt so ill. My body wasn't taking the antibiotics well. Fast forward to this week, I wanted a professional evaluation and went to go see Dr.Kim. The office staff were very welcoming and kind. Dr.Kim and the other nurses listened to my words. When Dr.Kim looked into my ear she said there was fluid and wax in there. She suctioned my ear up and a few minutes later I am HEARING AGAIN out of my left ear!!!! I was so happy with joy I thought I was going to cry. Almost. Dr.Kim is awesome and so very kind. I am so happy right now that she fixed my problem. As for the pills, I was taking them for no reason thanks to the other doctor at Piedmont Urgent Care. I am happy right now so I don't even care about it anymore. She is absolutely kind, knowledgable, caring, helpful, and does a very excellent job of treating all of her patients. I came to her with severe nasal congestion and nasal drainage. She examined the inside of my nose on my very visitation with her as well as ask me if I had any sinus pressure, ear pain, or headaches. I told her that I did not, and she explained to me that I did have a sinus infection on my first visit. So, she prescribed me a strong antibiotic and a nasal spray. I have taken all of the antibiotic that she has prescribed me as well as used the nasal spray and it helped a whole lot. I started to have relief just after two days. When I went back to her for a follow up visit, she inserted her nasal light up inside of my nose and then irrigated (suctioned) each one of my own sinus cavities. She also sprayed the inside of my nose and then to a sample culture for testing. She called me back Friday afternoon with the results and told me exactly what kind of bacterial sinus infection that I had and to inform me to take the remaining antibiotics. I have done just that. When she suctioned and irrigated both of my nasal cavities, I had a lot more immediate relief. I have also continued to take nasal spray afterwards as she advised and recommended. It has been close to a whole week and today I am 100% better and free from my own sinus infection and it is all because of Dr. Jenny Kim. She has sped up and shortened the duration my suffering. Dr. Kim has never rushed through any of my own appointments and visits with her at all. She has always taken plenty of time with treating and not rushing at all. Dr. Kim truly is an excellent, knowledgable, and wonderful Otolaryngologist with a true passion and a true love for the kind of medicine that she practices. She also treats all of her patients extremely well and with lots of care. I absolutely do highly recommend her. She is simply the best!

In my experiences, this is one of two great clinics that I've ever been to, and I know I made a…read moregreat decision after I selected Dr Abdulbaaqee as my primary physician and met her for the first time a few years ago. Based on my personal observation, Dr A is a thinking doctor, who listens closely and then makes great decisions. She has never forced me to blindly follow her suggestions, and, if I don't follow her suggestions, she doesn't try to shame me, but will say, "OK, but we'll keep an eye on this and see where this goes." Dr Abdulbaaqee has an sharp eye for detail. Over a span of 6 months, she kept tabs on my medical records via continuing tests. She had a hunch what it could be, and, without alarming me, she referred me to a specialist who was able to fully diagnose that there was truly a concerning medical condition that has to continuously be monitored. Dr A is very easy to talk to, and I've been impressed with how closely she has listened to me over the years that she's been my physician. The only negative thing that I can say is that others have discovered how good this clinic and the Dr are, and now, unless you're ill or slightly injured, it's more difficult to get same day appointments. I highly recommend this clinic, especially because Dr Abdulbaaqee is here.

I sent them a message via the website over the weekend to get more information about the ear wax removal process. Rhonda replied Monday via email answering any questions I had. I then made an appointment for 10:30am Saturday. I was running a little behind Saturday but they were understanding. When I got there I filled about 3 pages of information and then Dr. Jodi came and took me to the back. She was very nice and personable. She was telling me what we all already know, don't use a tips, lol. She then checked my ears. To my surprise my left ear was clear so she only did the process on my right ear. The amount of wax that she got from the ear wasn't much but at least it was gone. It's $30 per ear for the ear wax removal process. They don't take insurance but you do have the option to use your HSA to pay.

They told us to complete the paperwork beforehand and arrive 20 minutes early. I completed all of the paperwork and we got to the office at about 10:05. We sat in the waiting room until 10:45. Then they took us back to a room, basically a second waiting room, where we answered about four questions and then waited again until 11:05 before the doctor finally came in. Once he came in everything was fine. Procedure went well and the doctor was very professional. Boosted this review from a two star to a three, until I went to check out. They said the charge was $60 total, since we were out of pocket, no insurance. The lady on the phone two days ago told me $230. So I actually brought it up because I don't want to steal anything. So they had to go look up the code and then recharge me. We left the office at 11:30. I guess I normally wouldn't mind things like this, but when you have a two week old baby, you kind of expect things to go better; not perfect but better. I get they're busy and every office has their "days", but this just was not a pleasant experience, except for the doctor.
