They closed up the practice with no notice, no letter, and are not providing our dental records to give to our new dentist. Then I got a call from my mother in law, same thing happened to her January 2025. Since they are a contracted/preferred provider with my insurance, I have reported them. I have heard from the office manager (also the dentist's wife) that this office is permanently closed.

The other 4 areas had no signs of anything, WOW, good job Joe!!! If Joe needed cash to make a car payment I rather have him ask me that direct and not do what he did. I would highly recommend EVERYONE get second opinions after Joe and his team provides treatment plans. My son finally revealed the care at Joe place was hash meaning rough treatment during cleanings. He did not like how his staff treated him as well meaning very condescending. My son said his visit at my dentist office was like being with family. Very friendly with guarantees care will be gentle upon his next visit and all to follow. If other find second opinions provide the results ours did, I would hope you will post and let others know. This is so wrong on soooo many levels. I believe in what comes around goes around and I hope one day Joe takes pause and ask himself why did he conduct business in this manner.
