Her behavior toward staff is belittling, disrespectful, and makes the workplace uncomfortable for the people who are simply trying to do their jobs. Yelling at employees in front of customers is completely unacceptable. No one should have to endure public humiliation or be made to feel less than human while at work. Being a manager does not give anyone the right to disrespect, bully, or mistreat employees. The way management treats its staff directly affects the workplace environment. When employees feel constantly disrespected or mentally mistreated, it can lead to frustration, low morale, and people choosing to leave. The number of employees reportedly leaving because of these experiences should be a serious concern for Just Salad. Just Salad's corporate leadership needs to take these complaints seriously and consider finding different leadership for this location. Employees deserve a manager who knows how to communicate respectfully, lead fairly, and create a positive work environment. As customers, we should not support behavior that treats hardworking people as though they are disposable. The fried calamari was crispy, freshly made. It came with a little tzatziki. The moussaka, think lasagna but made with eggplant, was delicious. Nice portion too. And for dessert? Galaktoburiko! Filo pastry with custard with honey poured over it! Heaven!! Happy to see this place is still thriving!!
