For those prices, I would expect a completely different level of experience. I shouldn't have to pay $150+ for two people to eat bacon, eggs, home fries and drink orange juice. Needless to say, we haven't been back since. It's not even about the money at this point. It's the principle and how the situation was handled. When you have loyal customers who have been coming to your restaurant for years, you shouldn't make them feel like they've been taken advantage of and then dismiss their concerns. At first I wasn't going to write a public review but then I saw on Google that another woman got the exact same kind of plastic in her food 6 MONTHS AGO!! Hers was a poke bowl. The fact that this was a known problem and nothing was done to correct it is unforgivable and unacceptable! I was willing to give them another chance until I saw that photo. Now there will be no more chances. We have too many good, independently owned, restaurants in our area to support this kind of bad behavior. Not only is it bad, it is criminal and dangerous. It's really too bad because some of the food we got from here was very good and the delivery was always very fast and efficient - but they did this to themselves and they have no one else to blame. I've had the pepto next to me all night. It's my fault for not going to Sweet Lucy's... It would have been cheaper and tasted better. I learned my lesson. Never going back. Also shame on you Bobby Flay for putting your name on one of these "restaurants" ... yuck
