From how this place is set up, you can literally just walk in and walk out with someone else's food since they just leave it on the shelf. They also couldn't even make us a new platter since they ran out of wings...to top it off, they couldn't even tell us that they made a mistake or where the food could be for 15 mins!! The front of house staff are almost always super friendly and food is ready quickly. Items have been hit or miss for me, but if you reply to their request for a review and comment you didn't like something they almost always work to make it right on the next trip. Particular favorite is the Tuna Poke Bowl and the crunch salads. Thai food was a miss for me, but will probably try again. I just wish they had more options that were under 1000 calories. Takeout is hard enough to get something healthy when you are traveling and I think they could have some options specifically with lower calories that are easier to find.
