Walking into the store, you're welcomed by the barbers, especially Jenny -- since I notice her remembering a lot of their client's names. You'll see that they have nice barber chairs, nice clippers, clean floors, tasteful decor on their walls, big screen TVs, and music playing in the background. It's a great vibe in there. When it comes to actual haircuts, I always book an appointment on their scheduling website. I often see them take walk-ins, but can't beat showing up at your designated time and walking out with a new cut 25-45 minutes later. I've never gotten haircuts by Nancy, but I have a friend who usually goes to her, and he always looks fresh. I've gotten cut by Tin a couple times, and I can vouch that he will give you the nicest, crispiest fade or taper. So if that's what you're looking for, go to Tin. Personally, I prefer Jenny. I've been cut by Jenny so many times now, and I'm a happy client every time. She'll give you a really solid fade/taper, she's good with scissors, and she's great company. She's never awkward, and we always have a nice conversation. She'll cut whatever you ask for, but she isn't afraid to give you solid advice -- which is nice if you're ever unsure about what you want. Price point is great, considering every barber shop and asian salon has raised their prices. For $30 a cut -- $40 with tip -- I have no complaints. On June 24, 2024, I scheduled an appointment with a barber at this establishment based on positive reviews and photos I had seen online. I showed him a picture of the hairstyle I wanted--a low taper--and provided detailed explanations. He acknowledged my request and even indicated a similar style on a picture displayed in the shop. I confirmed my preference once more and entrusted him with the cut, emphasizing my desire to maintain hair growth. Upon completion, I was utterly shocked and dismayed by the result, which was far from what I had described. I asked him about the outcome, expressing my disbelief at the drastic difference from the reference photo. Despite my frustration, he insisted that what he had done matched the description of a "low taper". His dismissive attitude towards my concerns was disheartening. Adding to my disappointment, he emitted a strong odor of smoke, which further detracted from the experience. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and he eventually waived the fee, though it was clear that I would not return to this barbershop. Regrettably, I had to shave my hair down to a zero length and restart the growth process. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied. It is evident that this barber may benefit from additional training and language proficiency to better understand and execute customer requests. I am not mentioning this barber name on purpose. What I can tell you, is the pictures that are posted on yelp with the barbers names next to them is a total lie. There is no way this barber did those other fades. I call BS. read more

Jenny, as well as her entire staff, offer fantastic hair cuts which I've had many times. Jenny takes her time and listens to what I'm looking for every time I go in. I usually book an appointment first but have also had great experience as a walk in, waiting only a few minutes. She's recently upgraded the shop with super comfortable barber chairs, modern lighting, TV's with great music and an overall super clean space. I have been going to Jenny's long before Jenny took over from her aunt Lynn. It used to be Augie and Lynn. Since she retired Jenny took over. It's always been a great experience going here not to mention they have great quality service. I started coming here may be more than 10 years ago when we enrolled our kids to the Kumon class which was just next door of the shop. As it was convenient, I went in for the first time and later on got to know Lynn and ever since then I made this place my barber shop to go since I also live around the area. Later on, Lynn retired, and Jenny took over. The transformation of the place is really amazing from what it looks way back then. And Jenny has made this place truly great one that I know Lynn would also be proud off. Jenny is wonderful, has always a great smile for everyone and is fantastic at what she does. I've even brought my dad here before and Jenny got to know him as well. My dad also loves this place as he said he always get the hair cut here quick and easy. Sadly, he is no longer with me, but I know for sure if he's still around he will remind me to take him here whenever he needs to get his hair done. Called the day of and didn't know what to expect going into this location. I got assigned Tammy over the phone and when I got there I didn't realize it is cash only. Not a big deal as most shops are cash only. Not going to dock any points for that. Tammy took her time cutting my hair and she did not rush at all. HUGE PLUS. Can't stand paying good money to shops that rush you in and out. Tammy listened to my request and cut my hair exactly how I asked. Most places sadly can't get this right. I sat with Jenny once and have been coming back since then. I tend to call a day before or the day that I want a haircut and if she's available she fits me in her schedule. The shop is very clean and modern. This is the most affordable and professional cut I've had in the area. When I moved to Campbell a couple of years ago I tried many shops.
