I've been going to Jenny's Nails on/off for at least a 3-4 years now. And I say on/off b/c I travel for work and I was out of town for most of 2024 & the first half of 2025. After returning consistently since last year, I could not be happier I'm able to come more frequently now! Firstly, they're very accommodating with scheduling, which is super important for me and my schedule. I use Tami for my toes and she's genius! I was experiencing some issues with my big toe nails and she completely corrected it! I've had no issue since! Jenny does my nails and she's AMAZING. I walked in hoping to get multiple services (a gel mani-pedi) and was surprised to find her on a personal phone call while working on another client. I patiently waited for her to finish, and only then did she finally acknowledge me -- with zero warmth or professionalism. Despite the large sign outside proudly declaring "WALK-INS WELCOME," she told me she had no availability and suggested I come back later or the next day. If you don't accept walk-ins, just say so -- or take the sign down. She seemed completely uninterested in helping a new customer or offering any alternative. With so many nail salons in the Valley, I was shocked at how entitled and dismissive her attitude was -- as if she's the only option around. As someone who makes an effort to support local small businesses, I was really disappointed. This place makes it clear they don't value new clients, and frankly, act like they don't need your business at all. Save yourself the time and frustration -- there are much better, friendlier salons out there that will actually welcome you. read more

I've tried a handful of nail salons since moving from West Hollywood and leaving my beloved regular place. I just haven't been that excited about any of them unfortunately. I was thrilled to discover Jenny's new to my neighborhood and within half a block walking distance from my house. I went in for a regular mani/pedi ($40) and they were on time for my appointment and I didn't have to wait. Upon arrival you check in on an ipad which also tracks your visits and will apply discounts after 5 visits, 10 visits, and so on. I'm embarrassed to say due to the pandemic and just leading a busy life, I've gotten used to doing my own, so it was a really nice way to treat myself after going so long without professional care. Jean took care of me for both services. She was very efficient and thorough. It only took 45 minutes, but it didn't feel rushed. She did an excellent job and was very professional and kind. I especially like that this is a woman owned business and I will go out of my way to support places that are woman or family owned and operated. The salon itself is cute with lots of plants and lovely orchids. Holiday music was playing with two TV's on with the volume muted. Everything was very clean and they use disposable bags in the chair basins. Chairs offer a variety of massages styles and it was very relaxing! Parking can be a little challenging on this street, but it's not impossible to find a spot and walk a block or so. LOVE they are open 7 days a week! I am very happy to support this business and I will absolutely go back. read more

I live in Beverly Hills where there are plenty of nail salons. But my friend raved about Jenny's Nail Studio so I had to check it out. First, there was plenty of street parking, which is important. It's right across the street from Whole Foods. It was conveniently located. Jenny, herself, tended to me. I decided to do powder gel which lasts longer and isn't as damaging. The reason why you don't see a lot of nail salons that offer powder gel is that it's expensive. And the techniques are different. There are 9 salon chairs that are brand new. This is a big place and as soon as I walked in, I noticed immediately the calming atmosphere. This was intentionally designed this way by Jenny. There were two flat screens. One was a food channel and the other was a video of underwater sea creatures. It was very relaxing. If you need a break from the madness and you want to treat yourself to a delightful experience, this is where you should go. read more
