Ridiculous. My 3 yr old could have done better

Absolute worst excuse of a manicure ever. See photos. And i want my money back and i want an apology. This woman was Horrible--rude, nasty plus did a terrible job. How do i get in touch with the owner? I asked and she refused to tell me or to have the owner call me.

I went today to get a pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure was in a massive hurry. She took a pomace stone to my leg and was in such a hurry she cut my ankles in 3 places with the cheese grater thing she was using. I told her multiple times when she was using the pomace stone that she was hurting me and she kept going. At one point I pulled my leg away from her and was almost in tears. I left with the top layer of skin on my ankle literally cut off in multiple areas. My heel is bright red and painful to walk on and my left leg and foot is raw and red from how hard she was scrubbing with the pomace stone. I sat down for my pedicure with my feet in the water at 2:50 and was out of the chair 18 minutes later. That includes the gel polish and lights for it. She was in such a hurry she didn't take any care of her clients safety. I will never return. At the end I told her again she hurt me and she pulled out a tube of neosporin, which was almost gone, and rubbed it all over my ankle. I am allergic to two of the ingredients in neosporin and she didn't even ask before she put it on me.

I did not have a good experience with a recent dip manicure. The lady (not Jenny) cut all 10 of my cuticles multiple times using the rotating tool. It was painful and I kept pulling my hand away. She was unapologetic and/or oblivious that she was causing me pain. I sat through the entire hour almost in tears. It was my fault for not stopping her earlier. I won't be back. read more

My fiancé and I went to this place on vacation after getting engaged and enjoyed the staff a lot. They were very thourough. My fiancé got a wonderful pedicure and really enjoyed it. Only $30 for almost an hour and a half pedicure! However my only complaint is that during my manicure the manicurist kept sanding away at a couple of my cuticles and ended up making two of them raw and sore so that when I got in the salt water on the beach they were on FIRE. Overall we had a pretty good experience but I was a little frustrated about the cuticle thing. I still tipped them for how long they spent trying to make things right on both of us. Se read more

I went today to get a pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure was in a massive hurry. Jenny Nails has such a convenient location Located near the beach, just behind Hooters! Highly recommend Jenny Nails, I received service from Andy and Lily. It's been newly renovated, with new manicure desks and pedicure chairs and a different color scheme! They offer wonderful customer service and has a nice friendly atmosphere. I came here to get a pedicure while I was on spring break. There were 3 other people getting their nails done when I walked in, and only two workers. I thought they were going to finish their current customers first, but they set me up right away and started with mine. They kept switching back and forth between the customers and me, and it was just not efficient at all. They should have finished the customers that were in before me, and started on me! As well, she ripped apart my feet and made me bleed. It hurt so bad and to top it off she kept spraying alcohol on my feet and it stung my cute so bad. I kept telling her it hurt but she never did anything about it. I gave them two stars because she didn't charge me the gel polish. But overall would not recommend. read more

HORRIBLE. The lady that owned had her son do everything but paint my nails and the hurt me multiple times. And the owner did a bad job and painting my nails. She painted over my cuticles. And the boy only massaged my legs for 30 seconds. Do not go here. read more

Jenny and her staff were great, this is a cute little shop by a wonderful lady with a great story to tell. There were six of us on vacation. Everyone ended up with manis or pedis lol, i was there two of our four days of vacation. Nails look great and she treats you like family. BEST FOOT MASSAGE EVER with a STANDARD Pedicure. read more

I agree with all negative reviews. The first time 2 of us went & the man did my gel pedi, sis had the lady. Next time mom went & had the lady. I went back ( had requested man) he was not there. When he came in he went to the other customer the lady was working with & sent her to me. I explained I had requested the man she continuted & I go to relax NOT get abused. I kept telling her she was hurting me. Wish I would have just walked out. THEN she charged me $5.00 to remove gel pedi they had done. When I came home mom & sis that both had the lady said she hurt them & had a few cuts where she rubbed too hard. First, some may say that it's my fault for not wearing my glasses inside. That said, I should be able to trust the people doing the work. Not so. The gel manicure was cured over my cuticles, so I fear that this won't last more than a week. 24 hours later, it is already pulling up. The woman drew blood on not one, but two of my cuticles during the manicure. The woman pretended not to understand me when I asked her questions. I would never return there or recommend this place to anyone. read more

The most wonderful place on Fort Myers Beach for manicures, pedicures, massages and the BEST for permanent eyeliner, lip liner and eyebrows! You won't be disappointed! Call Jenny for referrals! Great experience. Called on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend at 3p and was given 3:30 appointment time. They closed at 4p but didn't rush us at all. In fact, we are just leaving and it's after 5p. They are friendly and did a nice job on both the mani and pedi. It's tucked behind Hooters but there's plenty of parking. read more

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Jenny is a jewel. Reasonable prices. The only issue I had was the polish was old and did not last. This is probably because its close to the beach and sea air, salty water and sand are not great conditions for nail polish. read more

I'm back in NY and was seen by several professionals that indicated that I was CUT very deeply and scarring has begun. The pigment she used is so dark it looks like a penciled brows - completely awful, thick line. Saline process is long 8 weeks per session. My alternative now is laser! I order to undo the botch job this person did, I have to see a dermatologist to perform corrective laser. I'm posting this to prevent others from being victimized by this hack!

GO HERE. yes ladies this review is from a guy's guy. We were getting married in fort Myers and my fiancee wanted me to get my nails and feet done for our beach wedding. To make the future wife happy I went along. Boys - it's a treat. NIce relaxing experience after a morning of airports and rental car lines. The greatest bonus ever.. I mean ever.. it's connected to hooters. You go with your girl. get your feet done for your flips for the pool and leave your woman to get her nails done.. you walk into the hooters for a few while she finishes up - you are an instant hero for the start of your trip. The prices are beyond reasonable for the waterfront location. My girl said its the same as Chicago. Actually the owner Jenny is originally from St. Louis. Don't let the language barrier scare you when you call ahead. She laughs about her "English" and told us hilarious stories about her using her English in everyday life.. my girl and I were in tears laughing. oh and the place is very nice. my girl said they had it all. come here boys.. bring your girl.. great price and quality work.. read more

I cannot say enough about Jenny and her business. I first went to Jenny to see if she could do anything to improve my horrible eyebrows, with little hope that anyone could fix them. I would put makeup on my eyebrows everyday and never go out without them done which was time consuming and tiresome. After the permanent makeup Jenny did my whole look changed. I can run errands and not worry about putting any makeup on at all and feel completely confident in doing so. Also I must add when I went in a had both my two and four year old daughters with me and she painted both their nails and made them feel like little princesses and she didn't charge me for their nails! I went in again the other day for a manicure with my sister and little girls and she did their nails again. You cannot beat the service you get at Jenny's. A huge bonus to getting permanent makeup with Jenny is that her touch ups are free for LIFE! You won't find that anywhere else!! Jenny is anazing!! You can't help but love her!! She does great nails and toes but I give her the biggest credit for her fabulous skills doing permanent makeup. She has a natural talent, making each customer look her very best. I got my eyebrows, upper and lower eyeliner and lipliner. I LOVE how it looks so natural. No one even knows its permanent. It was an easy few hours with very little uncomfortableness. My morning routine is so easy now...a touch of mascara and lip gloss and I'm out the door. Living in the Florida heat, I tend to sweat...no more smudging or running. Next up eyelash extensions...I can't wait. Jenny saved the day for our bridal party, we started out at the salon associated with the resort we were staying at and had a horrible experience from the beginning. We found Jenny's nails online called and headed over. She and her staff were so accommodating to all of us. They made us feel like family and worked us in right away. They were able to do exactly what the bride asked for and let us all sit in the massage chairs while we were waiting. She's a little hard to find right behind Hooter's but she is the best place to go on the island. Her prices are reasonable, the staff is knowledgeable and she is a hoot! I can't say enough good things about Jenny and her salon. She is a must see on the island! read more

While on holiday in Fort Myers beach, I needed a gel manicure and I wanted to bring my Mom for a mani/pedi. Jenny's nails was amazing! Usually when I get nail services on vacation I'm grossly disappointed but Andy and his family at Jenny's nail take pride in what they do, are interested in listening to what you want and go above and beyond to deliver! The hand and arm massage was so good that I went back the next day to get a pedicure! (Also a fantastic job!) Now I'm looking forward to my next Fort Myers vacation so that I can have them done again! read more

I was on vacation in Ft Myers beach and found Jenny's nails - took me as a walk in - was in desperate need of a mani pedi - No issue with getting both done, minimum wait - and it was a great job! Jenny told me about a facial special she was running for new customers - and I jumped on it! It was FABULOUS! I felt refreshed and clean - it was with all organic products - I Loved it at Jenny's and on my next visit to Ft. Myers Beach I will be visiting Jenny's again - she also does permanent make up - if you are there stop in you won't be disappointed! read more

Jenny's nails on Fort Myers beach was the absolute best ever nail salon with the most adorable family!! We called late on Sunday, Dec.30th. They said they'd wait for us & they were so kind & accomodating. We had wine & waters. My daughter had a full set put on & we both got pedicures for a super great price. They take their time & do your nails so nicely! If you are going to Ft. Myers, this is a must. These people are honest & hard-working. After receiving a wonderful manicure and pedicure Jenny suggested I make appointment with Gary for a full body massage. I had been well since arriving in Fort Myers Beach because of sleeping on a different mattress. When I left my massage I felt renewed and had the best night sleep. It's a little hard to find it is behind Hooters towards the beach. Jenny is a wonderful lady and she wants you to have a great time when you're in her shop. Not your typical nail salon in the big city but definitely a beach friendly environment. read more

Jenny is an amazing lady. She put me threw school. Gave me a place to live. She even helped me with a car. I met her in her salon on the beach and instantly she offered to help me and has treated me like faimly since. I LOVE YOU MISS JENNY! If I jad an idol it would be jenny. All of the girls in our family went to this shop while we were on vacation. It was great! The service was excellent and the shop was very clean. We had an amazing time. The nail techs were great with the kids. It's a great place for families and groups. I got the gel manicure and regular pedicure and they lasted the entire vacation, beach and all. This place is such a hidden gem. My friend and I came half an hour early and were welcomed with smiles and were seated in massage chairs for the wait. I think Jenny took a pound of callouses off my feet, and they are now smooth as a baby's behind. I highly recommend this salon for its friendliness, service, and value. Jenny did a full set for me while I was on vacation in Fort Myers. I was very pleasantly surprised by her reasonable prices! I paid the same as I do at home. The best place to get nails done at Fort Myers Beach. I had the best dip manicure done and my sister had her toes done. They truly take pride in their work and give you the time and attention your nails need. Plus you have an amazing view of the ocean while doing it! Jenny's team was amazing. I was looking for a place by beach to have my toenails done and ended up having a Pedicure, facial and permanent eyebrow done and LOVE it. I had blonde eyebrows that you could not see and now I never need to purchase makeup, wax or thread my eyebrows again! I get compliments on them all the time. Jenny is one of a kind! Her salon and crew are so fun and professional. This is the only place I will go for my fill and pedicure. There is plenty of parking behind hooters and she takes walk ins and appointments. Can't wait to go back for a massage and facial. She even does permanent makeup! 5 stars! read more

Thank goodness we went here! A couple of my friends went over to the other nail salon across the street VIP nails and they did such a horrible job with their nails I told them to come here and get it fixed and so glad they did this will be our new spot when we come down to Florida for our nails! read more

Jenny's nails is a quaint little salon on ft Myers beach. The staff is friendly and inviting. Jenny offers good deals for wedding parties or local residents. She also offers teaching classes for nail, makeup, medi/pedi. Come check her out. She's located behind hooters. read more

It's a great way to start your vacation! We made an appointment for manicures and pedicures and we're very pleased. It was very relaxing. It's a small business, almost like a hole in the wall, with four pedicure chairs and three manicure chairs. We highly recommend! read more
