When we got there it seemed fine. Limited selection of colors, but close to our condo. That is where the good part stops. They rushed my daughter through her pedicure, but charged the same as an adult. I sat for 20 minutes with my feet in an empty bowl. There was no bowl liner and the bowls were not cleaned after they were used on us and before the next customer sat there. The man used a dirty/ well worn brush on my feet. My manicure was not done as I had asked and three days later the dip is cracking. I go to a salon in my hometown and the dip usually lasts a week-2 weeks. The woman was rude to customers as they came in and rushed everyone doing a poor job. Go somewhere else do not waste your money! For two pedicures (1 was for a child and 1 adult) and a manicure it was $165. Will not be going back in my next trip! read more

I really am impressed with the talented nail technicians here. I came in one day for a very much needed pedicure. I live in Ohio so I was looking for a good place. What I got was a great surprise. As I entered the shop I was greeted with smiles and a cheerful hello. I observed the salon to be very clean and organized. Tim took care of me as I got the classic pedicure. He was very professional and nice. He did an excellent job. I made an appointment for the next day for a color dip for my nails. Kevin said that the specialized in dip nails. He was not kidding. My nails look the best than I have ever experienced. They are perfect and beautiful. He was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and amazing. The ladies are lovely the gentleman was the most rude person Ive ever met. I had a 12:00 appointment and he made me sit for 45 minutes with acetone one my fingers while he tried to finish two pedicures. He then blamed the glitter for taking so long and when I suggested using the sanding tool he asked me to leave with my dip nails half soaked off. One of the woman came to my rescue to remove my old dip manicure. However, please be advised they don't honor appointments here and the man is the WORST person and nail technician I've ever seen. I was on vacation and needed a mani pedi! I got a normal pedi and a gel mani. When I called the salon they told me they were really busy so I booked an appointment early the next day, when I arrived there was no one there except me (and no music so it was just awkward). The pedi is decent except for the fact that it cost $11 more than they said over the phone. The gel mani is pure trash. There are several problems, 1) is that the color does not match even though they said it would be a perfect match (hot pink and baby pink are very different) 2) its extremely thin and there should have been at least 2 more coats (I can see my nail bed - not a good look) 3) It's been 3 days and it's chipped badly. On top of that it was so expensive! I felt bad because there are elderly people working there. I'm not local to Ft Myers Beach so maybe this is the only good salon around but unless you want to feel bad for some folk and waste your money on a bad nail job don't bother. read more

4 pedis/1mani yesterday. Walk-ins welcome luckily! We had a wide age range in our group: aged 3 up to 60. All of us had wonderful service and care. Many nail techs on site to handle the constant flow of customers that arrived. Some with appointments, some without. Many return customers- such as my family. So happy to go back on our first day here, this year. Many polish colors to choose from too. Reasonable prices. Kevin did my pedicure, but all 4 techs who took such good care of my family, were excellent. Can't get better than 5 stars! read more

Went for a pedicure. Place on the surface looked ok. Lots of colors to choose from..maybe too many. The equipment did not look like it was cleaned well..with the nail files looking heavily used and they didn't even bother to wash it prior. Pedicure wasn't that cheap considering the low level of service. The lady who did the pedicure was so cold and angry that it became funny after a bit..she just glared and hardly spoke. Tried to smile at her but...nah.. massage was blah cuz the tech was obviously not happy about anything. Pedicure was competent..just hope I don't have any take home prizes. read more

I had a gel manicure today (first time) by Jenny. I am very pleased and I'm super picky! Jenny did a perfect job on my nails. I was greeted upon entering, the salon was very clean and the music was very spa like. All the technicians were friendly and were all having conversations with their clients. The vibe was great. I come down to FMB every year to visit my family. I always go to Santini plaza and get my nails done for vacation. I always have a good experience and the place is super clean. I would recommend coming here, the owner is very sweet and they do a good job. Only thing I would say is make sure they do an extra coat, my nails chipped for some reason pretty easy after I left, but I went to go get them fixed and they were very sweet about fixing my nails and did them very fast! read more

Super sweet staff! The super deluxe pedi was so wonderful! The atmosphere is not much, but clean and organized. My mom dropped a bottle of polish and it went every where. The staff were only worried about her safely with the broken glass and just kept trying to reassure her that it was ok. We will be coming back! read more

This salon is under new management. Some new staff and some of the same staff. However, this made me go back in and give them another try. This salon is the only salon that I know of that does colors with Dip Nails. It's expensive here ($35 in Michigan, $50 here) but I prefer this technique. I had Amy do my nails and pedicure that day. She was very personable and did a good job. She seemed to really want me to relax and enjoy my time in the salon. They offered me water, coffee and wine. I believe they are working hard to change the image of the old management. I'm not sure about waxing services now and who does them, since my past experience I no longer wax any facial hair. I'd recommend the salon and if you've had a bad experience in the past, give them another try. Ask for Amy! read more

My daughter and I just left the salon and had a great experience. While it was a little pricy, for a basic pedicure it was $32.00, it was very relaxing and they did a great job. I really enjoyed my pedicure here. Not only were the nails done well but the friendliness of the staff was superb. They talked to me but were not overly talkative. I never take the time to write reviews but this was just a plain bad experience. A worker told us when we made the appointment that an "express pedicure" was $15, so my mom and I each made an appointment for one. The worker charged us double at the end and said how she had never said it was $15. Even if this was some sort of misunderstanding, (which is wasn't), she was still completely rude about it. Worst part is it was probably the worst pedicure i've ever had, for the highest price. We definitely will not be back. read more

The guy who did my gel nails did not do it correctly, my nails were goopy and he didn't use the alcohol at the end to wipe them so they were sticky. Nails were very messy and I will be going to my normal salon when I get home to get them fixed. They seemed to rush everything. read more

Went in for a basic pedicure. It was horrible. The person who did my nails worked sloppily and way too roughly and quickly. She ended up puncturing a small hole in my big toe. It bled forever and will take at least two weeks to heal. There was no remorse or apology. It was like 'this happens a lot and is just a normal risk'. I don't think it is normal to expect that you will be wounded when getting a pedicure. It didn't help that my technician didn't speak any English at all. There was no discussion about giving me a discount or anything. My biggest issue was that there was no apology and injuries were considered normal. read more

This place is a rip off......they only take cash on Friday Saturday and Sunday. They don't wrote an invoice for any service you've had done, and the cash goes straight to their pocket. They charge 26.00 for a refill. I think they decide at the moment what the cost will be. I've never paid that high of an amount for a refill. If they are doing cash, they should give the customer a discount. They are ripping American customers off, since they are the only game in town! The place is a meat market!
