I come here and spend $150 on my nails and toes . My pedicure lady Halen is great never have any issues however the nail technicians are terrible with acrylic nails. Everytime I come get a fill or new set my nails pop right off . I've never had this issue anywhere else smh I got my nails did on Friday on Saturday m thumb came off and Monday my pointer finger came off . I came back and they charged me additional $5 each to repair when they should have never been off in the first place . Now I'm $80 in on a fill and I bet they're will be more coming off . I've gone to Jenny's nails multiple times and always had a good experience, but I hadn't been in a year or two and decided to go with my friend. I told them I wanted a classic pedicure with regular polish, and I was asked SEVERAL times why I wasn't getting gel, and was told that I should get gel because it's better. I explained to them that I did not want gel today and was again asked by MULTIPLE people working there why I wasn't getting gel. The woman working on my nails pointed to the person I came with and said, "She's getting gel, why don't you?". Other customers in the nail salon even seemed surprised. I explained again that I did not want gel. As I was getting my nails done the woman asked me AGAIN, "So you're getting gel, right?". I normally don't do reviews, but this behavior has to stop. May 28, 2022 was my first time in Janny's Nails. May 29, 2022 will be my last time. The service for my pedicure was horrible the first day. I asked for a basic pedicure, the technician (MiMi) recommended I get the organic Deluxe pedicure. I declined it and ask for the basic. They soaked my feet in water, clipped my nails, and changed my polish. I did not receive a pedicure I received a polish change. Instead of doing a bad review, I called to let them know that I was not happy with the service I received the day before. I wanted to give them a chance to correct the problem. Dan the manager told me to come in and they will take care of it. The attitude I received when I got there was as if I did something wrong. The technician asked me not to talk to her while she was doing the service. She was clearly irritated and said I was getting loud with her when I was only asking a question. Then as I was sitting, there roaches started walking around the tub. I WILL NOT EVER COME HERE AGAIN OR OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. This will be my last time going there. My toes and nails were two different colors instead of the manager accepting the situation at hand he kept giving me reasons why they were different. The real reason was they were too busy and she was rushing to get to the next customer. People our money spends in other places. He(manager) even came outside to look at my nails and he knew they were different colors however, being that they money hungry he really didn't care to ratify the problem nor provide customer satisfaction. I usually don't have a problem when I come with my daughter but today I'm not sure what the issue was. I was getting a Sns and pedicure and my daughter wanted gel on toes plus nails painted. She also wanted to put her foot in the water for a couple of seconds before she got them painted, and this was an issue today. The lady that started was very rude and said no you sit over here (talking to my daughter) I told her she only wanted to put her foot in my water for a couple of seconds and you can charge me extra if you want. Then comes the different language speaking and I let them all know I pay my money for services if it's an issue then we can leave. I would have understood if it was busy but only one other customer was in there. And I don't understand how her getting her foot wet for not even 5 seconds was an issue. Rude to me okay, but to my child that's a no go! Anyways T&J nails (2 mins away) has a special with free manicure with SNS! Omg this place . If you need some pampering, this is where you want to go!! It is the complete space experience; the pedicure and manicure that I got were amazing. The mandarin & honey pedicure with the paraffin and the lavender salt scrub manicure with the paraffin were the bomb!!! The staff are so friendly, I absolutely loved Lindy and Cindy, atmosphere was relaxing, and the menu has price ranges for everyone's budget. I've contemplated writing this review for several months. If I could give zero stars I would because that's exactly what they deserve. I went to Jenny Nails for several years and only let Tammy do my nails, pedicure and waxing. I'm very picky and I tip very well. It was generally a good experience. I've heard from many people that they don't go to these type of nail salons because of the blatant disrespect and lack of appreciate for customers. Up until my last visit I totally disagreed with them. I was extremely suprised and disappointed to say the least about my experience during my last visit. I was getting a manicure and gel polish on my nails. I had just recently gotten a pedicure there a couple weeks earlier so I didn't need that, however I wanted the same color on my nails. Tammy inform me that they were out of that color. I clearly ask her if there was another color that would be close enough that it wouldn't clash and would appear the same to the naked eye and if not I would get pink & white. She picked out (2) colors and assured me that both combined would accomplish my request. While it looked a bit dark burgundy with a slight red hue I trusted what she said. I even questioned it as she was applying it. Well the finished look was in fact dark red burgundy and it looked obviously different than my feet. I respectfully shared that I wasn't happy and would rather have pink & white and that's when I was exposed to another side of Tammy. She had a terrible attitude instantly. Her demeanor and tone was extremely unprofessional. She ranted with a loud and hostile tone stating she told me they were out of the other color and I selected this color. She refused to correct the mess of a color that she concocted. I told her I was suprised and disappointed with the way she was handling the situation. She continued to try to talk over me and then she started speaking in her language to the others in which it was clear she was talking about me. The owner (Nancy) was close by and didn't say a word. I had to step away from Tammy because I was beyond annoyed with her behavior. I conveyed my concerns to Nancy and she didn't listen to a word I said but responded with we don't have the other color. I insisted that someone remove the color and Nancy relectutanly agreed to do it. I was so annoyed that I couldn't stand being in there any longer than necessary so I just found a dark coffee color and had her apply that over it. I told them both that they have zero respect for their customers and while no customer should be treated that way certainly not a long-time customer. It was obvious to me and several others who witnessed the situation that they don't care about customer satisfaction and doing what's right by the customer. They both handled the situation wrong. I will not return nor would I ever recommend Jenny Nails to anyone. read more

I have been a customer of Jenny's Nails for years. I got an infection on my middle finger on my right hand. I called them as soon I found out what I had on my finger as I have NEVER had an infection on my hands. I spoke to Nancy, who acted like she did not understand what I was saying. The technician, Kim, got the phone from Nancy and became very aggressive over the phone and she would not even let me talk. I was trying to tell them that I would bring over my Urgent Care bill so they could take care of it. She kept talking down to me and saying that I did not get the infection from there?!? I asked to speak to Nancy again bc I was not getting anywhere with her and I was told she had stepped away and could not talk to me. They did not even care to make things right. They have lost me and my other family members as customers. Oh, but do keep in mind, that is not the behavior you get right before they are expecting a tip...they are so humble then!!! read more

$5 TO REMOVE GEL POLISH- Go to C NAILS I went to get a pedicure today, nothing out of the norm. It's now springtime, so I decided to bring my polish. Considering I've been going to the salon since they've opened and have used my polish, their polish, or gel polish, but today I had my own. The technician ran the water, set me up, but the flower soap in the water for my pedicure, and begin removing the polish. She asked if it was gel polish and my response was, "yes". I had it done here my last visit. I'm thinking no big deal. She then proceeds to tell me that there will be a ($5)five-dollar charge to remove the polish. I have never had to pay an additional cost to remove polish that has to be removed anyway for a pedicure. Confused with what I was being told, so, I asked to speak with someone because that made absolutely no sense to me. ( mind you, we have started the pedi) Nonetheless the owner came over and as long as I've been going to the salon to get my eyebrows, pedicure and manicure, I've never had to pay additional monies to have gel polish remover. The owner said to me and I quote, " If you were getting gel polish again, there will be no charge. However since you're not getting gel polish and you want to use your own we will charge you ($5) five dollars to remove the gel polish that we put on your last visit." I was like , wow. OK, no problem, dry my feet , I will try a different salon because I've never heard of such. Considering that this establishment does not list their prices other than for pedicures and you have to be getting a pedicure to see what you're paying ; these jokers can charge whatever they deem is necessary because they're trying to offset a lost or make some additional money whatever the case may be. Nonetheless it was time for a change so, I went to C- Nail. Paid $119.00 for a full-set Ombré , supreme citrus Lemongrass pedi that includes warm towels, hots stones and a 10 minute foot massage, and my eyebrows cleaned up. Plus, I tipped each technician $10/ each. It's never about the money but the principal. Plus, C-Nails list all there prices and there was no additional charge to remove Gel polish. GTFOOH. My family and I will not be returning to this establishment. This place lacks ethical Business practices. This nail salon is clean and has a great ambiance, however this is a very rude show shop! No customer service and very expensive, I spent 55 for a pedicure and gel polish, and I tipped the person $10 additional. The work would have been perfect until the rudeness began. I asked the nail tech did she add a top coat and I was told yes, I always have gotten gel polish and it dries instantly. I left the nail salon and thirty minutes later my nails were not dry and I had smudge my thumb. I go back and the nail techs are rude and snatch my hand and start yelling at me that they understand. E) My mom and I both question what's going on and why she's leaving me and she tells us it's because I "took 20 minutes to pick a color." She wasn't even with me 20 minutes. F) the manager comes over to try to help (and doesn't) and tells me the girl doing my toes will do my nails. At this point my mom is done and I am sitting with plain/naked nails. I insist someone honor my appointment and she finally starts my nails G) the girl is done with my pedi when I realize I never got lotion or a leg massage. I say something to the manager who is now doing my nails and the girl informs me she did put lotion on me, I was just "distracted picking out a color" Moral of the story, they are RUDE, don't care about customers, and do terrible sloppy work. She had her nails painted in one of the chairs that you normally sit in to dry and the lady charged more than normal and the design was not good at all! I came to get one nail repair, SNS full set was done five days prior, the total was $35. They had me seating for forty minutes without anyone coming to attend. They claimed they were busy but there were other workers sitting around. When I got the attention, a nail tech come and throws the basket asking me to select the color. I was a bit irritated because this is something I could have done 40 minutes ago. I pick the color I though I had, but when she opened the powder it was a different color. I called beforehand about how much sns with tip and they said $30 i asked twice the same . I came here to get my nails re polished and get them shaped. The previous nail shop I'd gone to never shaped them the stiletto desugn I like no matter how many requests or critiques. The salon is very pretty and inviting once you walk in. I was greeted and the lady held the door open for me to come inside.
