Recently moved to the area and I put a post on Next Door looking for suggestions for a nail salon that would do dip powder manicures, and no chip pedicures. The overwhelming response was.Nail Circle. I I called yesterday and was able to get in late yesterday afternoon. From the minute I walked in. Everyone greeted me by name. They were so efficient and worked as a team. Other people working there would come up to help with the removal of my previous dip powder manicure, etc. Very nice salon. Roomy and they definitely had a lot of customers for Wednesday. I've been going to this salon for years. The only good thing about this place is the nail tech Vi but she takes several long vacations a year. Everyone else can barely do a French. And your appointment time doesn't mean anything. I waited for 45 minutes with no one offering to even get my color. It wasn't even busy. I walked out and all they could say was sorry. best salon ever! the ladies are super friendly and will take care of you! i walked in nervous since i never really get my nails professionally done, but they helped me every step of the way and explained everything i had a question about. My boyfriend brought me and they let the gentlemen sit over in the massage chair (bless em) i think i was here for about 2+ hours because i came in with quite a request of nail art and she 'nailed' everything i asked. take a look! she whipped it up just from looking at reference photos, the kawaii chibi with a froggy hat, lily pads, and strawberries! matching on both hands. soo cute couldnt recommend more. its been almost a week and my nails are still good as new, no signs of cracking etc, and i do lots of gardening (wearing gloves of corse!) i also had a close call opening a car door, my hand slipped and i caught one or two nails on it and screamed thinking i broke these babies but Nope, these girls are here to stay why are you still reading???go get your nails did!!! read more

This is a nice, clean salon. Unfortunately barely anyone speaks English so use google translate so they know what you want. I did not do this and the woman who did my services left my toenails too long even though I asked for shorter. Any basic service you get is just that basic. I asked for the basic pedicure and there was minimal dead skin removal and barely a massage, so if you want more you will have to pay more. This is the first time I have experienced that at any salon. I travel all over the country and have had "basic" pedicures and have always had great dead skin removal and massage, so this was a surprise. Prices are the same as all other nail salons so no surprise. The staff is friendly have all sorts of color choices. I would go back if I am in the area with google translate ready to go. read more

I used to get acrylics all the time at other locations because my nails were thin and brittle and I couldn't grow them without them snapping off, now my nails are long and healthy! So I came here because I know many other friends who come here and love it. I have always seen their nails and wanted them. I thought since I had the day I would come here and test it out for myself. I asked for a French tip and I mean I guess that's what I got in some sense. None of the "French tip" alliance up with any of the nails. They are all uneven, crooked, or botched. I wanted to try this place out cause it's 15 minutes away from me. To find out I'll never come back. You ask how much before hand to find out they over charge you after you're done because they did this and that without acknowledging you about the up charge. I nicely ask to take my callous off during my pedicure, the lady ignores me the whole time. By the time of my pedicure was over I had to do it my self. I get these places are money hungry, but to keep the money flowing you need to correct the service you're providing. I went to this nail salon last week and an older technician took care of me. She was very rough with my hands. She cut four cuticles that were bleeding. She was watching her phone the whole time she was doing my nails she kept looking down on her lap and I looked up and she was watching her phone. she painted my no chip nails, four times which made them darker than the color that I picked. It's been less than a week and my nails look horrible. There are ridges in the paint job and the tips are already chipping. Maybe the salon is good but this technician wasn't, she kept pushing and pulling my hands instead of telling me where to put them, again she was very rough, and did not give me the consideration of me, paying for a service that I did not feel was delivered. This is my favorite nail place I've ever been too! I've gone to so many nail places and I'm soooo picky but this one place seriously kills it! I found this place by accident and it was the best accident that's ever happen to me. Trish is my nail tech and she always does an AMAZING job. She knows what's best for my nails while also making sure I get what I want and I leave happy. The staff there are awesome! They're are so funny and I always have the best time! Go see Vi... seriously! She is nice, smart, fun, and creative. Plus, she's an absolutely outstanding artist. She is a perfectionist, in a very good way. My acrylics are always thin (not chunky) and super durable. The shape is always on point and flattering. They also had a quite a bit of staff so there was no wait for my mom and I when we walked in. Great color selection too and the hand massage was awesome!! I was in the area and needed my nails done. So decided to stop here due to high star rating (this being my first time). I would honestly say i won't stop here again. The service I had done was a dip manicure .. which normally lasts me three weeks. My nail started to chip two days later I went back in and they fixed it without charge. I told the lady not to cut my nails down just shape them .... second I know she's cutting them with a nail clipper ! I'm not from the area but am in town for a wedding. I randomly picked a place to get a manicure and pedicure and couldn't be happier with my choice. I've been having bad experiences with my nail salon at home so I was thrilled to get a wonderful manicure and pedicure that looks professional. Jack did both my manicure and pedicure and he was gentle and did exactly what I wanted. My nails look amazing! The rest of the staff was just as friendly as Jack and talked to me about my hometown, my tattoo, and many other things. The overall experience was amazing. If that wasn't enough, the salon was clean looking and smelling and beautiful on the inside. The pedicure chairs were wonderful. I honestly couldn't have asked for anything different. read more

I went to nail circle yesterday because the place I had normally gone couldn't get me in. After realizing that I had to get a whole new set after just two weeks. The staff at Nail Circle took great care of me I didn't have an appointment. They soaked off my old set from the previous salon after previous salon had jacked up my nails and Raymond squeezed me in and was able to make my nails look exactly how I wanted them to look. The staff is so incredibly friendly and always helpful. I've been getting my nails done for 4-5 years and there has only been a few times that they look better than they do now. Went to this place based on the review... So, I went for a pedi and full set.. Upon entry place was super clean, spacious salon, I was greeted upon entry and taken take if immediately. Pedi was first, the experience was nice, for the 30 minute $25.00 pedicure I felt like it was good enough, they have other levels of Pedi where you will pay more for more scraping but a little too pricey. The painting of the toes was clean but poor, she did not paint on side of the nail well and I didn't notice until it was too late. Accrilyc, I never get fake nails..well used to years ago and I had them done this time for a super special occasion, this girl cut the living out of my finger with her file, nail chipped 5 hours later and I told her I wanted nice and thin looking nails and she gave me thick nails they would have been thicker if I didn't tell to file more, I kept telling her to file, I almost had a crooked nail because she used too much acrylic. Not the best on that there. I had better when I used to do fake nails often Service was not bad, staff is friendly, but this girl needs more practice or use less product on nails. I called around to find a salon that offered dipping also known as sns or nexgen. I have been using the powder product for about 5 years in Florida. I was thankful to find a welcoming place that did a great job while I was visiting. They are located in a shopping center to the right of a large store. Raymond was very nice and wanted to make sure we were satisfied. It was $40 for a dipping manicure. I also had a refreshing basic pedicure for $25. I have only been in twice since Ray took over. Both times, he basically berated me for not getting a No Chip manicure. I simply do not like the way it feels, please stop trying to up-sell me. Also, he told me that the nail polish color I chose was "ugly" and to "do something more natural." I am having my nails painted for heaven's sake! It is not your job to judge my nail color, it is your job to do my nails. The pedicure I got was okay. I ended up with a minor infection at the cuticle on my big toe. My manicure was done by Ray himself. He took time away from my manicure to criticize the work of the nail technician next to us, while his finished product was streaky and not well done. Overall, it was not a horrendous experience, but nothing I worth going back for. Mimi's right around the corner is much better. read more

FINALLY A PLACE I CAN TRUST WILL DO A GREAT JOB! I have gone to almost every nail salon in the area and Nail Circle just takes the cake. Management is AMAZING: Ray greets you, remembers you, makes recommendations, and is always willing to back up the work of his nail techs. And most importantly, their work is incredible! I LOVE their no-chip manicure better than any other place I have EVER been to- high end salons included. I literally have to peel them off after 4 weeks of growth. THIS MANICURE WILL NOT CHIP! And unlike a lot of places, it doesn't look dingy or start coming up after a week at the nail bed. ALSO, i've found my nails are WAY less brittle after a no-chip here than other places. I'm not sure if its the method they use to remove the polish, or if they are using higher quality machines/stuff, but my nails stay strong and can handle way more no-chips in a row than going to other places. Whatever it is they do here is miraculous and will really help you get the most out of your money! FINALLY, their color selection for no-chip is bigger than any place i have ever seen! I need to show up to my appointment 10 minutes early just to sort through all my options. Their pedicure chairs are brand new, give GREAT massages, and provide a very relaxing experience. And they always make sure you get enough coats on your toes so the color looks great. Can't say that for a lot of places who will do 1 or 2 coats max and call it a day. Nail Circle makes sure you love your toes! I should also note that I go with my dad frequently, and he is handicapped and needs to have special treatment to his feet when he gets pedicures (the doctor recommends he gets them to keep circulation). They are SO ACCOMODATING and understanding of his special needs and NEVER make him feel like he's being difficult, or that its not someone they want to work on- which he has felt at a lot of places. Usually they do ok. I wanted oval shape french tip dip polish on my hands and the $40 pedicure - regular polish french tip for the pedi. This is hands down the ugliest nails ive ever gotten done. I dont remember the techs' names. Ignore the dry skin in the pics, the point is they dont know how to do french tip or oval shape. Very ugly too because my nails just started to grow out and the tech didnt shave down the dip enough so it makes my nails look wider and thicker. The toes are horrible too. The nail shape for toes is great and they cleaned everything great but just awful nail design. The white part is too thick and poor quality. Place is very clean an staff are nice but dont ask them for french tip. When I paid I ended up paying $132 because I pressed the wrong tip amount and wanted to tip cash, I wanted to press no tip to give the cash tip. The lady didn't know how to help me cancel my transaction. I was frustrated because I knew I overpaid and felt she just wanted more money from me. It was busy they were clearly overwhelmed so I just paid and left. Called my bank to dispute the tip amount at least. I will not be coming back :/ read more

Their customer service nails it!!! This past Christmas, I had my first No Chip at another Salon but I decided to go to Nail Circle to have it removed & get another No Chip Manicure. Their price is reasonable for No Chip & they do not charge you for removing it. Raymond is the manager (maybe the owner). He greets every customer who comes in, he verifies which service you are interested in & assigns you to a manicure or pedicure technician. Raymond even stops by & chats with you later. He creates an inviting & friendly environment. The salon offers a nice decor & an open setup. They have about six pedicure stations & plenty of manicure tables with fancy chairs. Lastly (but important), they keep the place clean. Now, for my No Chip Manicure ----- Tracy was great with my No Chip manicure. She made sure she matched the polish color I had (from a previous salon). She was so patient & detailed with my manicure. It looked great!!!! My co-workers noticed it & complimented me on it. I went back to get my NO Chip manicure with Tracy after 4 weeks & the polish still looked great. I recommend Nail Circle. read more

This place is fantastic! I'd recommend it to anyone looking for perfect work and a high level of service. My boyfriend and I went in for the first time. Jack did my pedi and no chip mani. Kim did my boyfriends pedi and men's mani. We loved it! The pedicure chairs are clean and new and give a good massage. They have pedi menus with all different price levels and add on services out right at the chairs. We decided to upgrade to hot stone pedi's and it was no trouble to do that. They even switched to fresh hit stones part way through. My boyfriend loved Kim's massage! Jack's no chip mani was the very best I've ever had! It was smooth and even, no lumps and it wasn't super thick. He even did an extra coat to be sure the color came out perfect. They had a ton of colors, the most I've seen! And they are the actual colors not ones they hodgepodged together on their own. My boyfriends mani looked really good too. The hand massages were super nice! I'm a bit perplexed by the poor reviews - so I thought that I would update mine. 2.5 years after I found this place I'm still going there. I'm always treated wonderfully and very personal service. Raymond greets everyone that walks in the door and tries to treat everyone with A-1 service. I will say that I always make an appointment and they are always kept. I rarely have to wait long when I have one. Its a nail salon -- if you walk in on Saturday afternoon with no appointment you should expect to wait. You would at any place. I travel a lot for work and I do have to on occasion get my nails done some place else. I hate when I have to do this. Every place else is a subpar place compared to Raymond's shop.
