This was my first time here since my usual place was booked and didn't realize this gem was closer to me and only a block away. The place was clean and impeccable. The attention to detail was incredible. I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. The service was different and better (in my opinion)- they did a paraffin wax to moisturize the heel while painting the toes. I loved this because my heels needed all the love. This is one of the most neglected areas in most nail salons. The gel manicure was amazing as well. Crystal did three thin coats( so it doesn't look thick and chunky) and they used a hand mask as well. I'm definitely coming back to get my nails done here. They aren't rushed as they only take appointments. I have been coming to this nail salon for months. I continued to come as it was close to my house and they offered gel extensions and I liked a previous nail tech that has since left. The work since she left was never fantastic but just ok. At one point, my husband took our 8 year old twin daughters by himself for their birthday and they told him they needed no chip to last. 8 year olds??!! No chip? Clearly an up sell to an unknowing customer. My last 2 appointments back to back were ok jobs for $150-$180plus, and the owner went through my purse as my nails were being done to get my credit card because she needed to leave early for Costco. The last straw was today, when I had a 130pm appt. I called to say I was running 15min late and could reschedule if that didn't work. The assured me it was fine. I showed up at 145 and was waiting as I was the one who was late. At 2pm, they told me it would be another 20 to 30min. I informed them I called and offered to reschedule and they basically told me oh well, wait. This place is completely overpriced in comparison to surrounding area nail salons and the non-stop attitudes and meh nail jobs are getting old. I live 8mi away and will never return here. Ps: they are NOT kid friendly either. They will tell your kids to go ahead and put their shoes on after 20min because they are dry. Aka they want them out of the salon. Don't come here. read more

WARNING- DO NOT GO HERE! This place took almost an hour and a half for the worst dip manicure of my life. The color was supposed to be an autumn plum color and it turned out almost lavender. The powder must have been bad because there are white streaks across my nails. The technicians seemed confused about why that happened but admitted it looked bad and offered to redo it. I didn't have time today so rescheduled the fix for Friday. They demanded I pay in full before my nails are even fixed-despite their mistakes. (They also put the wrong color on my toes for my pedicure- an almost black purple color that was supposed to match the autumn plum on my nails). They did NOTHING to compensate for their mistake and total waste of my morning. Now I have to go somewhere else and pay to have their mistakes fixed because I refuse to pay in advance for a service I haven't received. This place is so shady and their service is awful! This salon is so beautiful! I've gone in for a pedicure, a no-chip manicure, and my daughter got a little kid manicure. The staff is so nice and welcoming. They have Swarovski stones and do a ton of different designs. AND ITS AFFORDABLE! They take their time on your nails, really take care of them, and use QUALITY products. Went in for a no chip mani and regular pedi. I made an appointment a week in advance because I really wanted to have a relaxing time and not worry about being rushed through if there was a wait. As soon as I was in the pedicure chair, they told me they were going to do my pedicure and no chip manicure at the same time. The place was more than half empty, and none of the other customers got the same speed treatment as me. This includes the two ladies who walked in right after me getting mani-pedis. The woman doing my nails did a horrible job shaping them, but I was too busy trying not to smudge my nail polish, balancing the no-chip setting light on my chair, and getting a pedicure. The manicurist didn't do a thorough job making sure each layer of no-chip polish sat under the curing light long enough, so my nails ended up dented as soon as I got up. I asked one of the ladies if they could fix my messed up nails, and she said it was just hair stuck to it. She wiped the hair off, and said that happens if you don't wipe then nails down well enough at the end. Well maybe they should have done that then? The nail was clearly dented where she wiped it, so I asked about her putting clear coat over it. She seemed taken aback but eventually agreed. I ended up just paying and leaving because I didn't want to deal with the crummy customer service anymore. Now that I've had some time to look over my nails, they look lumpy, are shaped weird, and the tips are messy. They also speeded through cleaning my cuticles and it shows. I don't know if it's because I'm young, so they assumed I wasn't worth giving a professional experience, but I'll definitely never be back. My advice: treat all your customers well, not just the ones who walk in with designer bags. They get a two star rating because they were very clean and my pedicure looks nice (even if the massage and nail clean-up was weak). read more

I went in after I got my haircut on Saturday 1/25/2020 because I needed to get my nails done. They had an opening and I thought wonderful! My hair salon recommended this place to me and let me know they do a good job. The place looks fancy and looked clean. Very quiet and no one really talks, i didn't feel welcomed at I picked out my no chip color and the lady started with my nails. I was there for 20 mins. The shortest mani ever. When she finished, my nails didn't look that bad but once I left and got home, I noticed that it's not clean around my cuticles, and it's only Thursday and it's already starting to come off around the edges. This was a last minute decision to come here instead of driving to my regular place and unfortunately, I would never come back. The amount I paid is definitely not shown on my nails. Update--- I called the salon and the manager on the phone didn't have a clue what I was talking about.
