Well I checked in with great hope of finding a nail salon and finally getting my nails done. Brought my Mom for her birthday today. She wanted a pedicure. As I continued to wait for someone to do my nails 20 minutes went by and my mom's pedicure was done and over with and I wasn't going to make her sit there and wait for me someone to start mine Plus wait the time it takes for a full set. Also a 20 min pedi was very disappointing for her. The technician seem to be in a hurry to move on to the next customer and did not give much attention to a her current customer. I did let them know that it was her birthday hoping they might give her a little extra attention which they did not. I cannot say what a full set of nails is like there because I couldn't get mine. If I would have been informed that there was nobody available for my nails I wouldn't have been so disappointed. Staff is very nice and friendly I had high hopes. read more

I have been here before and had a great experience but today was horrible I spent over an hour and a half getting a basic pedicure and a full set with no design and three people worked on my figures alone. By the time it was over I was already upset. I get home and start getting ready and my nails start pulling go back and another three people work on just my thumbs I was there for another half hour. I come here often. And for years now. But today was something else. So rude. And the design I got was so bad I provided a simple clear image and she was happy to do it. It came out so bad. I'm sad cause I love this place. But I wasn't treated very nicely today. And my nails do NOT look good. I've posted photos. The service itself was the worst. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a nail salon as I did then. I will retract this review if I were to be compensated for my time and money. It was so disappointing. I saved money to take my pregnant sister to get pamper and we left SO unhappy. The salon is filthy as well. IDFK what else to say. I had mentioned to her that it was hurting me and she said I won't cut you then I noticed I was bleeding made her aware of it and she didn't care . This was the worse nail place I've ever been to. A close friend of mine raved about this place so I thought I'd try it out with a pedicure. Needless to say this place lost regulars because of what happened yesterday. After trying to explain I needed a picture to show them what type of nail I wanted, they quickly started speaking to each other in their language and made me feel very awkward. Once they finally told me where to sit, I sat down, took off my shoes and I almost put my foot on the tiles only to see a dead roach or cricket. I should have just walked out then.... My mistake. So after the owner (Jenny) started working on my feet, she didn't say a friendly word to me. She looked at my hands and commented about how dry they were. I had to explain to her how I've had a condition since I was a child which is why my hands are the way they are. She didn't apologize for the way she talked to me or anything. I felt that was inappropriate to ask a customer. She asked me what color I wanted my nails and I still didn't know. She didn't respond, left my area and started working on someone else. I thought that was so rude. She never came back. So another associate came to work on my nails and started a to talk poorly about my friend that sat next to me. Mocking her behind her back and telling her she needs to sit somewhere else. I thought this could not be happening. WHERE AM I. After my toes were done, that lady just left me. I had to call her over and ask if I was done?! $33 later (which is RIDICULOUS) I now have an infection on my right big toe. This place is dirty, horrible service, and I seriously don't know how they are still in business. I now have to figure out how to handle a toe nail infection while on vacation with my freshly painted toes. This sucks. read more

I went to this salon on a recommendation from a coworker. The floors were filthy and the pedicure chairs were uncomfortable. They gestured for me to sit but I had no where to put my purse so it stayed in my lap. They didn't adjust the chair so I had to stretch to reach my feet to the technician. They were in a big hurry and rushed through a manicure and pedicure in under an hour. $57 later I had the wrong color on my nails (orange is not pink) and no one cared that I wasn't happy. I went to another nail salon to have the color corrected. $23 more because the women at Jenny's nails don't listen or care about customers or the service they provide! Go somewhere else. Went here on Thursday and if you want your manicure done correctly go to Kim he did an amazing job on my friend's nails. The guy I had sucked, I didn't catch his name. He is a glad older man who was more focused on the game then doing my nails properly. The next day I noticed my nails were bubbly and bumpy. I went in today for a pedicure, & the service was super quick. The employees were also very friendly. They really made an effort to have a conversation with each one of their customers and get to know them, which creates a very comfortable environment. I really appreciated that the woman who did my toes took time to help me find a color that matched my nails, which I had gotten done at another nail salon. The spa chairs are very clean, & all the other customers who were there seemed to be very happy with their work as well. If I can give 0 stars I would . I walked in at 10:34 am and walked out at 1:23 pm. I was recommended to try Cathy (with no glasses) so that's who I Asked for when i walked in . I had to wait which I had no problem . But when she came to attend me I asked for a design .. and they couldn't do it I guess . The color I wanted they didn't have . So I ended up choosing a olive green . She asked what shape & I told her I want stilleto ! She began my nails . She trimmed them shorter than I wanted, cut my "shape" & "filed them . She put uneven powder on my nails . Then began to file them some more . Some of my nails were almond . Some looked like a very very slim coffin and some were stilleto . It looked so bad that at one point I took the file from her and began to file my own nails to show her what Stilleto looked like . Whatever I guess she got my shape perfect as she said . Then she painted and it looked horrible . She charged me 37$ for full , uneven , bumpy , crooked set . Will never go back here . And if you choose too ! Don't go to Cathy read more
