I have been coming to One Hour Nail for pedicures on a regular basis for at least 13 years. My regular nail tech, Anna, is great and such an amazing artist. She can completely just about any design you are looking for. All the other techs in the shop are also amazing. Super friendly, and since my mother and I have both been coming here for so long, it's almost as if we are all extended family. I recommend any of the techs there. I suggest calling for an appointment as they do have a lot of regulars with appointments. read more

I arrived around 2:00pm walking for a pedicure and was seated with not much a selection of pink nail color I wanted as I was getting it done partly for the ETA event that raising money for breast cancer. So I asked the tech how much extra for French manicure and told me $3.00 so I gave in and 15 minutes later she proceeded it in the regular water messager. She took old nail color off, cut a little, filed and removed the cuticle with clean tools and once pet wife stabbed in tender area that hurt a little. I do liked the lotions, hand message and oilmen given to me then applied the colors. Total cost is 17.00 (pedicure with added French manicure), used debit which is $1.00 charge as other nail salons do the same. I had called around to several local nail salons hoping to get a last minute appointment this evening. Since it's the night before NYE the first few places were unable to accommodate me because of the holiday, but thankfully One Hour Nails saved me & told me to come right in. The nail technician I was seated with was younger & seemed to be less experienced, but was very nice & with a little assistance from another woman (who appeared to be the owner or manager), she did a fantastic job on removing my old gel & manicuring my nails very nicely. I love the shape & soft pink color. This nail salon is not as fancy as others, but the price is fantastic & I feel like the quality exceeds what you get at other places that charge much more. I went here with an appointment at 12:00. Julie did my nails, I told her I wanted coffin shaped nails she said that's an extra 10 bucks, I said fine. She literally did a full set of nails on me in 55 minutes, She was rude and was in a big hurry since she had an appointment at 1 o'clock which I was shocked.I chose white polish which when I got home I could see all of the lumps and bumps. Never again, waste of 50 bucks. I would never recommend Julie to anyone!! read more

Julie gets very busy, but she shouldn't rush when she's doing your nails to satisfy other customers. I felt like I was a nuisance. My pedicure looks awful and the nails on my feet actually hurt. I usually go to Love Nails in chino and pay the same amount for a gel manicure and regular pedicure and get quality work there and they don't charge extra for use of the spa chair. I only went here because my babysitter lives down the street from this nail salon and I didn't feel like driving everywhere, that was my mistake. Their okay. Went in for a manicure, they pushed the whole time I was there for me to get a gel manicure and pedicure. I made the mistake of washing dishes a day or so afterwords and all my nails started to peel and they were just ruined. I called and made an appointment at 6 and they had me scheduled for 5, I don't get off work until 5 so I know I didn't screw it up. They sat me in one of their spa chairs while the tech doing my nails stood the whole time. I got blue nails and wanted a white design on one finger but because of the language barrier she painted one of my nails completely white and did a black design. Very annoying, I didn't try to explain a few times before I gave up. But the design was done well and I liked it(not the white just the design) They were very packed as everyone states so just be patient and don't let it bother you. I'm so disappointed with this place. My mom and I went to go do our laundry and we decided to get a pedicure. So my mom got $100 out of her car and we went inside and sat on the pedicure seats. (Keep in mind there's only two pedicure seats and the only people inside the place was my mom, the workers and me) so my mom put the money under her thigh and when It was time to do her nails she got up and left the money on the seat. So the boss of the place started cleaning the area were my mom was, while the bosses daughter was doing my moms nails, my mom realized she left her money on the seat so she told her "let me get my money" but the lady said "no no you can get it later, your gonna mess up your nails" my mom got up and checked the chair she was sitting on and it wasn't there. So she told the lady that her money wasn't there and she kept on saying go check your car so I told them "no the money isn't in the car I saw her grab it" and then they kept saying how the money probably disappeared ‍ (haha yeah right money can definitely walk away) so my mom told them to check the cameras and they told us they didn't have any. (wtf what place doesn't have cameras !?) so we called the police and he couldn't do anything about it since there weren't any cameras. The ladies were very rude. my mom and I would not be going back to that place. I recommend that y'all shouldn't go here either. read more
