A huge thank you to Kassandra, who kept me updated with detailed, thoughtful messages throughout Luna's stay. I always knew she was in great hands. Luna went to training to improve her manners, leash walking, and confidence, and the difference was obvious from the moment I picked her up. She still has her happy personality, but she's much more confident, relaxed, and in control, which has made life at home so much more enjoyable for all of us. I would absolutely trust them again with any future dogs or additional training, and I highly recommend them! PS. I noticed another reviewer complaining that they use e-collars. I believe he is confused because he describes them as "electrocution," yet they aren't shock collars and do not deliver an electric shock, nor cause pain. He also seemed to be surprised they used it on his dog, but they're mentioned in the promotional materials... Don't be swayed by the opinion of someone who didn't even read the information he was sent.

They used an e collar even though we would never have agreed to them using that. Our poor dog came back traumatized. I wouldn't trust my worst enemies dog with ireeny (maybe ireenie?). Either way when we brought this up to managment ofcourse as one would expect it was all excuses. BUT the owner or whoever it was that's in charge was nice enough to offer one on one in Person training lesson to make up for it, which doesn't take back the weeks of torture my dog went through being actually electrocuted and dehydrated but the craziest part was the owner never bothered following up and keeping her promise. Trust me if you love your furry little friends stay far away. Nothing professional about this place. 4k dollar down the drain. My first dog was trained so unbelievably amazing by someone who very obviously loved their job. Unfortunately they closed down between the time we got our first dog to the second one. Shamrock ranch is the place we went too for 1500$ they worked wonders. This place just leaves you feeling ripped off. 4k$ for nothing to show except a poorly trained dog...is an actual scam. The kicker...we were told we would need to keep the e collar on him for the next 1.5 years. How come my other dog never needed an e collar?!? I'm disgusted I didn't trust my gut when I got that feeling of being pushed into the whole "he won't be trained correctly if you don't keep him there for the extra week". She had a skin condition that Ivermectin could supposedly help *got that info from TikTok*. I called in advance to find out if they had the product, and if they did, could they put it on hold? They were nice enough to put it on hold, lucky for me because it was the last one. Once I picked it up and got home, I realized that half of it had spilled out. There was no seal on the bottle and as you can see in my pictures, the box had absorbed whatever spilled out. I called the store immediately and told them what happened and also stated that the sales person didn't mention that I needed to keep it upright, although I do believe it was supposed to have a seal so maybe this was used? I asked for a full refund and again lucky for me, they agreed. My experience was a 7 out of 10 simply because I had to drive all the way back to their location to return it (nobody nearby sold that particular product and I didn't have time to wait for it on Amazon). Points also deducted because I wasn't told to keep the product upright, and for the fact that it wasn't sealed. Basically all the points that I'm giving them are for accepting the return and giving me a full refund. Would I go back? Possibly. However, should there be a "next time" I may need any sort of liquid medication, I'll open it in the store first to make sure the product is sealed.

Jamie is seriously super great. I've been going to her since last year and I don't take my three…read moredogs anywhere else! My dogs are always very happy anytime they come home from being groomed. They just feel really comfortable with her and you can tell she is patient and kind with them. My dogs also shed soooooooooooo much. Once they come home from being groomed we can't find a single loose hair on them! She's also very friendly, accommodating, and nice to work with. Her prices are fair too, she puts in a lot of time and effort with them. It's more expensive than going to petco, but WAY worth it.
