Came by here last weekend and got 2 pedicures done, one deluxe and one VIP. Overall it was an ok experience. The salon is located in a plaza with plenty of parking nearby. They accept credit card but do request tips are done via cash/zelle. I had called ahead and was told we could be seen immediately which was nice, but I ended up having to wait in my chair for over 15 minutes before I was actually seen, while my wife was seen immediately. Because of this I opted for a faster service so that we could be done at the same time. I really wish they were more transparent about the wait times so people could plan accordingly. The service itself was definitely on the pricier side considering what was received, and honestly the quality of work was pretty mediocre. The callus removal was half done (I could only see this after I got up), and everything just felt rushed with little attention to detail (cuticles not cleaned, nails not clipped short enough, etc.). The foot massage at the end was lovely, definitely the highlight of the whole experience. While it wasn't the worst service I've had, I wouldn't go out of my way to come back because of how much it costs vs the level of service I received. read more

The only thing I did not like was that they will tell you they are available but yet you get there and have to wait for like 45 mins to get services. Jenny & Katie did a fantastic job! Walked in and was able to be seated immediately for a gel pedicure and a gelx manicure. Pricing is reasonable and the work is quality. The only "issue" is there is no way to tip unless it's through Zelle or cash. I came here with my mom as we were going to New York in a few days and I wanted to pamper her. I didn't go to my normal place as we live a distance away. This was the worse place, if I can give zero stars I would. I came in with my long almond shaped nails with dip and chrome. They charged me $10 to remove my dip... ok... ?... the lady used the metal drill which burned my real nails. I told her to cut my nails a little and she chopped them off. Meanwhile I paid for the upgraded gel pedicure with massage. First it was no massage, I paid for someone to put lotion on my legs.. the pedicure sucked. She didn't even clean under my nails or cut my cuticles. I'm an athlete and go to the beach weekly so my toes always need a little attention. This was the worst experience ve had in a long time. My pedicure and gel nails took about 40 minutes. Cost $90 ($82 cash) ... waste of money. My mom's gel pedi and mani was 30 minutes. I was astonished and disgusted. This was not pampering but a nightmare. I was miserable with my hangnails bleeding the entire week in NY for vacation. I'm in NY writing this review as I'm still mad. And I think with the metal drill it thinned my nails as they're already chipping, nails breaking (on the band aid photo) and feel thin to the point I can't use my nails as usual to open a can of soda or anything. I love going to this place Nelson is amazing if it weren't for him I wouldn't go there anymore . Everytime I go I'm never greeting by the lady sitting closest to the front desk I believe her name is Cindy and is the shop manager . I say hello and thank you she just walks away . Today when I went in she said thank you bye honey to the client who paid before me . When it was my turn she didn't hand me my change and when i politely said thank you she walked away so I said it again to get a response . I stopped in here on a whim. I had gel nails that needed to be removed and wanted regular polish put on. I was quoted $25, discounted to $23 for cash. The gentleman that did my nails seemed like he may have had better days. He removed the gel polish with a portable nail drill/file, ran a regular file and buffer over my nails. I mentioned I wanted the nails rounded as opposed to square. I must say, I typically do a better job rounding out my nails. He applied the polish base, 2 coats of polish and a top coat. My thumb nail as it dried had some kind of something in the paint disturbing the smooth surface. He eventually cleaned the polish from that nail, re applied 2 coats of polish and a top coat. When I pulled it back to place it in the curing box, I caught it on the plexiglass dividing us, messing it up. He cleaned it up again, and re-re-applied 2 coats of polish and a top coat. Throughly discusseded he had me put my nails back in the curing box. I came away with eh nails and polish on my thumb as well as the nail. Cleanliness is not a virtue here, there were pieces of skin and nails on the floor around abandoned spa chairs and the nail artist sat with her feet/shoes up on the nail table. New update! LT Nails is still a great location! Their bathrooms are of the highest quality and are very sanitary. In fact, my buddy, Eddie, went there the other day and said the floor was so spotless you could lick up some Sprite directly off the floor! Not sure if you'd actually want to do that but clearly he thinks very highly of the sanitation standards of LT Nails. Furthermore, the staff is very friendly. The prices alone are already very reasonable, but you even get a discount for paying in cash. I took my little sister to get her Nails done and was pleased with how they treated her. I have been coming to this salon for about a year because it's close to my work and home and they stay open late, but the service has consistently declined. My most recent visit made it clear that I will never return. As a woman of color, the difference in how I was treated compared to other customers was noticeable from the moment I walked in. Other clients are greeted warmly, called by name, and given extra care and attention. Meanwhile, my appointments were always delayed, the staff was noticeably quiet or dismissive when dealing with me, and their attitude only changed when it was time for a tip. That's when they suddenly were friendly. It was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. The male tech, Nelson, has repeatedly refused to do my designs. Every time, I show photos of what I want, I'm told he or Katie can do it, but the moment I sit with him, he tells me to "wait for Katie." He is consistently lazy, unprofessional, and unwilling to do the services he claims to offer. On my last visit, I requested a simple French tip and he was clearly doing a poor job on purpose. He claimed he didn't understand what I wanted, and even after two other techs explained it to him in their language, he still said, "Just wait for Katie. She'll be done soon," followed by a sigh before walking away. When I asked how long she'd be, he said he didn't know. This salon is rude, slow, outdated, and lacks the skills to keep up with current nail trends. They need more trained techs who are actually capable of doing designs and providing consistent service. Save your time and money. I will learn to do my own nails or fly to another country before I ever spend another dollar here. read more

I started it off with Cindy and then I was seated with Nelson and he has Been doing my nails ever since! I have been coming here for 4 yrs now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I came in for a manicure and pedicure for my wedding and was left extremely disappointed. I got a non-gel pedicure as I really only needed it to last 3 days until the wedding, but by the second day, I already had entirely lost the paint on several toes. I've never seen polish peel off so easily, not sure if some sort of peel off base was used? Even when I paint my own nails at home they last much longer... I had to go out to buy polish and repaint my own nails the morning of my wedding... For my manicure, they matched my simple vision and looked great at first look, but after leaving and taking a closer look, the surface was very uneven and product was left on the surrounding skin. I don't think they really do much to prep your nail or clean up your cuticles. Rough filing also left my nails feeling raw and sore later in the evening. FYI they also don't seem to honor appointments even if you make them. It's pretty first come first serve based on when you arrive. I saw someone sign in with a later appointment than me who got serviced first just for walking in right in front of me. There seems to be a lot of good reviews so maybe certain nail techs are good, but not the ones I had. Would recommend asking for someone specific. read more

Living in the OC area, I jump around to different nail salons and haven't found one I liked enough to go a second time. However, my friend took me here as she got her wedding nails done and I've already gone back several times on my own since then. I appreciate how efficient the nail techs are in addition to being sooo gentle. They communicate with you on the exact design you want and some have even chosen a prettier shade of color than the one I initially pointed out.
