Do not take your rings to be fixed or sized at Jensen jewelry. I took a ring to be sized up two sizes. I went in three times after I picked it up because I was not happy with the fit. I was not given any advice, except to buy a band because it was too top-heavy. Basically I felt they were tryin to get me to buy a band there. I was never offered to have it resized or any resolution. I then took it elsewhere to two other stores and they showed me that it was sized at 9.5. Jensen sized it wrong. I paid $219 at Jensen jewelry to get a ring sized that wasn't the right size. After I complained to them in an email They offered me $45. I was also told I had waited too long to have a resolution to the problem. It had been two months and I had been in the store 3 times trying to get it fixed. The manager of the store was the one that did not offer any help in the store. I filled a complaint with the BBB. I understand I can't get a full refund but half is more then responsible when they are the ones that sized it wrong. I trust the other two stores that had the sizing correct. The manager tried to discredit them I would not trust them to do any work on any jewelry or buy jewelry there. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME AT JENSEN JEWELRY!!! I have waited almost a year to give this company a review in hopes they would actually rectify several, several mistakes made in dealing with them about the expensive setting we bought. I went to Jensen's big giveaway last Summer and fell in love with a ring. I did not win which was okay, it was a fun event to attend anyways. I will say everybody at Jensen has been very polite but that does not make up for my terrible experience and the horrible quality of my ring. When we went back to purchase the setting that I had fallen in love with we were told it would take 10 weeks for it to be made. As we continue to look around for something similar that might be ready to purchase so I didn't have to wait almost 3 months to get it, we did find one very similar. I was very excited knowing that I would have it in a week because it did need to still be sized. I had wanted the main diamond to be 1.5 carat and the one we found was only a 1 carat but I loved it so we decided to go ahead and pull the trigger. A few days later I received a call from somebody at the store explaining that they had actually sold me a fake piece or as they call it, a display piece and it was still going to take 10 weeks for me to get the ring. I at that time asked since we had to order it now anyway could we please go ahead and order it in the 1.5 carat. They told me no!! Which I thought was strange. If I'm paying for something I'm not quite sure why they were not willing to order it in the size I originally wanted. They did say because of the mix-up they would allow me to wear the display piece until mine was done which I thought was very nice. I never thought it would be such a nightmare just trying to have a wedding ring on my finger. I have now had to drive out to their Nampa location eight times which I never should have had to drive out there at all. In the beginning I was up in Idaho City taking care of my dying father so the trip to Nampa wasn't just a quick trip. The display piece that I was wearing kept losing diamonds. On two separate occasions I received a call that the ring was ready to pick up after having to have it fixed. So I drive all the way out to Nampa just to find out the jeweler hadn't even touched it and a second time I drove to the village location to pick it up and they had forgotten it out in Nampa. That is only two of the times I had to make trips that were completely unnecessary especially considering my ring wasn't done or wasn't even there. Finally, my ring was finished and I had really hoped the quality of my actual setting was much better than the display piece that I was wearing. Or actually not wearing because I had only had it on my finger for maybe two weeks out of the almost 10 weeks it took to get the actual ring we paid for. THREE days after I picked up my ring the 1 carat diamond (which is actually lab created because we were going to purchase the real diamond for our anniversary that would go into the setting) was so loose it almost fell out of the setting. You could actually hear it jiggling around when my finger moved. So once again I have to drive all the way out to Nampa to have it fixed. This was only THREE days in my possession. I do take very good care of my jewelry so I know it had nothing to do with me. Making a comment to the girl who was working about my frustration of the quality and that the many times I had to drive out to Nampa, I was reassured that it would not happen again. Sure enough a few months later looking down at my ring I noticed a diamond is missing AGAIN. The display piece had lost a total of three diamonds and now my $2,500 setting that I had only had for a few months was missing a diamond. At this point frustration is probably not even the right word. I went into the village location which is where I originally purchased the ring and explain to the manager Emily all of my concerns and frustration for having to deal with this over and over again. I was very polite as was she. She explained to me that the entire staff that I had been working with was no longer there and had basically placed blame on them for my horrible experience. She suggested that they would remake it in the size that I originally wanted but was told no (1.5 carat) and that she would call me in a week or so to give me the details. It's been over 2 months and I have not heard a word from anybody at the store. And surprise surprise the main Stone on my ring is once again loose. Now that it's time to purchase the actual diamond I definitely will not be spending my money with them. I highly recommend you go to a company that 1, has good quality jewelry and 2, actually does what they say they will. Although the staff was nice and expressed their concern as well as promising to fix the situation, it does not even matter at this point. I've been lied to, blown off, and now I'm stuck with a ring that is constantly having to be fixed. NOT HAPPY read more

I recently had to have an MRI and I found that after 45 years my wedding ring was very hard to get off my finger and I didn't feel it was wise to put it back on until I had it sized a little bigger. I took my ring to Jensen Jewelers on a Saturday and told them I was leaving for Arizona on Monday and totally expected the employee to tell me that they could have it done by the time I returned home. However, the employee told me she would try to see if the jeweler had and time to get it sized before I left on Monday. True to their word, I received a call on Monday morning at 11:30 AM saying that my ring would be done in 30 minutes and I could come pick it up. I stopped by on my way to the airport and even though the there were 4 other customers in the store they got me on my way with my ring as soon as they could. I was on my way to see my children and grandchildren and would have felt naked with out my wedding ring of 45 years. I left feeling emotional and grateful for these sweet people who seemed to care.
