Extremely disappointed with this place!!! I was having issues with my car doing a little chugging at stop signs and when I pull off to go, it would kind of jolt a little bit so I dropped the vehicle off to be inspected on October 17 they called me back the next day and said it was my alternator and a few spark plugs and a belt that's connected to the alternator that needs to be replaced and they were telling me it was $2500 and I was like no thank you I'll take it someplace else I then had to pay $175 for them to inspect my vehicle and they never even figured out the problem because come to find out it's my transmission NOT MY ALTERNATOR!!!! and luckily I do have a warranty that will be covered when I purchased my car five years ago!! PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE !! THEY TRYED IT FOR $2500 but got $175 out of me!! SCAM!!! read more

I was coming home from a South Dakota fishing when my 2018 Silverado started acting up. It had a check engine light on and was jerking really hard. It died on the side of the interstate but started again once it cooled off. I first called the Chevy dealer and they told me it would be a month. So I called the guys at Omaha car care. It was right as they were closing and they said bring it by really quick and we will hook it to the scanner and see what's going on. I've had other times I've taken vehicles to Omaha car care. Omaha Care Care. Be careful when you take you vehicle here. Nice guys and they did fix the truck. But they will overcharge you on the parts. Not just a little. They told us they buy their parts wholesale yet I can buy the same part $250 cheaper at AutoZone or O'Reillys. Gave us a price for a oil change and charged us $17.00 more. Very pleased with their service here. I was recommended to come here from one of my main auto mechanics. They weren't able to do an alignment or work with the wheels/tires so they suggested I come here. Tim and Bob did a great job greeting me and talking with me about what happened with my car. He said they were backed up but would schedule me for service the next day. I could not believe how many cars were in the parking lot and in the garage being worked on. They were able to fix my problems and even come up with ideas for other problems I had that no one seemed to be able to figure out. Took my car there. Paid for diagnostic and too fix my car. They fixed what they thought was wrong but couldn't probably diagnose the issue. Whether it be machines or the human factor. Unsure why. Paid over 300. Having same issue. Took to dealer. Problem fixed. Had to pay double but it is what it is. Sent them (Omaha car care) an email about issue and service, no response to date. Never could get a loner for my troubles. Where is the fleet of loaner cars? Commercials sound great but if you want to be valued as a customer and the job done right, regardless of how old your car is take it somewhere else. Don't go here. read more

I like scheduling early on my day off sometimes it hard for me lol because I barely ever get to sleep in but they get the job done. Of course some major repairs takes longer than a day which common sense but they don't delay they wont say that they're so so backed up that they won't get to your car for like a week. Which is good because some things can be serious and some customers can not wait for them too long. And It has a subway a pizza joint a burger joint, hyvee near by so you can have breakfast or lunch while waiting. read more

Very ethical. They communicate very well every step of the way through the repair if there are any changes. Also like the frequent customer program. We have gotten 2 free oil changes already. Every time I get an estimate anywhere else, these guys will match it if their estimate is not lower. If all shops ran this way, auto repair would not have such a bad name. read more

Something was caught in there and instead of making some problem up and charging to fix it, they pulled it out and sent me on my way.
