Completely useless and outrageously overpriced had my car for over a week to do 2 repairs and quoted me nearly $500 for a thermostat replacement and said the labor would cost $400 on work that would take under an hour then after I got my car back not only was it not fixed they somehow managed to make it worse than I brought it in and it started to overheat on drives that where on drives under 10 miles and this started as soon as I got it back from them. read more

I came in about 430pm and asked for a quick oil change cause I thought they closed at 5 found they didn't close until6. First person i spoke to was like sure we can get you just a sec. 2nd guy Orlando pascual came to the counter started off polite and when he asked me how he could help me. I said to him someone is helping me with a oil change. He began to sighing really loudly, sucking his teeth and just felt it was rude and unnecessary. Came in for my appointment to replace SUV tires and a rear taillight. When checking in, Tyler at the front desk was deliberately rude: cutting off my responses to his questions and interrupting my requests. When Dave went to accept payment after the work was completed, he brought the non-working taillight to my attention, since it had not been replaced. Dave was very professional and friendly, and ensured the bulb was replaced. As a military wife and customer, I have an expectation to be treated with the minimum of respect. Next time my family will take our business somewhere else. read more

Not all Jensen Tires are equal, and we really appreciated these guys going above and beyond for our family this weekend. Driving down 370 friday at 5:15 we heard a noise coming from the engine, and a light came on, we happened to be right at the intersection where Jensen was located, so we pulled over (family of 4) to have it checked out. They were getting close to closing, but were great about letting us get things checked out. After lifting the hood, we saw smoke and clearly had an alternator issue. They were great about letting me and the kids (toddler and infant) wait inside even after closing while my husband got an uber back for his car. Each person we met was very accommodating and understanding, and got us taken care of the following day. We appreciated their patience and kindness for our situation! read more

I literally cannot rave about Orlando (manager) at Jensen on 96th and 370 enough. After leaving my car stranded overnight at work due to a fault of AAA's, I was expecting to have my car dropped off at a local dealer the next morning. I called said dealer and they told me they would not even touch my vehicle for at least two weeks because they were packed busy. I called Jensen at 7:05 am, crying and Orlando picked up, assured me everything would be okay, and that they would get it looked at that day even if it meant he personally looked at it. He called me less than two hours after I had it towed and told me it was a super simple fix and it was already done. What took them 2 hours, another dealership told me it would take two weeks before even looking at it. I will always give this location my business going forward. Thanks Orlando! read more

As a female in my 20s I was worried I was going to be ripped off, since there is a stigma against mechanics but these guys were great! I went in for an oil change and they came and talked to me about suggestions for fixing my oil leak and also gave me a quote for new tires but no work was going to be done until I gave the OK. Just TIRED of these jokers. Location is convenient and I've always had good experiences with other Jensen locations (especially in Bellevue), but these guys . . . EVERY time my wife or I take our vehicles here they come home with something NEW wrong with them (radiator flush = suddenly no heat, tire rotation = alignment WAY off, oil change = oil leak, etc.). This latest time we're hearing that the last time my wife's vehicle was in there, they inspected the breaks to discover that the FRONT breaks were almost toast and the rear ones (having just been replaced at the dealership acouple months prior) were fine. So, as one might reasonably expect our friends at Jensen in Papillion replaced the REAR brakes, leaving the FRONT ones to self destruct completely and requiring a much larger repair job now. I am disgruntled. So take my review with however many grains of salt you see fit. But if you take your car there and it just ain't quite right when you get it back, don't say I didn't warn you. read more

HORRIBLE business practices. They oversold and added a "protection plan" that was never discussed. They charged a 70 something year old woman who had just been in an accident for 4 $193.00 Goodyear tires for a 2008 Honda Accord with 40,000 miles on it. They sold her high performance tires for a 5 year old car that's driven less than 10,000 miles a year. If there's one thing I hate, it's scum who pray on older people. DON'T GO THERE, CRIMINALS, LIARS, THIEVES They are con's - Going to work my heater was blowing cold air and the temperature gage was going up I also noticed steam coming from the hood, back track to Papillion and here to Jensen thinking it was a hose ($100 at max) when they called me a little later and told me I need to have the water pump and radiator replaced for a cost of $ 1,100. I told them No and drove car home after work - I was in the process of replacing the water pump myself when I noticed no water coming from the blow hole in the water pump and no water around it - but a small hose was broke by the throttle body fixed it and drove the car for miles no problems. read more

I would disagree. I needed one new tire because of tar from a parking lot attaching and creating an issue. I came in, stated what I needed and asked them to also do a few other things. I was expecting to come away with at least $300 work of work and given a bill for $170. read more

STAY AWAY... If I could give them zero stars I would. I think they are scam artists trying to get as much money out if you as possible. They tried telling five people they needed new struts and amazingly they have a sale going on right now for struts. All I needed was new tires. Just had my jeep serviced by my regular trust worthy mechanic the day before and nothing was wrong. I spent $600 on new tires and on the very short drive home it was making a terrible noise. So I dropped it back off right away. First they called and said two people drove it and heard nothing. Impossible. I said that was b.s so then someone else drove it and miraculously heard it but it was nothing they did. It went in fine and came out broken. When I went back to pick it up they lady in front of me was pissed too bc they charged her $50 more than they quoted her. They tried to sell her struts too she told me. They will never get my business again and they shouldn't get yours. I hope this will save someone some time and money in the future. read more
