Their policy says unlimited prints, but not everyone got a copy of the group photos since the attendant didn't always ask how many prints were needed. A few of my friends ended up without photos they were in. After the wedding, I reached out to Hidden Gem hoping to get a couple of extra copies to send with thank-you cards, but I haven't heard back despite following up. I really hate to do this to a small business, but if posting this review is the only way to get my extra photos then so be it. They even provided some designs to start, but what we wanted in the end was quite specific, so it was awesome to have the ability to do closely collaborate. Offer tons of options for backdrop color (or make your own!), the photo template, props, scrapbooking, etc. They also upload all of your images onto this website for easy access thru a download link.
