Today was the first time I've been to a Jeremiah's and the staff was not friendly. This is also the first time I did not tip. The girl taking my order had such a scowl on her face when I walked up to place my order, I had to ask if they closed at 9 because I thought maybe she was mad we came last minute. It turns out she told me they closed at 10. My husband goes up to ask for a sample and he hadn't seen her face yet, he asked her if everything was ok because she seemed off. She was such a crabby Patty, we almost left. The young man giving the samples was polite and quiet. I don't know if they got into a fight or what we walked into but it was terrible customer service. The girl had such a bad vibe. We ended up buying a gelati anyway but it was probably the worst one I've had. The coconut and pina colada flavor Italian ice was hard and crunchy, the strawberry lemonade was watery. The flavors all being very bland. I'm not sure what went wrong today but scooping Italian ice and ringing an order up isn't rocket science. There's someone out there that would love to have a low stress job and interact with the public. I think hiring young people with poor customer communication will kill your business. MY FAVORITE PLACE FOR DESSERT!! So happy that there is a Jeremiah's in Naples! I have only had Jeremiah's in Orlando and Coral Springs so this is the best addition that Naples could have gotten! If you download their app you can get a free small Italian ice, gelati, or soft ice cream. You can also earn rewards on the app so if you are an avid go or like I am you can get more gelati's. This is a great place for a casual dessert with friends or family or if you just want to go by yourself. They have an inside area to order and then sit down or you can go up to the window outside and order from there as well if you are worried about having to walk inside or just as a convenience. As far as the sizes I can finish a small but a medium would be too much for me to eat by myself you could also probably split a medium with someone else if you're looking to split one. The small can have up to three different Italian ice flavors the medium can have up to four different Italian ice flavors and I think the large you can have up to five different Italian ice flavors (I think 4-5 for the large,I am not sure). Some of my favorites are the scoop froggy frog gelati which is a mint chocolate chip Italian ice with chocolate and vanilla swirl ice cream, cookie butter and cookies and cream Italian ice with vanilla soft serve ice cream, orange Italian ice with vanilla soft serve ice cream. The staff and manager are super friendly and very efficient. The overall inside and outside area are kept a very clean and the business appears to be very well run. I have been here twice already with friends and family since finding out it's been opened and will definitely be back in the next couple weeks! read more

5 stars all the way around! 1. The staff was super sweet and greeted us upon arrival. They told us about the menu and asked us if we wanted samples. 2. The franchise owner is such a hard worker. I saw him on TikTok which is how I knew about this place and decided to check it out. I also saw him taking out the trash and picking up around the place. Such respect for an owner like that who is involved in his business. 3. The place was super clean. They were making everyone wear masks and even provided them for everyone. They have options to order inside or outside and to sit inside or outside to practice social distancing! 4. Of course the food is what you all want to hear about.....it was SO good and refreshing! It's the perfect treat on a hot Florida day. I haven't been able to find good soft serve ice cream so this is definitely the best option out there. Just opened. If you love soft serve ice cream and or shave ice then this is the place. The shave ice is not the crunchy ice cube snow cone material. It is velvety and full of flavor. I'm so happy that Jeremiah's is in SWFL. I used to go to Jeremiah's as a kid in Orlando. It's the best Italian ice you'll ever have. My favorite is the p-nutty, salted caramel and coconut. The only thing is that every time I've gone in (5-6 times now), I haven't had the friendliest of service. It's fast, but any questions I've had have been reluctantly answered. I've forgotten to scan my app each time for points, as no one has ever asked if I have it. I usually buy 2-3 large to-go containers at a time, so the points would have been nice and I would return more often. Can't say enough good things about this place! A young girl Trinity there was so helpful when it came to me ordering bc I am so indecisive. We had a conversation while I was waiting for my order. Super sweet and she will 100% be the reason I come back. Because of her I came back the next day and the owner was very attentive and made sure the customers were completely satisfied. We were just there! Fantastic ices, great choices and you can sample all the flavors. I had chocolate and orange ices. The chocolate had chocolate chips! Having ices my whole life in NYC these are even better. Run don't walk to get your fix! They also have ice cream which is also good. You can make any combination of ices and ice cream or whatever. Went there to give a try. Signs asked patrons to wear masks if they come inside which is ok given Covid. However staff had their masks pulled down below chin and were talking while leaning over the ice scream. Mentioned they should be wearing their masks and got a response that they were not required to in Collier County. The irony of asking their customers to keep them safe by wearing a mask but not wearing a mask to keep their customers safe is too much. Holy cow, so good!!! My husband heard that this place just opened and wanted to try it out. I was pretty skeptical since it looked like Rita's and I wasn't so thrilled with what I had there. I had the pina colada gelati and my husband had the soft serve swirl. We were really surprised by how good it was.
