Speaking of visiting, you visit Mr Morgan's because of the service offered. The owner was very engaging and took the time to explain different flavor variations and also their specials. Having been to Hawaii many a times, Mr Morgan is pretty close to what you would get from an island experience. It matches the ambiance of being on the island with the food truck theme and open parking lot. It's friendly, dog friendly and overall whimsical. I dare say I would definitely come back on my next visit and would encourage others to do so as well.

We were immediately greeted by two men who were just the kindest. I purchased two honey bun cow tails for my children and then I ordered two hot chocolates and a strawberry lemonade. To receive your drinks, you go out the side door to the left, around the back. The hot chocolate with some of the most decadent that I have ever had. It was incredibly rich and very flavorful. The strawberry lemonade was also delicious. Between the cleanliness, the cutest decor, the kindest staff, and the delicious drinks, I wish I lived closer to come here more often. My spouse and I checked out the self-guided tour right before we grabbed dinner at The Ice Plant. The tour isn't particularly long but was filled with information. After the tour, we headed upstairs to the restaurant. The restaurant feels really spacious with its super tall ceilings. There was lots to look at reminding us of the previous use of the building. We ordered the hand cut fries, strawberry and beet salad, and the gochujang marinated pork chop. I also ordered a few of their drinks, each one featuring different types of ice to fit the drink. Honestly all the food and the drinks were so good, but the easy standout of the night for both my spouse and I were the pork chops. These might have been the best pork chops I've ever had in my life. The pork chops were incredibly tender and juicy, not dry at all. I was expecting it to be a little dry, as I feel like pork chop can sometimes get overcooked, but no. These were so juicy and tender. I asked our server how the pork chop was cooked. Our server said that the pork chops were cooked sous vide, which makes a lot of sense as to how they were so tender. I've already told my spouse if we are in the St. Augustine area again, I would make a special trip just to get these pork chops again, they were that good. I really enjoyed this restaurant.
