Everything looks so good it's basically impossible to choose just one treat. Big fan of the Spam musubi --always grab one. The Dubai chocolate croissants are insanely good, and honestly anything ube they make is a must. The flavors are always on point and everything tastes super fresh. Perfect spot when you're in the mood to treat yourself (or when you fully accept you're leaving with way more than you planned). Easily one of my favorite stops for pastries and snacks.

It might be even better if they added a few raisins to it. We'll be back for this item periodically. We also tried a mango float ($6). It was good, and had more whipped cream in it than the one I'm used to, but I've probably had slightly better examples. For $6, it's not a great value: smaller than the cinnamon roll and not as good. I might get it again, but probably not at that price. This remains one of my favorite bakeries in town, and we'll be back periodically. Update: We tried another cinnamon roll. This time we thought it was fantastic, the best thing I've eaten in a long time. 25 seconds microwaved again. We'll have to get one periodically.

I came in on 4/3 and ordered the following: 1 Warm croissant with ham and cheese 1 Amond croissant 1 Simply Orange Juice 1 French Orange Juice 1 Cappuccino Once my total came I was quoted $31 sounded crazy for the little I ordered but nonetheless I swiped my debit card and went on with my day. Later that evening I was checking my bank transactions, and low and behold I was charged $43.46 for my order. No way! I was not a fan. I reached out to the website email and explained the issue. I got a polite "I'm sorry you were quoted wrong" & a copy of the transaction. I also noticed a $5.67 tip that I am sure I never opted for as I never leave tips with a card payment it's usually always cash. Honestly there are many good home baked places around that are in a better price range , and handle issues better, than this one was taken care of.

Their selections, whether sweet or savory, are always fresh and flavorful. The staff is so polite and informative and just proud of what they do. We go often whether it's from the "Too Good to Go" app or we're just in the area. The interior is clean and vibrant and a perfect cafe style experience if you desire to dine in as well. They offer vegan selections too. If you're anywhere in the vicinity of St Gabriel Bakery, I highly suggest you stop by. You will find something you love.

I was welcomed into the store as soon as I entered. The young man asked if it was my first time at the bakery. Then he took his time to give me a tour of the sweet and savory bakery items that they have on display and taught me how to select items by choosing a basket and a set of tongs for my choices. I purchased a banana muffin, which was almost as big as my fist and still could only eat half of it in a sitting. I also ordered the turkey sandwich on a ciabatta roll, which was just the perfect combination of meat, greens, avocado, and cheese in a beautifully baked roll. Have you ever had a sandwich whose flavors build with every bite? This is truly a unique bakery in Jacksonville, and we should do all that we can to support it. Tell your friends! You won't be disappointed.

I didn't know how great this place was and have saved myself a lot of trips across the bridge and down the road to get cruffins. Food--10/10. Fluffy, buttery heaven presented in fun and creative ways. These were beyond delightful!! Because I got a sampling, everyone had to cut theirs up to share because they all looked so good we couldn't pick which one we wanted. I'm going to have to buy a lot more very soon! Service--10/10. A very nice and knowledgeable staff. It felt very welcoming. Atmosphere--10/10. Nestled in a simple strip of shops, you walk in and everything is transformed. It's so cute and cozy inside. This was my first time having an actual cruffin, and I am bummed to say, they are just not for me. I like croissants. I like muffins. But together... not so much. I can, however, tell you if that's your thing you will likely love these! The pastry was so perfectly made. And you can tell it's high quality ingredients, made with love. I did love my almond croissant tho (and probably would have been thrilled with a box full of just these!). And the pain au chocolate type pastry I had was delicious as well. It's such a cute little spot and the service is always so wonderful. I will go back again and again. Even tho some of the items aren't my personal top favorites, they make such quality treats I know for sure I will always find something I am over the moon for!
