This visit we went for the monster flight and tried every single one! My least favorite was the sour zombie as I'm not a super fan of sour stuff. BUT the other three were fantastic. Chocolate cherry for the vampire bite, chocolate mint for frankenfrog, and blue raspberry and cookies and cream ice for the cookies and scream. We also grabbed the pumpkin spice latte and the pumpkin pie because at this point why not???? The employees always are cheerful and make a great mix! Analiyah was amazing. The sweetest smile and engaging attitude I've ever had here. Very welcoming and kind. Most young kids these days just don't seem to engage much with customers. This location has a drive-thru! Such a plus to not have to get out of the car. You can still get samples of all the tasty flavors of ice via the drive-thru. The staff was very friendly. Also there is a window to walk up and order at and several tables outside to sit at and enjoy your tasty treat. A signature flavor at Jeremiah's is Scoop Froggy Frog which is mint chocolate chip flavor. It's green (which everyone knows is wayyy better than white in color mint chocolate chip) and had chocolate chips throughout. A newer option at Jeremiah's is the additional add-ins to have layered in. I chose the Oreo cookie crumbs. It added a nice bit of extra chocolate and crunch. Overall this is my favorite combination. Have you ever had Biscoff cookies? Aren't they delicious?! If so, get the cookie butter ice! Tastes just like them. Ordered the cookie butter ice and had cookie butter cookie crumbs layered in. The services is always quick, the stuff is always delicious, and even the price is always right. I stopped by here one day on an ice cream day I was having, and I got their infamous Gelati, which is a combination of their core ingredients, Italian Ice and Soft Ice Cream. I forgot what flavors exactly, but it was probably one of their very helpful recommendations. I have been a fan of Jeremiah's Italian Ice for many, many years. Love all the favors and friendly people I've met while waiting in the long lines. However, this is the second time in 6 months that the staff has been rude and disrespectful. Last time it was to a woman purchasing several small ices for a large group. One item was incorrect and the server refused to provide the correct item. This time the server made the mistake with me Gelato (italian ice without the vanilla ice cream). She scooped out the ice and tried to add ice cream between in the middle and top only not between all the layers). When I requested she just remake the entire gelato quart, her co-worker yelled at me in a snarky tone, "I saw her put the proper amount of ice cream and we aren't going to waste the ice." Everyone who has ever purchased, a gelato with multiple favors understands ice cream separates each layer of ice. The young lady was adament. Since she refused to fix the Gelato quart and continued to be so rude, I requested a refund of my entire $31 order. I refuse to spend money where I receive poor customer service. I understand young people need work experience but without proper supervision and direction they don't learn decent customer service. For me customer service is huge. read more

This is so far above flavored and colored crushed ice. Depending on the flavor you choose, I would certainly consider adding the soft serve ice cream to make it a "Gelati". I tried the pumpkin pie and it had some cookie crumbles in it that absolutely made it pop. This place does such a great job with elevating something simple to something special. My favorite go to flavor combo is Pina Colada with Bahama Freeze and Mango! Yummy. I'm a regular at this location. When I'm in the mood for some ice cream Jeremiah's is definitely top 5 for me. I've introduced my whole family to it and visiting friends. If I could ship it believe me I would. The locations are typically no frills chill spots with plenty of benches for seating. The staff is typically on point with cleaning and trash so you don't experience a lot of bug issues which works because outside eating can be iffy. Pictured are my 4th, 5th, and 6th quarts this month, and I literally am not stopping! I seriously go carb-less all day long so I can enjoy Jeremiah's guilt-free after dinner. If you haven't tried Jeremiah's, please stop reading this and just go already!! :D Here are some of my favorite flavors this month: - Gingerbread & Vanilla Gelati: This is one of the BEST Gelati I've ever had at Jeremiah's (had 1 quart and 1 large this month, and on to my 2nd quart). The Italian ice is a tiny bit crumbly, adding to the already "sandy" texture from the finely grinned ice itself, it's almost like they've sprinkled fine graham cracker over it. It's also got a VERY strong gingerbread flavor, spiced, but not overwhelmingly, it's just right. Rich and creamy vanilla ice cream then tops it to balance out the lightness from Italian ice. Plus, all of these are sweetened to perfection to keep them full, yet refreshing. Just imagine all of these slowly melt in your mouth altogether, with crumbs lightly grinds on your teeth as you bite down. And yes, this is the moment you close your eyes and say "emmmm, yummmm" as you smile!!!! - Salted Caramel & Vanilla Gelati: Second favorite this month. This one is a bit less unique, but still very good! The Italian ice has very STRONG caramel flavors without it being overly sweet or rich. The vanilla ice cream then does its job to compliment the richness and creaminess. The sated caramel Italian ice and vanilla ice cream has to go together, it wouldn't haven't been such an amazing combo if they were just eaten alone. - Pumpkin & vanilla Gelati: They stopped making this after beginning of this month, it's a tiny bit disappointing (Although it would have been a huge disappointment if they haven't added the gingerbread flavor). This pumpkin flavor has EVERYTHING from pumpkin pie without it being the thing itself. Imagine pumpkin pie filling without the creamy and gooey texture, with it being light and "liquified", leaving spiced scents across your tongue as it melt. Then thick vanilla ice cream adds to it like the fresh whipped cream over pumpkin pie. With all these together, just SO GOOD!! Arriving on the Orlando scene in 1995 they've expanded to many, many locations throughout the area. My first introduction was a little standalone shop up in Maitland, which has since moved and expanded. This is the first Jermiah's that I remember. I love all of the locations that I have been to of course!. This location is fairly easy to get into the drive through. Like all Jermiah's they keep a menu board up of all of the current ice flavors that are available. The usual suspects are there of course. My favorite here is always the Gelati with vanilla ice cream and raspberry ice. Unsurprisingly, that is what I ordered this trip right. Notably, this location was really quick this time. There really wasn't a line, but there were 2 cars in front of me and I barely waited at all. The staff at Jermiah's always take care to ensure that the lids are on the containers securely so that they can travel home safely. Most importantly - the gelati tastes fantastic! A buddy of mine and I ubereats this place from the hookah place nearby. I've been to a few Italian ice places, and it's usually too much ice, not enough cream. This place was the opposite of expected. prices were great, and the food? The food was addictive. I got the chocolate gelato (iced of course) and it was mixed very well.
