My favorite cookie was definitely the Ava Maria, but all of the cookies are delish :) They have mostly the same cookies except three special cookies rotate out at different times (weekly, monthly, and seasonally). We got one of each of the special cookies, and they were FANTASTIC! My only wish is that they keep those special cookies forever because Cookie Buttah, Oreo Brownie Cheesecake, and Strawberry Frosted Donut are extremely creative ideas for cookies, but alas, they must leave at their designated time to make space for new creative cookies. I'm excited to see the new cookies when it comes time. I also had a Fruity Pebble milkshake (not pictured) that was really good, but I think it was a lil pricey for the size. Had the chance to stop by Night Owl Cookies today! I've been to other locations before but never tried their shakes. Honestly didn't even know they had shakes. I decided to try the Nutella Shake and let me say it was delish! I love Nutella and love the flavor of this shake. It was super rich, but I thought it was refreshing. It was a perfect day to enjoy a sweat treat in this Orlando heat. Plus the presentation was 10/10 with the syrup drip and Nutella around the inner rim. This is my third venture into the lair of one of the many Night Owl Cookies locations. I was all set to try their s'mores cookie until I discovered that the photo online and the actual cookie are about as similar as a glamour shot and a mugshot. Apparently, they changed the design but forgot to notify the internet. Out of my three visits, this was the best one--though that's a low bar to clear. I got six cookies, and two of them were so bad that my entire family agreed they belonged in the trash. The Cookie Butter Cookie and Oreo Cheesecake were the culprits. The remaining four cookies were a mixed bag: the Sprinkles Cookie was the star of the show, the Sugar Cookie with red sugar was indistinguishable from a generic store-bought one, the Strawberry Donut was so forgettable that I had to check my notes to remember it, and the Brookie Cookie was decent but nothing to write home about. After you choose your cookies they warm them up for you in the oven so you are guaranteed to always have that warm mooshie cookie.
