It's been so long since I've been to the Winter Park Village that I was so surprised to see this store right next to the movie theater. It was a perfect sweet treat right after having lots of salty popcorn! I love Jeni's ice cream from the store and you can buy it here too. However the flavors from the case were also delicious! I got a strawberry pretzel ice cream that was a perfect balance of flavors! I will definitely go again after my next movie.
We saw information about "Ice Cream for Breakfast" day and knew we wanted to participate because who can argue about dessert for breakfast?! Jeni's ice cream truly knocks it out of the park with their flavors. The flavors are so true to their description that it's always worth sampling and surprising yourself. Since it was breakfast I opted for the maple soaked pancakes which tasted exactly like maple soaked pancakes and one of their Bridgerton flavors, the Queen Charlotte sponge cake, the fruit mixed in was the selling point for me. [[HIGHLIGHT]]People working there are always super kind to let you try whatever you want plus the smell of fresh waffle cones makes it a great environment to spend some time![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

The ice cream was super creamy and tasted really fresh, and I like that their flavors feel a little different from your typical scoop shop. Definitely one of those easy spots to pop into when you want something sweet and low-key. Would for sure come back and try more flavors next time.

Staff was very knowledgeable on each flavor and kindly let me sample the flavors I couldn't decide between. I ended up going with the gooey butter cake and the darkest chocolate. I think I just found my new favorite ice cream (yes, it's that serious) in the gooey butter cake. The cream cheese base and yellow cake together are perfect. The darkest chocolate flavor was a good balance to the sweetness of the gooey butter cake. Will be back!

Service is fast and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the ambiance this ice cream shoppe gives is nostalgic. I feel like a kid all over again.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They have merch for sale as well as pints and quarts of their classic and best seller ice cream flavors. Situated within a plaza next to the movie theater and several restaurant, stopping here for dessert is the next big thing. Grab yourself a scoop and enjoy!

The mix-ins pair perfectly with the ice cream and just give it more character. I got the Brambleberry Crisp, Brown Butter Almond Brittle, and Tropical Bloom. The staff was super nice and friendly and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the place had a bright, modern ice cream shop look.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I will definitely be coming back!

We stopped in for "ice cream for breakfast" day where they opened early and had such a fun event. There were stickers and there was even a pancakes flavored ice cream! The bridgerton themed earl grey was really good. Honestly every flavor they have is spot on. I can't explain how they do it but they are able to make every flavor actually taste just like it's meant to. Another thing I like is they they scoop half scoops so you can have 2-4 scoops and it's not so much ice cream you can't eat it or you feel sick after. I also appreciate the fact that they let you taste whatever you want plus they use real silverware so it can be washed and it's not throw away! So good!

Bramble berry crisp is wonderful if you want a fruity twist. The gooey butter cake is at good as it sounds. Plenty of others, no bad choices. Jeni's is truly a splendid experience.

I had Jeni's for the first time in Chicago years ago, and I'm so glad we have a location here in Winter Park! I'm such a fan of Jeni's and all their unique flavors. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The interiors are so cute with colorful artwork, and lots of seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Their staff are also super friendly! Recently, I stopped by with my husband and friends after watching a movie and was excited to try their flavor collab with C.J. Hendry: Opaque. The flavor is a deep espresso fudgey chocolate paired with a balsamic cherry jam and it's become a new favorite of mine! I definitely needed to have it in their black buttercrisp waffle cone to get the full experience The textures combined with the flavors were the perfect post movie treat :)

The only thing Jeni's is missing at this point is to make a candle that smells like their waffle cones. But the smell is so wonderful that they know we'll keep coming back for it. This place is one of those simple pleasures I can't live without. There is no better waffle cone or ice cream combinations. Every time they come out with a new flavor I think "What else can they really come up with" and I'm always surprised at how good it is. It has ruined all other ice cream places for me and I am not mad about it. Sometimes there's just a person who gets it right. And Jeni's ice cream is one of those things. If you couldn't tell that Jeni's is the place to go, I hope this convinces you! I am a frequent flyer here at Jeni's and never leave disappointed! They have some flavors that change with the seasons and please know every single one is worth trying! If you need my favorite go-to at the moment it would have to be Brambleberry (the perfect fit for sweet and a little salty, Banana Cream pudding (will never fail me), and if you still want a bit of summer get the Watermelon Taffy Ice Cream Pint! Don't you dare forget a waffle cone because the crispy buttery goodness is something we simple won't be able to resist! read more

I really enjoyed eating here. There was a long line when I showed up but it moved pretty quickly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There wasn't enough seating inside but we were able to sit outside with plenty of space.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It was my first time here so I wanted to try some of their limited edition flavors. I got the Queen Charlotte sponge and earl grey creme brûlée flavors and they were both delicious. I love the amount of ice cream that you get and how you receive a waffle piece with each order. Jeni's, Kelly's, Ben & Jerry's... does simply including a person's name on the sign guarantee a thriving ice cream business? Maybe. Of the three, Jeni's is hands-down my favorite. Its unexpected, complex flavors, many of which include dairy-free options, make it stand out. This time, I went with the Green Mint Chip (peppermint cream with crunchy, bittersweet chocolate) and the Texas Sheet Cake (triple-chocolate overload with Fair Trade cocoa, crumbly chocolate cake pieces, and a river of bittersweet fudge; surprisingly dairy-free). I'm usually the nightmare customer for ice cream, bakeries, and dessert shops because I find all sweets too sweet. But Jeni's wins me over every time with its creativity and the obvious care behind each recipe. It's quality ice cream that actually feels worth the price. It would be nice if they offered some flavors with stevia or monk fruit sugar. read more

Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams has a perfect location in the Winter Park Village next to the movie theater! [[HIGHLIGHT]]It smells delightfully like warm waffle cones upon walking in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff are friendly and will let you sample any of the flavors before deciding. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The stainless steel sampling spoons are a nice touch![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My favorite flavors have to be the gooey butter cake and brambleberry crisp. The scoops come with a small waffle cone triangle. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The bathrooms have a code that the staff will give you to use it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There are cups of cold water for customers as well which i appreciate! After happy hour came here for a sweet treat. I've been to Jeni's before at a different location so was very excited to see this in my neighborhood. Tried a few flavors like the goat cheese and earl grey creme brûlée but just stuck with the OG brambleberry crisp. Love the waffle cone. You can tell it hadn't been sitting out all day. My absolute favorite ice cream place ever. The only place that doesn't upset my stomach being lactose intolerant. Their ingredients are so high quality and the taste profiles are incredible. I get so excited going to try out the new seasonal flavors. Really love the peach and biscuit one and the pistachio seasonal flavors. Brambleberry is a great classic I gravitate towards. The three half scoops is the perfect size. I usually end up sharing it with my fiancé and it is a perfect sized sweet treat for us to share. We go almost every time we go to the movies next door. The ice cream was great. The employees were nice. It gets really busy but the line seems to move quickly enough. From what I could tell there aren't many "traditional" flavors like vanilla. But a great opportunity to try something new. I may have missed it or went on a day where they just didn't have those. Will definitely be back. read more
So happy to finally have a Jeni's in Orlando! They opened next to the Regal theater in the newly remodeled Winter Park Village which is the perfect location for them. Now whenever I go to the movies, I also look forward to getting ice cream either before or after. I first experienced Jeni's when they did a pop-up many years ago at Rifle Paper Company. I tried the sweet cream biscuits & peach jam flavor and it totally blew my mind. I went home raving about this ice cream to my husband. I truly could not believe the texture and that they somehow kept the biscuits in the ice cream from getting soggy and the peach jam tasted so fresh. It's still one of my favorite flavors to this day. Flash forward a few years and I visited my first Jeni's scoop shop in Atlanta. I've been hoping they would coming to Orlando ever since and I finally got my wish. The service staff is always super friendly and they allow you to sample any flavors you'd like. My current favorite would have to be the gooey butter cake which is cream cheese ice cream with vanilla cake crumbles and caramel butterscotch sauce swirled in... SO GOOD! I also really like the banana cream pudding (dairy free), frosé sorbet, coffee with cream & sugar, and the brown butter almond brittle flavors. I'm due for another visit to try some of their seasonal/holiday flavors soon! read more

Jeni's is my favorite ice cream spot. Hands down. I ordered the smores and double dough flavors and regret nothing. The store is on the larger side and has seating inside and outside which is really nice! I'm not sure if it's because we came later on a Sunday or if it's because my husband and I both wanted to try a few samples, but the staff felt frustrated by us. It won't stop me from coming back, but it's definitely not the friendly service I'm accustomed to at Jeni's. read more
Jennie's Ice Cream is as cute as it is delicious. The flavor options are endless, and they even have seasonal flavors, so there's always something new to try. Plus, they do taste tests with reusable metal spoons--love that little eco-friendly touch! I had the Brambleberry Crisp, and wow, you can actually taste the oat streusel and that sweet, tangy brambleberry jam. It's so comforting! I also tried the Gooey Butter Cake with sprinkles, and it took me right back to childhood. All ice cream comes with their homemade waffle chips which is a sweet crunchy addition! Definitely a treat I'd get again! The space itself is cozy, with indoor seating and a cute outdoor turf area to chill. The staff is super friendly, too. I finally got to got to this store after wanting to visit for a while. We had just left happy hour and a little bit of ice cream never hurts to finish up the night. I went with the half scoop of the lavender and one of the lemon bar ($7), my best friend went with the waffle cone. I got to experience a bit or two from the little portion that provided my serving and it is a bit salty which works. The lavender was great without being overpowering and the lemon bar had the additional bits mixed in so you needed to chew it a bit. It's a pricey but tasty indulgence, just perfect after a meal or.just as a treat. read more
A little ice cream to cool down from the hot and humid day here in Florida. After doing a little shopping in the Winterpark village area we felt like we deserved a reward. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her non dairy selections of the lemon and chocolate ice cream and I loved my brambleberry crisp ice cream. It was just the right amount of brambleberry and just the right amount of crisp:) Their flavors are seasonal as well so I am excited to come back and try more. They have a selection of waffle cones, waffle cups and your standard ice cream cones but we opted for the small cups as they come with a little waffle cone triangle to try:) The staff is very helpful and eager to let you try anything you want. There is a bathroom available and complimentary water as well. There is plenty of seating, but most people were grabbing and going. We took the opportunity to cool down and sit. One of the best ice cream places I have ever tried. I recommend getting multiple flavors since they have so many options and they also rotate seasonally. This was the first time I've had Jeni's ice cream. My daughter buying a few pints at Publix prompted the visit. The service was nice and the shop was extremely clean. There is a table inside that seats 8 people. Then a few tables with single chairs. So you can enjoy your ice cream in the ac. Which is nice in the Florida. Now for the ice. I chose two different scoops. The first was Sweet Cream Biscuits & Peach Jam. I wanted to love this ice cream. But, I felt there was not enough peach jam so you didn't really get the peach taste. The second scoop was Brown Butter Almond Brittle. Again wanted to love this flavor but I didn't taste any Brittle. They need to take a page from Ben & Jerry's who don't skimp on the flavors. With saying all that, the ice cream tasted fresh and clean. Not sure if I would visit again given how many ice cream shops are in Orlando and the surrounding area. read more

First of all the sample spoons are metal, so they are less wasteful than the traditional plastic single use sample sticks. They also had really incredible and unique flavors. They make their own waffle cones in house and it smells like vanilla heaven in there. You also get a slice of waffle cone even if you order a cup, which I also thought was awesome. Well here we go, another competitor in the Kelly's-dominated Orlando area. Will this big, trendy chain be able to make a dent in the ice cream market share? It's certainly gonna give it it's best shot posting up in the luxurious Winter Park Village. That'll get them some high-end clientele and in the eyes of a lot of Grammers and TikTokkers. But anyway, to the ice cream. I love how they have flavors that are normal and you know what they are, and I love how they have flavors that you have no idea what they are until you read the ingredients. (Cosmic Bloom??) I love how they have monthly rotating flavors. That is the only way to guarantee repeat business from customers. I know I don't go to Baskin Robbins anymore, boring. I also love how they have plenty of dairy-free flavors that actually taste very good. I don't need dairy-free, but for those who do, rest assured that you won't have a decline in quality with the options they offer here. When I came on this particular trip, I did happen to get the dairy-free Texas Sheet Cake (Decadent chocolate cake crumbles, bittersweet fudge, and palate-gripping cocoa) and the Gooey Butter Cake (Cream cheese ice cream layered with crumbles of vanilla cake and a swirl of caramel-butterscotch sauce) in a double scoop in a waffle cone situation. The sheet cake was so good. It was very chocolately, but without being too chocolately... sorry for that, but trust me on that description. You'll see. And the butter cake, the reason it was so good was because the ice cream itself was cream cheese flavored, so you didn't have to sacrifice topping space, so genius! So you have beautiful ice cream in a beautiful space in a beautiful shopping complex, and you get treated like royalty because I'm sure the staff is trained to think that anyone of us could be a Winter Park mega lawyer. Was it as good as Kelly's? I can't say. That goes outside the scope of this review. Will I be back? Only if I'm in the area, sorry, I live in Oviedo. Bottom line it, that this place was very good, and if you come here, you will not be disappointed. read more
