I called at 8:30pm and the shop called me back within 30min to set an appointment for the next day before noon. Ronnie came out and the mower running like a champ within 30min. The fee was fair and the service was excellent. There is also a 90day warranty that they put on their work and they honor it. Ronnie works with attention to detail and is very personable. No B.S. for me, Jeremiah's Small Engine Repair is better than any of the big shops like All seasons repair. I first looked into sending my mower to All Seasons and they had a five week turnaround time and would have cost more money for repair. Ripped off!! Don't waste your time and money. This guy disassembled my lawn mower while I was in my home watching my kids. He said it needed a simple repair and will come back the next day to with the part. I waited for hours and he NEVER showed up! Never responded to text messages and calls so we took it to a friend. I used his mobile service (who does that anymore??!), so I wouldn't have to load up my mower, power washer, and chain saw, which I couldn't have lifted in the first place to even get it in my car. My Ariens snowblower wouldn't stay running. It has the Tecumseh snowking engine on it and I figured it was something with the carburetor. I called and John came to my house and fixed it. He took apart the carburetor, cleaned it, replaced some parts and got it running better than ever. He went above and beyond by also changing the oil and checking the gear oil to ensure everything else was working perfect. I couldn't be happier! read more

ZERO STARS AND OUT $150! Ronnie replaced a belt that was slipping on my snowblower. Note that snowblower worked before, but not very well. First snow, the machine immediately ate up the new belt and didn't work at all. Ron came back and removed the belt, promising to return with a new one. He failed to show 3 times when he promised. I ordered a belt from Amazon and replaced it myself in less than 15 minutes. Just removed 5+ inches of snow, no problem! Personable guy, just not very good and no follow through, plus very pricey. Quite overpriced and when Ronnie took an equipment back with him to fix, he didn't return it in the couple of days he said he would return. Apparently he was needing some additional work to be done to fix it and was having issues. That is all understandable. What is not understandable was that the communication was so poor that my wife had to periodically call him to get a status update only to get the voicemail several times. it took a week beyond the initial estimate, but would have appreciated if communication were better. Price is definitely on the high side and the weed eater wasn't fully fixed either. He failed to adjust the carburetor of the weed eater, so it wasn't idling and throttle was getting bogged down too.. so basically he took a week to return it without even bothering to test it fully. I would not recommend them. I feel ripped off. read more

OK it happens, there reviews were good so i called back on Monday, they apologized and told he would come out personally on Tuesday. Are people really this nice? Called him on Monday. He shows up Weds--10am. Spends a good 1/2 hour on my mower. Bottom line: my Lawn Boy (Kohler engine -- bought at Home Depot) is crap. It's not even 3 years old. Engine is dead. Since buying it, I've heard many buyers (of same) complaining that theirs petered out 1-2 yrs. Bummed about my mower -- but thrilled about the advice I got from J. In fact, he wrote down the key things/features i should look for in a mower --- he said, so next time, I can call him every 3 years just for tune ups. Oh yeah...... after all this, he didn't charge me (because my mower will be joining the mower cemetery). People -- if he shows up and your mower is dead -- please give him some $. He looked surprised (meaning when folks' lawn mowers are dead and he therefore, doesn't charge them, these dolts likely aren't giving him anything). Geesh.... give him gas money at least. He deserves it. This time, I'll buy a mower based on his advice -- and it will be a lawn (I mean, long) time before I call him again :--) read more

Ronnie helped us today fix a small mower. We had no idea what was wrong. He was here before we even got home from work and he waited for us and never once complained. He is the model of professionalism. He got right to work on our mower while we ran inside to let our dogs out. He went above and beyond and not only fixed our problem but cleaned the carburetor, replaced the spark plugs and replaced the filter. He cleaned the entire mower so it looks brand new. I am very disappointed in the service I received from Ron. He did not show up at the scheduled time or even the scheduled day. He could not fix my rototiller on site and took it with him for repair. When it was returned, it ran for short periods but would not continue to run. He said it needed to warm up. Like a fool, I paid him. I tried for several hours to get it to run long enough to warm up but it never did. I called him back and he scheduled a time to pick it up. He did not show up so I called again. Again he scheduled a time and again did not show up. This happened two more times before he stopped answering my calls and has not returned any of my calls. John is amazing. I needed a lawn mower tune up and John came to my house the next day. I arranged 3-mowers from the neighborhood to be tuned up and he was extremely fair in his pricing. An individual that comes to your house and does the work from his own car, amazing. A few weeks later, had an incident where my mower sucked up an extension chord. I never like to give someone a bad review, but I'm just being honest. We had Ronnie come and to fix our machine. He gave a quote. I said if your diagnosis of the problem will fix it, then go ahead and do the repair. He said it came with a 90 day warranty. I wasn't home at the time of the repair, someone else was. So when I got home, I checked to see if the problem was fixed, and I discovered a new problem. So I called and left a message with Ronnie , and never got a call back. As a matter of fact, when I tried calling back the next day, a recording came on and said his voice mail was full. We tried calling for a month with no luck. Very bad customer service. If your going to have a successful business, you better honor your word when you say you have a 90 day warranty, and take care of your customers! Ronnie repaired our snow blower twice. First time was great. The second time he charged me $200 to replace the starter and the repair didn't last. (found out from another repair shop the starter is no longer available) Ronnie came back and got my blower in November, he still hasn't returned it, won't take any calls and today blocked calls. We took our lawnmower to Blue Collar for repairs and paid $90. We took it back because it wasn't right. They said the problem was unrelated and charged us $60. We took it back a 3rd time for them to make it right. They left one message for us that it was ready. When my husband went to pick it up, they had sold it because we left it 60 days. Unbelievable. Our lawnmower was a $650 self propelled Honda. We would not recommend this repair shop to anyone. read more

Unfortunately I was not able to get my scheduled service completed because after scheduling and re-scheduling four times I gave up. They were suppose to show up as scheduled on a Saturday, I waited around,nobody showed up and nobody would answer the phone. I re-scheduled on Monday for the next Wednesday and nobody showed up. Thy told me that they mistakenly wrote down the Appointment for Thursday. OK, nobody showed up on Thursday and again no answer with the mailbox being full. Talked to them on Friday morning and they told me that there must have been a mistake and that they would call back at noon and let me know what happened. With no surprise they never called back. I followed up in the afternoon and the owner/mechanic Ron told me that his pickup would not make it to me and was wondering if I could come to him. If I could put no stars on here I would. I talked with Ronnie last week to schedule him to come look at my mom's snowblower and he was very nice and professional on the phone. He was scheduled to come today at 10am. He was a no show. I started calling him at 1045am and left a voicemail for him with no call back. I then called him 4-5 more times and finally he called me back at 11:28 am. I told him he never showed up to my mom's house and he said he was so sorry he was running super super late. I said "no one ever called me" and he said he had been at a funeral and that he was going to have to cancel my appointment (in a rude tone by the way). Are you even kidding me? If you have a funeral to attend you don't schedule a repair appointment then! And if something comes up and you can't make the appointment then you call the customer and reschedule before the appointment. I told him I was going to put a bad review on yelp and he actually hung up on me. Awful horrible customer service. I will be posting this review on several area Facebook groups as well. read more

Arrived FINNALLY after ( 2 ) phone call reminders. Did not have parts on truck to repair on site. Took the snow blower to his place for the repair and would return upon completion. Did return it and the snow blower ran for about 30 minutes and has yet to restart. Charged $ 154.00 for the tune up. When I called for warranty service he answered & told me he would be out either this day or the next. He never showed. Its now April and ( 2 ) major snow storms later, I have tried on multiple occasions to reach him without an answer. Have left multiple messages without a return call.
