The power steering hose in my care corroded away and caused my car to make a hellacious noise when…read moreturning the steering wheel. I took it to Vito at True Care. After examining the situation Vito explained that that repair is typically very difficult and usually winds up with having to replace the steering rack as well as the hose because of the way it is assembled. He gave me a ballpark figure of around $1,800.00 and also recommended that the sway links be replaced. He had shown me that they were pretty well shot a while back. I needed the car BADLY by Monday, (it was Thursday afternoon) he said he couldn't guarantee I would get it back by then. He called Sat. afternoon to say the car was fixed, he managed to get the part out without having to replace the rack AND saved me $1,000.00 to boot. He also brought the car to me, and I took him back to the shop so I could test drive it and I had no way to get there to pick the car up. TALK ABOUT GOING THE EXTRA STEP!! VITO IS THE MAN!!!
