Down the street about one block is a bar called Sjätte Tunnan which has ginger beer for 35kr. A fancy restaurant on Djurgården called Ulla Winbladh has mixed cocktails for 140 kronor. A Swedish football jersey at a nearby shop is 120 skr and a lentil soup dinner with hummus and bread at Cafe Dox down the street is 79 skr. Spend your 175 skr other places, not on one cocktail at Lazy House. Besides feeling cheated, I enjoyed the location and pleasant company. The servers seemed nice. We go out in that neighborhood every week, and we'd not go back there... live and learn.

The café has a relaxed vibe, and even though it was busy, the service was quick and friendly. Prices are a bit high, but worth it for the quality. Recommend if you're looking for a great coffee and pastry spot, convenient to city center. Outdoor seating if you're lucky enough to land a spot. If not, there's a nice park across the way, if you order take away.

Service, despite a crowd, was fairly quick, I would rate the coffee an A or 9/10 on the scale of strength, low acidity/smoothness. It is espresso based and made to exact order. There are serval options for milk (whole, oat, 1/2 and 1/2, etc). The major complaint would be that there is no easy place to throw away your rubbish, nor is there a place that is clearly evident to bust your dishes, which is much needed given that this is a super busy place.. The staff is too busy to bus tables regularly, which backs up the availability of seating . This is the major reason for a one star deduction.. TIP: You can buy beans or ground coffee for home brewing.

There was never pressure to move on, which is so common, at least in the US ("Are you finished working on that? Can I bring you something else? Can I bring you a box?). The hot chocolate was dark, very much tasted like quality chocolate, and like a warm massage. I also ate one of their cinnamon buns, which are very popular in Stockholm. It also hit the spot. The cost of the hot chocolate was $6 USD and the cinnamon bun was a few cents less. The view from the table and people watching alone was worth the total $12 cost, but so was the hot chocolate and cinnamon bun.
