We'll find them to be customer centered. Promises kept and speedy service. They send out coupons and this time one coupon saved $185.00 on all points checkup. They hook the car up to a program that checks all over the car. Then they give a report After checking the car all over they agreed it was just a bulb and put in a new one. ( They had the tools to get to the light ) They send a text to let us know the status of the service, sent the result of the test and what they did to fix the car They followed up with a call telling us to pick up the car, go to the cashier and there would be no charge. My husband thought they were going to charge a labor charge and spoke with the service manager who said it was an easy fix and not worth charging. Glad to fix it. In 2018, I phoned to schedule an oil change and was treated so rudely. I was spelling my last name and the CSR callously said something to the effect that I "wouldn't shut up." In 2020, I leased another new vehicle and the salesperson took my business card and used my work email (without permission) to sign me up for all kinds of things. He also messed up the processing of my paperwork and attached the wrong VIN number to my account, which led to me starting someone else's car from the app! This weekend, a huge piece of rubber trim came loose on the 2020 Jeep. I had to call Eastgate for the first time since the 2018 incident and I was again treated so unprofessionally. The CSR didn't care about me or my needs at all. Wouldn't even listen. Said there are no appointments until May. I can't talk to anyone. They won't look at it. Nothing. Shortly after, I opened the door at night and saw multiple roaches freely roaming inside the vehicle, making it clear this was an existing infestation from the previous owner. When I contacted the dealership, I initially couldn't get through. When I finally did, I was told I needed to speak directly with the salesperson who sold me the car, Crissy Burton (also known as "Crissy the Car Fairy" on Facebook), instead of being helped by management. I found this extremely unprofessional, especially given the seriousness of the issue. I waited for a call that never came and ultimately had to reach out myself. When I finally spoke with her, I was offered a loaner vehicle while my car was "bombed." I made it clear I did not want the vehicle back--alive or dead bugs were unacceptable. I had owned the car for less than a week, and after waiting years to purchase a vehicle, this experience was devastating. Instead of accountability or an apology, I was met with deflection and blame, including insinuations that I may have brought the bugs into the car myself. I had only driven the car to and from work a couple of times, had no food in it, and have never had issues with pests in my life. This accusation was insulting and deeply unprofessional. When I came into the dealership, staff avoided the situation entirely and told me to wait for the salesperson to arrive. At that point, after the ongoing back-and-forth, I requested to speak with a manager. No one took responsibility, no one apologized, and I was made to feel small and dismissed. I am 28 years old but look younger, and I was absolutely treated that way. I was eventually offered a trade for what was described as a brand-new vehicle at the same lease price, only to later discover the vehicle was more expensive and had a previous owner. While I could accept those facts, it became clear that I was being told whatever was convenient in the moment, with no follow-through or honesty. To make matters worse, one of the dealership's own employees later warned my father about purchasing from here. I wish that warning had come sooner. What should have been a joyful milestone turned into a stressful and heartbreaking experience. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution when dealing with this dealership, especially if issues arise after the sale. I leave and about 2 miles down the road I hear an awful clanking sound under the hood like something is falling. I'm driving 55mph and the mechanics tools are falling from the engine bay off the road and bouncing up underneath my car. Six months prior I get a few miles down the road from leaving there and notice the car sounds funny and is accelerating oddly. I check under the hood and see where they left my air filter cover detached. Ironically a coworker I referred to them had identical issue happen to her. Ed Martin you have lost a loyal customer!
