He moved both our washer AND dryer to access the dryer vent. He explained everything that he was doing and proceeded to replace our dryer vent tubing as the 'off the shelf' tubing WAS too long and readily kinking. On-site video showed that our exhaust venting was in good shape. Everything put back in place and dryer worked well afterwards. I will say that when we called to schedule that I got a LOCAL call center and that I spoke to the franchise OWNER on a post-service call! Readily recommend this locally owned business!

Dryer Vent kept me apprised of when Leo would arrive for the appointment. Leo assessed the dryer, recommended a cleaning and waived the service fee if I had the dryer cleaned the same day. He took about 30 minutes to thoroughly clean the dryer, vent and hose. I pleasantly surprised he did not try to up sell any additional services. Our landlord hired levelup home pros to fix the house after a mold remediation issue, and they honestly left it worse off than before they came. Something that should have been done in a weekend, was done over 6 weeks of 30 minute visits. It was obvious this is a side job they do after their other job - not something they care about. Everytime they came, we had to clean up after them! They left dirt on the ground. So not only was it inappropriate it was more work for us. I tried to communicate with them several times about the work needed to be fixed, and they just kept saying "we will do it", then come back for 30 mins, and say we're done - which required me to ask them to come back again and argue with them. Here are the things they never finished - 1. Sanding the off color hardwood floor they put in 2. Painting the wall they textured 3. Fix the hole they put into the brand new kitchen cabinet 4. Fix the crack they made in the counter when they put into the cabinets 5. Adjust the drawers so they were straight and could actually be pulled out 6. Put into new cabinet pulls, the holes they drilled were too big and the handles pulled out! 7. Fix the linoleum floor that the cut and scratched. They just stopped coming, they never finished their work! Our landlord stopped arguing with them - I hope he didn't pay!
