The woman helping in the shoe department was extremely helpful and friendly, and guided me to the appropriate pair of sandals. It's been a year so she made a positive lasting impression. This year I picked up a hat with good coverage for my son's. Along with some souvenirs, my son wanted to bring home for his friends (Truckee stickers). Besides my positive experience, the store seems to have just about everything from grills, too fishing gear amongst other things that you would carry an Ace Hardware store. Treated me with respect and concern over the MS880 Stihl chainsaw I was having difficulties with. No fire at the coil with a brand new coil from a reno based dealer ( who would not even listen to my del;imma, just pay and come back in two weeks.) Georges crew member took the saw back and had it running in 10 minutes. as well worth the 2 hour round trip to get great service from some good old country boys! Will do it again for any and all my equipment needs.
