The technician came out and diagnosed the problem but did not have the parts to fix it. He charged me for his callout time and half the cost of the parts. Despite my repeatedly calling (voicemail full), texting (no response) and emailing (no response) he never came out to finish the repair. I had to get the authorized repair company (Kimball Electronics) to come out from Salt Lake City to fix the oven, which they did in one visit. I will be challenging Pinnacle's charge with my credit card company.
