I would never come here for any work. The timelines are off and then it shifts when you agree tow work with them. After that they then had me leave with missing parts to the truck that I find. I call and they then had me talk to the tech who gets frustrated and asks me if I really needed the part... ummm I would not be there if I did not eat it.... Additionally I had them work on something else and come to find out they did not even touch what I wanted done. They did something else. Then I was told we gave you an estimate. That is like me giving them an estimate of complex computer systems without validating what the customer wanted. That is exactly what happened. When I found another thing wrong I pointed it out for my follow up to the work and they told me they would not touch it. They said since they did not work on the side that the issue was at they would not touch it. I would beg to differ. Cause I just installed the Tonno cover on the bed and know that the trim piece they say they did not touch was lifted. It was not like that when I installed the cover and the had to take it off to do work. Well putting it back on they could have lifted it. Now they refuse to fix their mistake. Horrible place and I would stay away! There is no good value from this place. If you want a company to do work, look elsewhere. read more

Work was great and flawless. The time to get in for an estimate and work completed took a couple of months, but this is consistent with the area and you have to be patient. The entire staff was very nice and tried to help as much as they could to ease the inconvenience. They are easily a 5 star rating. Again be patient with the process as companies that give amazing results are busy but are worth the wait. read more

I have never experienced such horrific customer service and car service in MY LIFE. To top it off, over the past few weeks I saw FIVE reviews with the exact same problem as me. I hit a deer with my car 8 weeks ago. I bring it in, they say it should be ready in 5 days. The ONE thing I asked of them was to please keep me updated if it was going to be longer because I need a rental for work. Never called me once. We call for an update (on the date it's supposed to be ready, and we haven't heard from them) and they say the parts came in broken and they have to reorder. Two more weeks come along - no update. We call and they say "oh they're broken again!" Every mechanic I asked said this sounded made up or that the parts lady, Debby, is incompetent. It's definitely both. To top it off, the other receptionist, Wendy, was extremely rude and as another reviewer put it beautifully "needs a serious attitude adjustment." Spoke with Eddie the manager, seems like a nice guy, but incompetent as well I suppose. Beg him to update us and he assures us they will. Need a hint? They didn't. Doesn't stop there folks. After EIGHT LONG WEEKS of me being car-less, needing to get to work with ZERO updates, they call and said "LOL, it's seems it's gonna be a total loss claim because they don't make the parts for my car anymore." I'm sorry? What was Deborah or Wendy ordering for the past EIGHT weeks then? Can't make this up even if I tried. Now I am frustrated, car-less and now I'm sitting here wasting even more time writing a review because of Jerry's Collision Center! Stay safe and avoid for your sanity, folks! read more

Beware Jerry's Collision -- The entire experience was beyond belief. The repair took 9 weeks to complete. I have been driving cars for over 50 years - I have had a few collisions during that time, and I have had friends and family members who have had collision repairs. By far -- the worst experience in collision repair in my life. Because of the delays in getting the repairs completed (over 9 weeks -- a total of 71 days), we were without a car causing delays in medical appointments, food shopping, necessities, etc. -- a horrendous experience. read more

Took my BMW here after getting rear ended by a box truck. The first reason that I chose this place was Debbie's customer service on the phone when I called to request an appointment. Unlike the other 4 companies on the list, she was pleasant and accommodating. Then, when I went to pick up the vehicle, there were a few items that I noticed that needed to be addressed. She was responsive, attentive and called me back within 24 hours after the parts arrived to let me know available for installation. Debbie, thanks for making the experience great! read more

The body shop was used because of their recommendation from USAA. I had a Jeep Grand Cherokee diesel that was hit by a u-haul trailer that came loose on the highway. The damage was pretty extensive to the front end, but after the repairs you cannot tell it was ever hit. The quality of the work was excellent. The little details were key. Their thoroughness after the initial estimate was appreciated. With the subsequent estimate, all issues were taken care of. The customer service was great. The only issues were caused by USAA and their refusal to contact me directly, and contacted my wife every time. The friendliness of the staff was second to none. They made sure I was aware and satisfied. I could not ask for better service. read more

Insurance company suggested Jerry's after a small accident...HUGE MISTAKE. Do not take your vehicle to this place. They've had my car for 3 weeks and have done nothing...they have lied repeatedly throughout the process about parts, timing, status, etc. This place is a total scam...like the repair shops you hear about in the news. I'm having to speak with my insurance to remove my car from Jerry's because the experience has been so bad. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

I had never needed major repairs on an automobile before and had no clue what needed to happen, but they walked me through all of the warranty and insurance issues with great patience and attention to my particular circumstances. As a result of the wind catching the door of an adjacent vehicle in a mall parking lot, the driver's side mirror on my wife's car was nearly completely detached. Fortunately, the person responsible was kind enough to leave their contact information. We were directed to Jerry's Collision Center by their insurance carrier and were very pleased with how we were treated and the quality of their work. Not only was the repair completed in a timely manner, they washed the entire exterior and cleaned the interior of my wife's car. That was a pleasant surprise. I'm 64 and this was likely the worst experience I've ever had with a business. Everything had to be re-done and I paid several hundred dollars to repair the damage they did to my truck. When they replaced the fender, it was 'popped-up' at the A-pillar. The salesperson there told my wife it was 'factory spec'. She then took it to Mr. Tire to see what they thought and as she got out of the truck the manager said, 'what happened to your fender?' I took the truck back and asked them if they 'fit-up' the fender before they painted it? Apparently they are the first body shop that never heard of doing. I told them they have to adjust the fender then paint it, then install it. That took two more tries. They completely goofed up the installation of our running boards and not only that, they left the hardware on the truck from the old boards that were damaged when the truck was hit. Mr. Tire removed those for us. They also left off a door part when we finally got the truck back a month later: fortunately I noticed it and it was still in the truck. Yes, it took a month to replace a fender and install running boards. Part of why it took so long is they wouldn't let me drop off the truck stating they couldn't do an 'intake'. I would ask if I could leave it. No. I asked when I could leave it. They said they would call. I would call them and say I was in town for 30 minutes, could I drop it off? No. Then, the jerk there would call me an hour later and ask if I could bring it in. He did that twice over two weeks. When I said was just in the area he would laugh and I could here his buddies laughing in the background. I called my insurance company and they took over, and told Jerry's/Seneca (they were in transition) to take my truck right now. After someone rolled a large cart into my BMW I took it to Caliber in Purcellville, they are excellent. I took the car in, got it back, and it was perfect. That is what I had expected from these guys. They used to be named Seneca but maybe Jerry's bought them out, maybe they are better now. I like Jerry's Ford a lot and these guys were off their back parking lot; my experience was in 2017 but it has bugged me to this day, and when I saw them on Yelp I had to report it. read more

Quick service work and super friendly staff. They did a great job with the repair but after I got home noticed some scratches on the area they just fixed. However I brought it back and they immediately took care of the issue. This shows their dedication to getting the repair done right and making the customer happy. I wish I had anything good to say. Unfortunately I'm so disappointed. I took my Mercedes in for a minor fender bender. When I went to pick it up, it had a bunch of new scratches. I left, came back, and took it home only to find out the rear view camera was broken, blind spot assist didn't work (both of these were working prior to dropping it off with them), the trunk was not opening properly. Also, there was fast food trash in my trunk. I just would never recommend this body shop for anything. read more
