As for Conrad's painting, He did my entire first floor and it was soot damaged and in very bad shape. There were a few details that I was not happy with. Conrad was more than happy to come back with pleasure and take care of more than a few minor details until I was completely satisfied. He came back twice. Once on a Sunday. I felt like I was being a stickler about details but all he wanted was for me to be happy. He remained a professional gentleman. Here is the final results. He did a good job and the price was very reasonable.

It came out very nice and I am very pleased. The man was friendly and all business. My only complaint is that when he left on Friday he said I will be here tomorrow between 8:30/9:00.
