This is a neighborhood joint and I love it. The pizza is good but they have other things on the menu the avocado burger is one of my favorites and my wife gets the meatball sub which is fantastic too, but our go to is the Jerry pizza, pepperoni, garlic, jalapeños. One thing that I love about Jerry's is that when it say garlic it's actually minced garlic not powder. They have inside and outside seating so plenty places to sit. A friend recommended this hole in the wall for lunch. It has the OG pizza place vibe which is pretty cool. I could see myself hanging out here in high school - good food and good friends. There's an arcade game named "Jerry's Pizza" which I found hilarious. There's also an old school phone booth in here. Why? I don't know nor care because it's cool. On to the food. We ordered the Italian salad to share among 3 of us - there was plenty to go around! I was very impressed because I didn't find a single wilted piece of greens in it! We ordered a large "Waialua" and we weren't disappointed. No skimping on the toppings, and it was thin crust. Very ono! Overall, awesome Waialua vibes and flavors. We were at the distillery and decided to give this place that's across the street a try. The pizza I was told is really good. The double burger wrapped in lettuce was yummy. Fries were fresh and not breaded(yay) and the wings were good as well. Overall good food but they are really stingy on giving out plates/napkins and salt.... Great service! We used to come here a lot, after Covid this is the first time in years! Still amazing! Ordered the white pizza and the fettuccine with marinara and meatballs. Also a side of cheese garlic fries. The only item that the wife and I agreed was not worth it was the fries. They seemed like an afterthought either way cheese. Not worth it. The white pizza is fantastic! No matter what always order a large! It's a few bucks more but you'll want the extra! Perfect! The pasta the wife said was good and she ate most of it. Hostess/cashier clearly understands that my husband cannot eat cheese; it stated on the receipt "half no cheese, green peppers instead"; waitress agrees with our instructions because my husband is lactose intolerant, cook disagreeing with written instructions and proceeded to pick out the cheese with his ungloved fingers and sent it back to my table. Jerry's Pizza place was recommended by a shop owner in Haleiwa so we decided to give it a try. We really liked the pizza we ordered it by the slices. The slices are big and filling. The crusts is the crispiest we've ever had and really liked it. I like how it tasted. That's why I gave it four stars. While we waited for our order there were several take orders being picked up and i took that as a good sign. Our server was friendly she was busy taking taking orders, passing out the takeout , managed the dinning in area and on occasion policed the person lurking around the front door. Okay so the pizza is awesome but the restaurant is in need of a major facelift. As I sat there I could smell the musty carpet and needed to wipe down the table we sat at since it felt like there was settle dust on it. Not a big deal. Dust probably from the unpaved parking lot as the entrance doors are kept open. Rather than nit pick on how run down the place looks I'll just sum it up to needing a facelift. Would we return, yes but most likely do a takeout if so and enjoy our pizza at the beach. read more

This little hidden gem is tucked away in Waialua. Where the old Waialua sugar mill was located, it is a nostalgic little restaurant. They bake their own bread for their Sub Sandwiches, make a variety of delicious Pizzas, burgers, and side dishes. Today, 1/6/24, we dined in, and the AC was out, and the restaurant is looking like it's in need of some TLC. We love all their food on the menu, and it tastes great. Oh my I was pleasantly surprised at how good the pizza is here. I'm not a big pizza fan but on occasion especially with a group, pizza hits the spot. After a few hours at the beach a friend suggested we try this place. I am so happy she did. We were still in our beach clothes but it's such a chill place that they didn't make us feel underdressed. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. We ordered cheese fries, antipasta salad, a white pizza and a meaty pizza & a side of hot wings. Everything was yummy The fries were my least favorite but still so good. One thing I don't like about pizza is the crust that has no toppings on it. I like having my pizza cut in squares so I can avoid wasting crust and someone who likes crust can eat it. But...........I took a bite of the crust and tbh it was my favorite part of the pizza here. Lol!! I also ordered a Philly cheesesteak and bbq wings to go for my daughter. They packed it up and had it ready for me when I was just about to leave. My daughter said it was delicious and it was a good sized sandwich. She didn't get to the wings so I ate it for lunch the next day and oh my oh my so yummy I can only imagine how good it would be if I had it fresh. I read a bunch of reviews here from critics..... they are mostly wrong and have no idea what good pizza is. Both of these pizza were fantastic! Almost like wood fired pizza. It's supposed to have a little crisp!!! Who wants soft soggy pizza??? Not me. This stuff was cooked to perfection and had amazing flavor all around. We will be back to try more. Located in Waialua in the Waialua mall they have community center, Brown bottle liquor store, Post office and other stores and services. I heard good things about their fresh pizza and salads so wanted to try them since I would be in the area. As you enter they have the take out counter to order and a sign that says wait here for seating in the dining area. No hand sanitizer as you enter and no one asked to check passport card, I pulled out to show but only looked at mind no verification and no contact tracing showed us seating area and waitress/ cashier off and and doing other things. She was busy with walk ins and servicing table which had 2 tables 1 was us and another was 2 friends. The salad was very fresh and tasty we had it ranch dressing. The pizza was half the Jerry's Special and the other half was the Waialua, I enjoyed my Waialua it was crispy and flavorful. My wife ordered the Jerry's Special and she loved it, but said the jalapeño was a little to spicy for her which I didn't mind eating her jalapeño I just did not care for pineapples on my pizza that is why we ordered half and half. My son and I came here on a Saturday afternoon. It was not busy. The lady that took my order was nice but punches in 2 pizzas instead of 1. I caught the mistake and she refunded me back for 1 pizza. She goes to tell the younger cook in the back and he argues with her. She then brought out a cheese pizza, which was wrong and he argued with her again. My pizza finally came out with my mozzarella sticks and everything was bland. My pizza was also at room temperature. This is one of my favorite pizza places on Oahu. It's pretty far from where I live, so I only come a few times a year, but I always enjoy a visit. The staff identify it as NYC style pizza but I feel like there's a hint of CT style in the crust: not thin and foldable slices but a little crispy. We usually get a pizza and the cheese garlic fries and are never disappointed. They sell sodas and have water but a nice perk is BYOB and a little mini mart in the same plaza which sells beer. I often grab a tall can of beer and enjoy it with the pizza. Since I first discovered Jerry's in 2013 they have downsized and no longer have the larger room with the stage and booth seating . I'm not even sure they have a restroom anymore as those were in the back of the large room. I hope that isn't a sign of financial difficulties as this is a great little local place. read more

Terrible customer service this time, like I'm not coming back unless I'm dying for food. Came in at 8:300pm and ordered a pizza to eat here, the cashier was closing down the restaurant at 8:37pm! There are like maybe 8 chairs to move from outside and would take a minute to do, this was unpleasant! Then I get my pizza in a box at the table I was sitting at around 8:45pm.......No plate and no Parmesan and no chili flakes. The guy had the audacity to say we're closing, he was unfriendly from the start and straight up rude!! I couldn't even finish a couple slices I felt soo uncomfortable and left at 8:58pm. I love this pizza place. Went two nights in a row, and the ambiance is cute. There's a little arcade room by the live music stage that kids really like! The staff was so incredibly nice I enjoyed dining in every-time because they were so accommodating. They had the surf competition on the tv which made it really fun as well. we ordered: - A slice of pepperoni and sausage - A slice of mushroom and olive (the slice is actually two very good sized slices) - Garlic Bread - Dessert Pizza with sweetened condensed milk, strawberries, bananas, and cinnamon. The food was really good to me ! the pizza was thin crust which I love and the crispy crust was good. I was surprised when they came out with two slices instead of one but I wasn't complaining. the pep and sausage was delicious and the sausage was juicy. I got the mushroom and olive which was an amazing pairing. The garlic bread was super soft and it came with marinara sauce in the middle. The garlic bread has full small chucks of the garlic and I loved it. As a garlic girl with some parsley flakes it would be amazing. we got the desert pizza which was so good and it was very hot upon serving. Now they are located in waialua next to waialua federal credit Union Pizza always good, the crust is thin and very delicious. I love that it doesn't make me full. Jerry's is the best for pizza when it comes to taste, price and service!!! My fam has been eating here since they opened. Our faves are the Waialua Pizza which is smothered in olives, pepperoni, garlic and mushrooms- SOOO GOOD! Their cheeseburgers are also amazing. The bun is freshly baked and the meat is juicy and not dry / over cooked. I love their fries, which are crinkle cut and thick. Their salads are pretty good too.
