I asked if we could go back on the wait list, but she said yes, but you'd have to wait again and thought it wasn't worth it. She said Happy Father's Day to us. I said Thank you. When my order arrived, there was liquid and dressing leaking from the container, making the bottom of the plate wet. In addition, the packaging was not sealed. For food safety and customer confidence, I believe orders should be sealed before being handed to the delivery driver. A sealed package helps provide reassurance that the food has not been opened, handled, or exposed during delivery. I understand that leaks can happen, but I would appreciate stronger packaging and a tamper-evident seal on future orders. Thank you for taking this feedback into consideration.
