The tech that came out was not able to figure out the angle on the pipe that he was replacing and ended up using a putty which I agreed to. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. My reason for my review not being a five is that the quote was nearly fifty percent more than anticipated for a simple pvc pipe repair and o ring replacement. I tried to speak to the company and they were not willing to come any closer to their original quote. Beware of the price you are quoted as it may end up much higher than expected.

Total bummer but PPAS gave us a wonderful warranty and all will be fixed and made right. PPAS filed the insurance claim which they said their insurance company denied for me and countless others and they were headed to litigation to resolve this. PPAS was great about monthly communication up until Nov 2025 and they have gone completely silent. Have no idea what's going on at this stage, pool looks terrible and is losing water. I just really would like an update as to what's going on at this stage and our pool repaired so we as a family can get back to enjoying it. The build went smoothly and pool is awesome. Jody was the project manager and was consistently on-site to manage the many contractors from dig to operational. Both Mike and Jody were an awesome tandem who took all of the normal anxiety out of build process. With zero weather delays, the pool was operational in less than 2 mos. With Pool school included, I have the confidence of managing the operation and cleaning. With their warranty, I have peace of mind. Nicely done.

We met with Collin (the Designer) back in January and told him our ideas. It took about a week and then we met up with him to see what he came up with in terms of design and cost. He was great throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and always answered our questions fairly quickly. My husband kept in contact with him the entire time. In February we met with Ryan (the site supervisor) about the construction of the pool. He was also very knowledgeable and explained what would happen throughout the construction process. My husband also kept in contact with him in case he had any questions. The construction process began in February. We weren't moved into our new home yet so the noise wasn't an issue for us but it's loud. Because we had fairly good Spring Weather the construction process went quickly. We were told that weather could delay the process but we didn't really have issues with the weather at that time. We went to our new home regularly to check on the progress of the pool which moved along quickly. Our pool was completed in mid May about a week before our move in date. So when we moved into our new home we had a completed swimming pool. It's great! We have used it multiple times and love that it was ready in time for the Summer. Overall Cody Pools did a magnificent job. Collin and Ryan were friendly and very helpful throughout the entire process. Thankfully, a logistics company named We-Gotchu Logistics and Tanner, owner, saved the day. I had to order a crane so that we could take it over a privacy fence. I did all this on my own, except for Tanner, who made an exception to put me first in line and specifically gave me a time he would be here, so as not to run up my bill with the crane company. He did just that and more. Since we never heard from Vince after he finished the paperwork on the Spa and collected his money, I would say service after the sale is zero. Don't take any chances with Vince or Paradise Spas.

Well, okay, all sales are final, but then a PRODUCT is typically given for a sale. They took our money, and we sat without a hot tub for four weeks. This was not just for fun; my husband had seven knee surgeries, and the doctor said it would be good therapy for him, so there is that, too. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
