I recently took my Mazda 3 into this location for an oil change. Once I dropped off my vehicle I was notified of additional issues that needed attention. When a Firestone team member contacted me, I greatly appreciated him taking the time to answer my questions since this was an expensive addition. The inspection report with pictures included also was great! The reason I am going 4 stars is that I noticed a new scratch on the driver's side of my vehicle after my recent visit. Stay away!!!!!! I wish I could do 0 stars! I had a CV Axle that was replaced by Firestone and shortly after my car started leaking transmission fluid. I took it back and they said I needed a trans fluid exchange which I had paid to have done. The leak happened again and my car broke down completely disabled leaving me stranded in the middle of the highway in 10 degree weather. I had to pay out of pocket $177.00 for an emergency 1/2 mile tow back to Firestone. When I called the next day they stated my car needed a transmission replacement but they could not perform the work. I had it towed to another auto repair shop with another tow bill and when the new shop inspected my vehicle they found that a wrong axel had been put on my car by Firestone and the mechanic who did the work had to have known that it was an improper fit but they did it anyway. Due to the negligence of this employee my transmission has been severely damaged and will cost me over $12,000. The store manager stated he would cover the replacement cost of the axel which is $1,500 but they will not cover the complete repair to include the transmission. I have now been without a vehicle for over a month, a repair bill I cannot afford and a car payment I still have to pay. read more

I paid for a lifetime balance and alignment a couple years ago. I had a flat fixed the day prior and scheduled to have the tire balanced and aligned prior to driving back to North Carolina. I set up an apportionment for this service at 10 am. I dropped the vehicle off with staff at 945 am. When I returned at 1140 am the vehicle was sitting in the same spot and had not been moved. So almost two hours and no service completed for an appointment scheduled at 10 am. Pretty pathetic if you ask me. I plan on leaving a shit yelp and google review because it is more than deserved. I ended up taking my car and not getting a service from them. read more

Kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and very reasonable prices! They had the best service and the lowest prices in the area. I am go glad I found this spot. I brought the Audi in and they had no trouble treating the wheels with care, even removing the specialized Audi lug covers without trouble. They put the sticky weights on the inside of the wheels without complaint and without being asked. Other shops around wanted to charge double for this option. I was out the door with mount and balance and an alignment in about an hour and all for less than the other local shops wanted to charge for mount and balance alone. read more

Just moved here and found this location convenient to my home. Called prior to taking car in for an oil change. They stated it would take less than an hour. When I dropped it off I told them I would be back to pick it up in 2 hours. They agreed. I showed up 2 hrs and 39 mins later and the car had not moved from the spot I left it nearly 3 hours ago. I explained that I was frustrated and had to pick up my son from school and head straight to the airport. The employee looked at me and said "you can have your keys back." What an excellent resolution after you wasted most of my day.......and still no simple oil change was completed. I would give zero stars if I could and beg folks to avoid this establishment. I would highly recommend anyone to take your business anywhere else, as they filled incorrect oil not once but twice. Never used Firestone, but as it was well recommended by friends, I thought to use it in Ohio; store across the road. Very first visit was a manufacturer recommended milegae oil change. Added 5W-20 instead of 5W-30. I missed a manufacturer issues recall repair. They gave me a quote which was almost twice compared to dealer. I skipped an oil filter leakage issue, which was not pressing. They didn't like wasting their time in quotes and they rewarded me making me wait for 25 minute for air refill, when I was there next time. Only saving grace is Tim. I was there for a regular oil change today and this time I explicitly mentioned the rep (don't recall her name) that I needed 5W-30 Full Synthetic oil and they added 5W-20. A auto store the can't add correct oil must be avoided at all cost. Something on their pricing: 1. You will get a quote having added all copon for the month. 2. Quotes can vary month to month. I was given a quote of $54 in Feb for oil change that went up to 62 in March. 3. Flat repair is super expensive at $32. I have paid zero or $10 to previous shops (part of a national chain just like Firestone). I always thought it must be blip, but I think they have incompetent employees. read more

Horrible experience. Called Thursday, needed to order performance tires. Wanted Firehawk Indy 500 for a staggered set up. Appointment set for Saturday morning at 10 am. To allow for them to get the tires from other Cincinnati stores. We went over sizes, TPMS issues, my newly powder coated rims, removing my winter tires and rims, the whole none yards with questions and answers. He gave me a fair price, I committed he said see you Saturday. Arrived this morning at 9:45am, I checked in they said they were busy, I said I have an appt, and will wait. After waiting over an hour and 15 min, they said they didn't have my tires, but could order them again. I mention Wheel Dr. recommended Firehawks and had just powder coated my summer rims. Thats when the shop said "oh, we don't touch powder coat. Wouldn't do them anyways." Never apologized for wasting my morning just blamed the guy who took my order on Thursday. This experience was horrible. Called Firestone #800 to lodge a complaint and got hung up on (by accident apparently). Apologized but offered no solutions or even allowed an escalation. Never had Firestone tires, wanted to try them, but with this experience and the issue at my local shop. Never, avoid this place. read more

Took my car in to have the pig tail replaced on the headlight that was burnt up. The headlight worked sometimes but was on and off cause of the plug. Dropped it off to have it replaced even told them three times throughout the day cause they kept saying the headlight worked. After explaining the problem. They still didn't fix it read more

Had been a loyal customer since 2013. Recent repairs have not been well done. Provided proof, and they were not very responsive, or seem to care. I was offered compensation by the new Manager that was brought in to correct problems, but it was a serious issue to me as my cars are the second largest investment after a house. Took my sons car their because he kept needing a jump. They charged me 30.00 just to tell me nothing was wrong. The next day he broke down again. I took it to another place and they said the battery was corroded and it just needed to be cleaned. They should have done this at Firestone for charging me 30.00! I called and the man said I could bring it back up and they would look at it again. Why would I go back there and pay you more money? You couldn't diagnose that simple problem? That's auto 101. If you would have at least cleaned the battery terminals I wouldn't have had a problem paying the 30.00. But to charge me when there was a problem and not suggest returning my money! Had my oil changed here, they threaded the filter so tightly that the threaded piece which the filter attaches to came off! I also had to use a wrench extension to get the oil filter plug off as they use a toque wrench to tighten it down. When I brought the filter back, they claimed it was my fault as I had to use a screwdriver on the end of the oil filter to remove it. They offered no apology, recourse or any action whatsoever. I will never spend a dime here again. read more
