This isn't the first issue. I previously received a moldy onion in an online order, and my son has mentioned that cold items often didn't feel cold during past pickups. Now I've seen it myself. I exchanged the item, but I shouldn't have had to make a second trip. From now on, I'll only use ShopRite Online for non‑perishables and buy all meats and produce in person. The photos I'm posting tell the story. Many customers may have had good experiences with ShopRite Online, but this is my personal experience, and it was unacceptable.
