Shortly after, I came back and had a conversation with one of the managers; based on that conversation, I deleted that review. Today, I'm happy to give Looking Glass Brewing a 5 star review. Their customer service has improved significantly. In fact, the changes I've experienced since then have made it probably one of my favorite places to visit. They keep their beer rotating with new brews and I just had a delicious lunch... the onion gravy was on point and the sausages have a really good crunch. Everything has been really good and I'm so glad I gave them another chance.

In my opinion, that's what they _should_ do. Without hesitation. In fact, this is the least they should do: and they did it. For that, I can look past this mistake and give them another try. Not everyone gives good customer service these days (hello Little Caesars on Old U.S. 27 for a six-dollar pizza that was not as promised...). THAT is why I appreciate Relli's.
