If I could give negative stars for my experience tonight, I would! I got a drink thinking I was going to have a nice evening out on the patio when I was approached by a man who made me feel extremely unsafe. This man grabbed my drink off the table and took a few drinks of it without my consent. He then proceeded to tell me that he had just roofied it. I don't care if he was kidding, but telling that to a young woman in a bar IS NEVER A JOKE!!!! I immediately informed the staff about the incident, and they told me they would take care of it. However, I watched the bartender (the only person with the authority to kick this guy out) make drinks for the next 15 minutes. He did not leave his post behind the bar, and I ended up leaving before the creep was even approached by an employee (if they even went and talked to him at all). I am extremely disappointed with the way this situation was handled. As a young woman in a bar, I would like to think that safety concerns are taken seriously by staff. Tonight, the staff at the Jersey Lilly Saloon failed to keep safety a priority. They allowed a potential predator to stay in their bar after they were aware of what he did and clearly didn't care that he had threatened me and made me feel unsafe. read more

Wow, some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced! The young 20-something waitress and tall skinny tattooed guy should probably find a different line of work; they acted like the patrons were a complete bother to them. Music was good fun though, which is what lured us in. Service was so bad we will never go back and will make all friends and family aware of it. read more

During my weekend in Prescott I think I went to like eight or nine bars. Jersey Lilly was my favorite by far. Everything was just awesome, if I lived here this would be my spot without a doubt. You will see the sign from the street but you must go up to the second floor to find the bar. It is old and cute and makes you feel like you have went back in time in the setting but it is modern with everything else. The service we received was amazing. The girl taking care of us asked and remembered our names, made easy conversation with us, was fast with the drinks and gave us good recommendations of other bars and things in the area. The drinks were delicious and they have popcorn ready for all their customers. The balcony is a great spot to people watch or to just sit and enjoy your drink on a nice day or evening. Next time I am in Prescott I will be back. read more

Pros: A lot of fun. The band, Little Larry, is always a crowd favorite. His list of songs range from the 60's rock to today's favorite country, pop, and rock. The weekends are crowded, but usually has a fun crowd. Overall, a friendly staff. They have an elevator if you don't walk to climb the steep stairs. A lot of history in this old place. Cons: If you go early in the afternoon and sit at a table, the bartender refuses to come to your table and will tell you from her spot behind the bar to come to the bar if you want to order. Thats kind of lazy in my opinion,...but its her tip...or lack of. They don't serve any food. The balcony is for smokers and is usually packed. So for non-smokers, you're stuck inside. read more

This bar is awesome! Took my dad to Prescott for Father's day to walk around down town and stumbled upon Jersey Lilly. I loved it because it has the feel of a speakeasy but higher up instead of underground. Grabbed a drink and sat on the balcony overlooking the park and it was awesome! I love the Jersey Lilly. The environment is perfect for the small town that it inhabits. It's inviting and serene, with a welcoming feeling that opens its arms to you the second you get upstairs. Whitney is the best bartender I've ever had, she's cordial and hilarious and timely. Anyone who goes to The Jersey Lilly should ask for her. Jersey Lilly Saloon is just one of those cool places that makes your head just hurt thinking of the history of it! A Old West Saloon located on Whisky Row in Prescott, AZ that has you imagining what and who these walls have laid eyes on! Dating back into the 1800's, you ascend a long flight of stairs from street level, turn down a hallway to swinging doors that spill into a small bar area! The wooden bar is just so cool, as well as the large mirror behind the bar that both I'm sure can tell stories! We sat at a small round table that overlooks the town square and courthouse area of Prescott. Of course ordering a classic like a Old Fashion was a must and it didn't disappoint! On the stronger side, made with a nice whisky, and topped with some nice cherries just made for a nice reminiscing time! Not a bad bar. It really oozes history and has a great balcony overlooking the courthouse. It just had a bit of a tired feel to it that didn't compel me to stick around. The pre-geriatric crowd who were there were having a damn good time. Other reviews have mentioned that this is not a college bar and that's pretty spot on. I'm post-college but not pre-geriatric or pre-pre-pre-geriatric and the vibe here was too low-key for me. To be fair, this was a Thursday night, and as some of the other bars can get a bit loud, this might be a good place for a recovery or take-a-break drink in peace and quiet. read more

Family was in town, and this was a fun bar to visit! Live music started at 3:30 on Saturday afternoon and provided great entertainment. This bar is located on the second floor on the famous Whiskey Row. We ordered vodka tonics which were a little on the strong side-guess I shouldn't complain, right? Fun time had by all! read more

Awesome little bar tucked upstairs on Whiskey Row. It was very cold outside (like 12 degrees) so we drank inside and warmed up. The bartender was top notch. Very nice, very quick, and made me a perfect martini. We hit about 6-8 bars and this was by far the best atmosphere and drink quality in the area. read more

Interesting old bar. The balcony is its best feature. Nice to look out onto Whiskey Row. We stopped in for open mic night on Wednesday, fun to listen to local talent. Bartender seemed overwhelmed and not too happy help. Unfortunate for her to have to go into another room to get draft beers. Not willing to let us taste one we were unfamiliar with since told one we wanted was gone. Makes it hard to provide constant service to keep leaving bar unattended. Probably won't be back! read more

This is the coolest bar on Whiskey Row. It's upstairs in the middle of all the bars on the west side of the courthouse. It almost feels like you are sneaking into a speakeasy from the 20's. That's the vibe I got. They've got a nice bar and tables with a band that was playing the night we were there. The best part is that they have a nice balcony so you can take your drink outside and smoke. We had the best time here. They also have a popcorn maker and free munchies are a big hit with me. This is easily my favorite bar on Whiskey Row. This is a must if you are in Prescott. The bar tender Dian McLaughlin is the best bartender I have encountered in any city, ever. Not only does she make amazing drinks and shots, she is so personable and friendly. I would come back, even if it were to just hang at the bar with her. Smoke smoke smoke! There is no way this place is in compliance with Arizona health laws. We couldn't stay in the place long enough to get a drink. There is a smoking balcony and when anyone opens the door it wafts a reeking haze inside. Skip this place. read more

This establishment is a great time! Great local bands, great service on the patio by Amanda. Amanda is a beautiful young lady that pays fantastic attention to her guests! She rates! And the patio is smoking, and overlooks Courthouse Square! They don't serve food, but you can order from The Palace downstairs or The Devil's Pantry, and you can eat your meal at Jersey Lilly's. We came in to Jersey Lilly's on our day trip to Prescott and we are so glad we did. The bartender (Diana?) was very friendly, as were the rest of the bar staff. I had a glass of wine here at about 5:30pm (happy hour) on a Wed night. Service was good. Best thing about Jersey Lilly's is the second floor outdoor balcony overlooking the Courthouse Square. They tout it and for good reason. The balcony was full so I needed to satisfy my desire to watch the crowds below from a window seat... that was ok too. Good for a happy hour drink. Always a fun place. The best patio in town; people watch, dog watch, bike watch,etc. from above looking over The Court House Square. Live band from 7pm almost every night. Quiet in the afternoons, bumping at night, crowded during the weekends. Servers are the friendliest around. read more

My favorite bar on Whiskey Row. This is the only bar that has a patio that overlooks the courthouse square so its a great place to go in the afternoon or early evening and people watch. Normally come here every time I am in Prescott but this weekend was a game changer. We always start at brick & bones and work our way down Whiskey Row enjoying a cocktail at almost every bar. When it came to Jersey Lilly's we recognized the bar tender as the obnoxious patron at brick & bones. As soon as we walked in she yelled for everyone's ids. I can understand asking for id's but we're all over 30. Don't treat us like we're some teenagers trying to get served. Everyone else was pretty put off by her so I ended up being the only one who ordered a drink. I wanted a Johnny Walker Black Label & water on the rocks. I ended up with a $13 double shot on the rocks & a dirty look. I gave her my card & kept the tab open and our party went onto the patio. As we were sitting there she kept coming outside (obviously drunk) and hitting on anything that moved. Guy/girl it didn't matter. A while later she came out saying she had a party of 6 and asked if everyone could move. Luckily we were leaving but for future reference you don't over charge ppl, treat them like shyte & then herd them around like cattle. I'm sorry if you have a party of six. Wow, been coming here for 10 years, greatest place until til tonight. Never saw Sandy until now. Had only been there for a drink or two having fun with the band and others . Dont judge the place on her, the rest of them includiding Amanda, Little larry and others rock. She could not have been MORE rude. Didn't ask us to leave but said she wouldn't serve us. All of us are feeling like unappreciated patrons tonight. Extremely unprofessional and rude.
