What happened to you guys? I ordered 3 sandwiches that were so below standards for Jersey Mike's that I had to question where they came from. #55, the big Kahuna. No peppers, no onion, no mushrooms. Just chicken and cheese!! The Jersey Mikes Philly cheesesteak. No peppers at all. Beef, cheese and a small amount of grilled onions that I paid extra for. WTF??? I was so excited to have a Jersey Mike's location near me because y'all have great sandwiches. What happened? Did you drop your standards? I will be sending this feedback to corporate. Stopped in here on Wednesday. The service was amazing. Adie was my server and of the what looked live 5 people there, she looked like she ran the place. I got the 13, original Italian and the 19 BBQ Beef... The 13 was awesome as always. This was my first time trying the 19, I added grilled onions to it and honestly it was ok. It was not something I would order again. It was just ok. There are other items on their secret menu I am definitely interested in trying. I did not know you can get the 13 grilled which I want to try as well as a few other things. This was the first sandwich I've had from Jersey Mike's which was just ok. So happy that you have chicken salad sandwiches. That being said, there was about four tbsp of chicken salad on a regular sandwich along with five times more lettuce. I took 90% of the lettuce off of my sandwich along with the top bun so I could actually taste the chicken salad. I know food prices are up. Cutting back on ingredients will only drive down business. Ordered on the app and went into store based on the app stating to come in. Arrived and another online order customer was there as well. Neither of our orders were even started and the sandwich makers continued to help in store customers. The online customer who was ahead of me told them to cancel her order so they made it for her. I waited 30 minutes and my order was still not ready because they were helping in store customers. I told them to cancel my order and had to wait another 15 minutes for my refund. I enjoy Jersey mikes! This location I think provided fast service and was pretty clean. I always get the chipotle chicken cheesesteak, which is so good! The sauce on the side is best so it doesn't get too soggy. I also get tomato and lettuce on the side so I feel a little more healthy eating here! I recommend ordering on the app first and then picking up. You get points and you don't have to wait very long. And get the Parmesan rosemary bread!! That makes it so tasty! I caution anyone to read this before deciding to order from this location. Last night 2/6/25 my husband & I ordered pick-up. 2 sandwiches. Unfortunately there was no quality control of any kind I guess and there was large plastic like contamination within the shredded lettuce. I ingested some of whatever it was. The alleged manager that evening, "SAM" only apologized. I literally pulled plastic out of my throat. And who knows what or what else I really ingested. What kind of chemicals? So let me ask you this, what kind of franchise doesn't put some sort of ACCOUNTABILITY and QUALITY CONTROL in place? No one has had the courtesy to call me back. But I am certain to get some generic response below. I have contacted corporate, I found their LLC is KCK Subs. Yet no one wants to call me. Again, think, is this reasonable when you go out to eat? NO!!!!!!! There is another review from years back I see with the same. SHAME ON THIS LOCATION. On a return visit I still maintain that the people they hire do not pay attention to the customer. On a recent visit I had to repeat my instructions several times to the person making my sandwich. Nothing complicated, but my way of enjoying the sandwich. Simple instructions!! It was like talking to a five year old! But what really annoyed me the most was when I asked what they did with the tiny little piece of bread they cut off to make a mini sandwich, he replied that they threw it away! Imagine how much bread goes into the trash each day! Not very economical for a business that is trying to make a profit!! I couldn't believe how wasteful that is!! I hardly ever leave reviews but it is only right that I do as I feel it is extremely rare to experience great customer service at "fast food" restaurants. My wife and I frequently eat at this Jersey mikes and it is usually busy. No matter how busy it is, Samantha is ALWAYS extremely happy and positive! I ordered a giant number 13 sub at 4:00pm on 7-12-25.....The person at the register went to finish my sub without changing his gloves or washing his hands ....Gross. The person slicing the meat for my sub was taking open chubs of unwrapped meat and throwing them on sealed cases chubs of meat. Someone is going to get very sick or worse. Did a side by side comparison with another sub shop in the area. Got the usual cold sub of a number 13 and it was just okay but next to the competition it lost over taste and value. The taste wasn't as good and left an unpleasant aftertaste. The bread seemed fresh and I used the app the order while I'm realizing that might make for a different quality sandwich. The competition not only tasted better As for value at almost $16, the competition provided a 2 foot sub for $17 which also tasted better. The amount of meat was the same at both so overall the competition has a better value. Sad to say after being a loyal Jersey Mike's customer I won't be back for a while and I'll make sure to go in to place my order and watch it being made. Also might stick to the hot sandwiches but we will see. read more

Awful per usual but the wife still has hopes it'll get better. So she sends my butt down there again This is location specific... They are often 'out of bread', which is really annoying. This trip... I'm 2nd in line. 4 employees working. One guy making sandwiches, 1 guy cutting bread, girl standing at the register doing nothing except ringing people up, and a 4th kinda just hanging around. -the sandwich sleeves that the sandwiches go in are spilled all over the bacon. No one will move them off. So they just stay there until I order bacon on my sandwich. Then they get moved. -the sandwich cutter/meat guy wiped/itched his nose with his right wrist while he had a glove on... and proceeded to immediately grab a large loaf of bread. Work station was disgusting. Filthy. Then someone came in for a pickup order, and the whole operation stops. The guy making sandwiches stops everything , and tries to locate the to go order. Meanwhile the girl at the register proceeds to Stand there with her arms crossed doing nothing. I'm not even mad anymore. Twice in a row now they are out of boxes/bowls for a salad and their response when asking for a salad is "we don't have bowls" and not "oh we're sorry about that, we should have them by x date. Here's a coupon for your next visit as an inconvenience" . & on the second time without bowls we called ahead of time and the response, "oh yeah we've been out for 3 weeks" again no apology or timeline for when they plan to have them back in stock.
