My husband and I visited District Coffee while we were in Vegas over the weekend. The coffee shop is located away from the strip, on a street where there are a lot of charming thrift and antique stores. District Coffee has both indoor and outdoor seating. They had a good variety of drinks on the menu, including a Dubai chocolate special (which I didn't see until too late, otherwise I would've ordered it). They had a Vietnamese coffee option, which I got. It was very strong and sweet. Service was friendly and we got our drinks quickly. I'd come here regularly if I was a local. read more

District Deli is on main street and they are really on top of the sandwich game. The space is super cute. Patio seating for you and your dog, and great to go packaging if you're swinging by for a grab and go lunch. My lunch companion and I stopped in and got the Mortadella, chicken cutlet, and veggie sandwich to try. All three were killer. Super fresh bread and ingredients. The mortadella was so good and better than that other very popular shop on the west side. The price for all three sandwiches and a large favored mocha was $49. Super reasonably priced for what you get. A half sandwich was plenty for one person so you can save the other half for later (which i did and it totally held up). The (owner?) Wow!! I've had quite a few Italian sandwiches in my life, but the one from District Deli is hands down the most delicious I've ever had. My boyfriend and I were looking for a quick, simple lunch while visiting Vegas and stumbled upon this gem. The outdoor seating was perfect since we had our dog with us. We both ordered a coffee (which was also very good), and since he loves Italian sandwiches as much as I do, we decided to try theirs. We both agreed it was the best Italian sandwich we've ever had, even better than the many we've tried back in LA. To top it off, the gentleman who brought our food out also brought a cup of water for our dog without us even asking! Super thoughtful service. I am reviewing from the perspective of someone who is always on the hunt for a great locally owned coffee shop, as a remote worker and full-time student. Yes, in response to the owner, I am aware that most modern phones offer a hotspot, but my review point is mostly that the location is not condusive to someone looking for a place to work/hang/read while enjoying a usual coffee house experience with wifi, due to it not being offered and the space not being large enough to have room for that customer, AND their deli foot traffic** The coffee was good, and the people-watching ambiance is awesome. I don't love that they don't offer Wi-Fi, but I assume it is so people won't linger, as seating is limited. Would give them another try if they did, as I appreciate being able to multitask and get work done while grabbing a coffee or lunch. Just isn't their vibe. What sets them apart in the Arts District is the front patio, which is not super common. Not in their control are the increased parking rates, and so it's a tough sell if going as a destination, rather than a meandering shopping trip in the vibrant area. read more

This is a very small spot in the main drag in the arts district. It is a combo deli and coffee so they do sell some foods and have some pastries. I just had my usual latte and it was great. They use Dark Moon beans so I was optimistic going in. The milk was textured well if only slightly on the hot side for a latte. The barista could have created some standard latte art but they instead choose to use a drawing method to create a cute bear. The drink was smooth and classic just as if you had it at Dark Moon (Henderson). Overall, this is a small place that you are probably not hanging at to chill (no Wi-Fi). But, if you want a good latte and perhaps some food, this is a great choice. There are plenty of great places for coffee in the Arts District, so this fits in quite nicely. read more

Super cute and cozy coffee place in the arts district! Coffee is amazing, and service was super quick on a Monday afternoon. They have a few pastry options and some food options as well that I didn't try but might next time! I got the seasonal flavor of pistachio in a latte with half & half. The coffee flavor is strong in this place, which is really nice! The pistachio was really good as well, just enough flavor and sweetness to cut through the bitter coffee taste. The District Deli & Coffee is a really good sandwich and coffee shop located in the downtown area. Besides sandwiches some of the things they offer are breakfast, salads, sides, pastries, smoothies, teas and more. This is a casual order and pay at the counter type of place. They have three small tables inside and a few tables on the patio. It's nice that they have complimentary water on the side of the counter that you can help yourself to. The sandwiches are very good here. I would recommend to go with a sandwich. My husband tried a mortadella specialty sandwich with house made chips. This was a very large sandwich on Monzu Italian Oven Focaccia bread. It was packed with good quality Deli Meat and cheese and also had a delicious spread of eggplant caponata. I thought that the house made potato chips were very good. To me they had a nice texture and were seasoned nice and seemed free of oil. The panzanella salad should really be a soaked bread salad. Here it is a salad with the crispest croutons ever that don't get soft and a fork can't penetrate. The salad is ok it's just not what a traditional panzanella is really suppose to be. I'll get a sandwich next time. The people working there were all very nice and efficient. District Deli and Coffee is a really great Sandwich shop in the downtown area. read more

This location was super easy to find with plenty surrounding parking. There was indoor and outdoor seating. Three tables inside and about four outside. The outside seating had umbrellas for when it gets hot outside. The sandwich was ready in about 7-8 minutes and was delicious. The hoagie had sesame seeds on it and was the perfect bite size. Sometimes hoagie bread can be too hard or crunchy- this wasn't at all. They offered free water for dine in guests which was appreciated. The Italian sandwich was perfect. I immediately devoured it and already know what I want to try when I come back. 10/10 read more

I was downtown in the arts district of Las Vegas and I wanted to try a new spot so I decided on this cool little coffee shop. Upon walking in, there are a few seats where you can sit outside, but parking is absolutely horrific. It's located on the corner of Main Street and Utah and traffic is definitely consistent. You're definitely greeted as soon as you walk in, so I can't complain about the service. As far as the coffee goes, I am a coffee drinker. I love my espresso and I was hoping to get that punch of espresso yet sadly, I was disappointed. Onto the breakfast sandwich, it was OK at best. In my opinion, the aïoli is delicious just overpowered the sandwich and I'm not sure arugula belongs on a breakfast sandwich unless you have something like candied bacon to balance it out. Hey just my personal opinion! Last time I checked an iced latte was made with shots of espresso! And if your coffee only tastes like milk and flavoring that my friend is an issue! Also your cashier told me that it was arugula on the sandwich because I had never been to the shop before, and I asked what came on the sandwich, so if there was a miscommunication that is not on me. You're coming off a little condescending by telling me what to order! But I can do one better by not coming back to your establishment!!!! read more

Great coffee! This spot is such a cute little gem. I visited on a Sunday morning and it was quite busy. This spot has a few seating options available, indoor and outdoor. The staff and barista were very cool and super helpful with helping you choose items. I got an almond milk latte and it was really good. The taste of the espresso was top notch, it really enhanced the flavor of the coffee taste. Not too bitter or floraly which I love. What a cute little find in the Arts district! We were in the mood for a sandwiches for lunch and found this place on Yelp. We talked to the owner who also served us, he was super pleasant and said that they have been there for about a year. I ordered a iced pistachio latte with almond milk. It was delicious! The coffee beans they use are strong and flavorful at the same time, but you could still taste the delicious pistachio flavor. I ordered the Italian sandwich with a side of potato salad. The Italian had a lot of great flavors and I really liked the potato salad because it wasn't mustard based. I feel like mustard overpowers the potato salad when not done correctly. My bf ordered the Chicken cutlet sandwich with a side of their homemade chips. They thinly slice the potatoes in the back and fry them up until they're super crispy. But by far the Chicken sandwich was our favorite thing on the menu because of the fresh mozzarella and the amazing pesto that gave it so much flavor. I'll be back for sure to try a different latte and sandwich. Delish! read more

Another great spot in the downtown area! Stumbled upon this place in the summer as they were building their patio - the inside area is pretty tiny with a couple of tables, so the patio really expands their seating. Menu is surprisingly large and the sandwiches are the highlight! They're huge and generous with the protein - staff suggested the roast beef, and it was perfect. The farro salad side was a great and different option to offer, super fresh. I will be back to try more sandwiches, also their mushroom toast (another unique option!) and coffee. The here bread is from Monzu, another great spot in town - love the local sourcing. This place is open surprisingly late (8AM to 8PM) with great quality food for a fast casual spot, pricing was fair for the portions. Go early for fresh pastries! read more

So excited to have a new lunch spot on Main Street! My coworker sent me a link for a pickup order and said it was a deli & coffee shop down the street and as soon as I looked at the menu I was intrigued.. The menu reads well and has very enticing descriptions and photos that make your mouth water.. My only regret is that my appetite wasn't large enough to order everything that I wanted to try on the menu! Gives me plenty more reasons to order in the future. :) I went with the Roast Beef sandwich since anything with horseradish has my heart. Let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint! The horseradish had a kick without being overpowering.. the roast beef was super fresh, not chewy or dry like some places. Loved the shredded lettuce crunch.. definitely a bit messy, but isn't that the best kind of sandwich? Such great components that made this a 10/10 sammy, but the ciabatta really sealed the deal, I must say! It was light and thin... perfectly crispy and crunchy when you bite into it, but still fluffy in the middle.. Tasted fresh as hell, like it just came out of the oven! I'm excited to try other sandwiches to see how the different bread options compare. I will definitely order this sandwich again, but super excited to try everything else. I can't give an opinion on the atmosphere as I was not the one who picked it up, but I'm eager to stop by in person next time and try the coffee too that I hear people raving about. I wanted to like my meal more than I did, but there a couple snags that left me underwhelmed. First off the egg salad sandwich I got was excellent. The eggs weren't mashed and chopped into a unrecognizable paste like a lot egg salads. There was big chunks of egg with crisp veggies to compliment the texture. I'd definitely order it again. I also got a tasty chocolate chip cookie that I didn't originally order, but more on that in second. My main issue was with the fruit smoothie I got; orange juice, strawberry, and mango. Even from the looks of it, I noticed something was "off". After trying a sip I thought there was some type of dairy in it. I thought it was supposed to be a typical fruit and ice smoothie, so I asked the cashier about the ingredients. The cashier informed me that there is no diary but they use a "powder" for their smoothies. I'm guessing no fresh or frozen fruit? Fortunately she was willing to swap my smoothie for a Arnold Palmer and a cookie that was equivalent to the price of the smoothie. I got a order of house made salt and pepper chips with my sandwich. They were dreadful. They were severely over cooked and hard with no distinct flavors or seasonings. I'll return to try more of the food items but the smoothie I had left a bad first impression for me. read more

We've come in a couple times and each time has been great! The sandwiches are so much better than what you could find at Starbucks or any other coffee shop in the area. I'd highly recommend trying their avocado toast with soft boiled egg. It has a crusty bread that holds up so well with the avocado. All the flavors are so well-balanced as well. It won't compare to any other avocado toast you'd find in a restaurant. We've also tried their roast beef and horseradish sandwich, veggie sandwich, and the chicken cutlet sandwich with marinara added. Everything I've ordered tastes like it's from a higher-end restaurant but not with the ridiculous price tag. My niece had a smoothie and it was really great too and not crazy expensive either. Stumbled upon this new coffee shop downtown and was quite surprised at the quality of the food. I never have high hopes for the food at coffee shops cause they're mostly mediocre at best. But my bf and I got the Egg Salad Sandwich, Pasta Salad, Roast Beef Sandwich, Americano and a Frozen Coffee. The iced americano was perfect, the frozen coffee on the other hand was way too sweet for my liking but that just might be a personal preference. The Egg Salad sandwich is probably the best I've ever had, 10/10 would recommend. Pasta Salad was very refreshing and yummy and the Roast Beef Sandwich was extremely good.
