We stopped to eat at NoButcher on the way to Utah. My husband's pick as he was excited to try the variety of plant based meats. The super friendly and welcoming cashier gave us some samples to try. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with potato salad. We also ordered the specialty sandwich I believe with steak and mushrooms. Everything was tasty. The service was super friendly and warm. I wish we got the cashier's name as he was so kind and made sure we were happy with everything. They have deli meats, cold salads, and desserts to take for home which I thought was pretty neat. Lastly, they have a drive-thru which I found to be really cool for an all vegan place as that is not too common.

Had my semi-annual dental cleaning on this side of town and decided to check out NoButcher afterwards. Having decided to eliminate red meat from my diet last week, this was a great place to go to for lunch. Hence the name NoButcher, everything, and I mean EVERYTHING is vegetarian/vegan and you won't find any animal products here. I saw this place on an episode of Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives about a year ago, and it's been on my list of restaurants to visit since. This place is, literally, a vegan's paradise. If only they were closer to me, though. You can choose to go inside or go through the drive-thru. They have two different menus, which are their sandwich menu and their "make it a meal" menu. On their "make it a meal" menu, you choose your sandwich, a side, a drink, and a surprise treat. I was pressed for time and chose to take my order to go, where I ordered only a sandwich, where I chose their NoTuna sandwiches (all their sandwiches begin with NO in a nod to all their animal free products). Their treats also looked delicious, so I picked up their cinnamon coffee cake as well, which was individually wrapped in plastic to keep it fresh. The sandwich, which I believe was served on sourdough bread, was excellent! It was also topped with other healthy food items, such as spinach, zucchini, tomatoes, and onions. I was really hungry so I ended up finishing the entire thing. Later that night, I had half of their cinnamon coffee cake, which was VERY delicious. I plan to have the other half later tonight and might finish it then. The service was friendly, the food came out quickly, and the ambiance was welcoming and very clean. When one customer left while I was waiting for my food, one of the employees came out and cleaned the table off, also ensuring that all the other tables around were clean as well. Whether you're a vegetarian/vegan or not, this is a great place to go if you're looking for lunch.

The best sandwich in Vegas and it's not even close. The bread is made fresh and you can taste it with every bite. The nomeats leave you full and pack more flavor than the real thing ever could. Honestly, there is no reason to ever eat lame meat with a place like this in existence. Fresh cut chips, fresh egg salad, and home baked cookies? Like I can't possible ask for more. But they gave us more! The drinks and the service are stellar as well. Seriously, this is a MUST STOP place here in Vegas. Do yourself a favor and swing in.

Ordered in for lunch... and I am so happy I did! The food was delicious. The packaging was perfect. I'm not sure how the feel is inside but I am excited to visit in person. Everything was packaged perfectly and the heart was such a cute touch.

Recently started making our own deli meat from seitan, so we came here for research. The bright, clean interior and friendly staff were a welcoming first impression. Their deli case featured an assortment of plant-based meats, cheeses, sides, and even sweet treats - for humans *and* dogs. Legit. My Aloha NoRib had good flavors, but the warm, saucy ribs overwhelmed the fresh veggies and made it a bit messy. I traded for my partner's Italian Cold Cut, which was lighter and much easier to eat. The NoTurkey pasta salad was a decent filler, but nothing special. Overall, I'd give this place a 3.5. The sandos were loaded (I struggled to finish mine) and would be great to share! Be like me - do it for science.

I was visiting Las Vegas over the weekend and searched for a vegan restaurant. This place did not disappoint. The man who took my order was very nice and gave recommendations. I went with their gyro sandwich and potato salad. The sandwich was amazing! The seasoning was on point. If I visit LV again I would definitely go back

I went thru the drive thru .. I hadn't been here in a while and right away I saw the new menu board ... I loved it ! Pictures, descriptions and colorful. I ordered the Greek sandwich it was made with seitan made in house. It was incredible! ( I won't eat processed fake meats . ) So I was very excited! Customer service was great as well! Thank you ! Next time I'm going to get the vegan chicken filet it's also made with seitan

I keep thinking I've written a review about this place but I haven't yet! No Butcher is amazing for their sandwiches that are vegan. First time I tried them was during COVID we drove through and tried their Thanksgiving inspired sandwich. They have a monthly specialty sandwich. It was amazing and we always want to stop by whenever we are in Las Vegas again. Next time we went and dined in and got a pulled "pork" sandwich it was delicious. You can make it a meal with some sides and a drink for a little more. When my sister visited Vegas we asked her to bring back a sandwich and their No Steak was soooo good. That aioli! The Italian cold cut is also delicious with different flavors and textures. I honestly have found their specialty monthly sandwiches my favorite and you can see what it is on their Instagram. Inside they do have a long table and small 2 seater tables. You order at the counter, get a number, and staff brings out the sandwiches to you. Staff is very friendly and they make their now vege meats which you can purchase as well.

Food: Very delicious, light sandwich. I haven't had pastrami in over 10 years and have been pescatarian for almost 9 years. This was the perfect fix. It was well constructed and not too small or jam packed. Service: Was efficient, informative and made good recommendations. Ambiance: Very chill establishment, had free WiFi so o was able to finish my work there free my lunch break. There was consistent traffic coming in and through the drive thru which is great to see for them. I will be back!

The Greek full meal (with potato salad and cookie), 1/2 lb no egg salad, and a dill cheese ball

I wish there was a location by me! I will go out of my way to get food here every time I'm in Vegas from now on! My friend told me about this place after she saw it on Chef's Table knowing I had a trip planned to Vegas so I could check them out. I couldn't get there to visit in person, but I ordered UberEats and had it delivered to our hotel just before leaving for the airport so we could have it for lunch before getting on the plane. I seriously wanted to try one of everything, it all sounded so good! Since I haven't had a gyro since I was little, I had to try the gyro full meal, and got it with potato salad. Then I ordered a dill cheese ball and 1/2 pound of no egg salad to take back home with me. My friend ordered the no tuna salad. The gyro was BOMB! I was especially excited about the tzatziki sauce since that is my favorite and haven't had it in forever. It was so damn good, I want to learn how to make my own so I can have it at home! The meat looked and tasted like the real deal, and the ciabatta bread was perfect with a slight crisp outside and chewy center. The entire sandwich was devoured and I wanted more!! The potato salad was good too (though I prefer mine without onions), and it was the perfect little side portion with the meal. The snickerdoodle cookie was soft and chewy and was a perfect fall flavor! My friend is not vegan but she thoroughly enjoyed the no tuna salad and said everything tasted fresh. I saved the no egg salad and dill cheese ball to have when I returned home to AZ, and now I wish I ordered a full pound! Oh my goodness this stuff is heavenly! Egg salad sandwiches were my favorite, and this tasted like the real deal. Again, I need this recipe so I can make it part of my weekly meal plan at home! The flavors bursting from the egg salad tasted like the real deal and I didn't even notice I was eating tofu. The dill cheese ball is made with cashew cheese, so it was a little more pungent and obviously not like a real cheese ball, but still good and goes great with crackers or potato chips! Hands down my favorite vegan place, and I can't wait to come back and sample some of the other sandwiches!! Highly recommend going out of your way to check them out next time you're in Vegas (or have it delivered to your hotel), you won't regret it!!

One of the best sandwich spots hands down! All of the vegan Sammie's are perfection and I always can't wait to see what the monthly special is. My favorite special is the thanksgiving special and I look forward to it every year, and will Uber eats it to my job at least 3 times, along with the times I get one for my son lol. My absolute favorite is the Greek. The vegan meat is flavorful and on point, the taxing sauce is refreshing and I absolutely love that dill in it, the veggies are fresh, it's just absolute perfection. My tied two after that is the Italian cold cut, I love the garlic herb cream cheese, and the pastrami with delicious sliced cheese, pickles, and mustard. You can't go wrong here! They have a la carte meats for sale, the pepperoni is awesome, and the cheeses are so good too! During the holidays they usually have a charcuterie board and it's always a hit with all the vegan meats and cheeses, vegans and omnis all enjoy this place and food! If you're in Vegas, make sure to stop by !

I am so impressed. The food here was delicious!!! I read reviews and everyone recommended ordering from their specials so that's what I did. I was not disappointed!!! So good! Hubby ordered the pastrami sandwich and he enjoyed it. The cookie and no turkey pasta also were great. We will be back. You order at the counter and pick up food when ready.

NoButcher is one of those places that makes me super jealous of Vegas. So this is my shameless attempt to beg the good people at NoButcher to please open a location near Long Beach!!! I would so love that!!! Hubby and I came straight here after a 5-hour drive from SoCal. No joke. While we were supercharging at Primm, I looked up NoButcher's hours and thought it would be best to skip checking into our hotel and go straight to the restaurant before they closed. We arrived 15 minutes before closing, welcomed by the most friendliest gentleman. Since this was our first time, he gave us the spiel about their housemade seitan meats and nut-based cheeses. Everything looked and sounded delicious! The Greek Salad was the perfect meal to settle in after a road trip. Made with spring mix, tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions topped with their NoGyro. I was impressed with the way they seasoned that seitan. It also came with a tasty tzatziki sauce. I would say that the greens to seitan ratio was unbalanced imho. I would have loved to have more greens to balance out the generous amount of seitan. That said, I'm grateful that they don't skimp on the NoMeat portion. https://bit.ly/3PnJUAr Meateater Hubby had the Pulled NoPork Sandwich. The seitan was covered in a delicious homemade bbq sauce and paired well with a maple-mustard cole slaw on a crispy ciabatta roll. Yum! Hubby also ordered a side of NoEgg Salad. At first, I wasn't interested in this, but then I took a bite and it totally rocked my world! Crumbled chunks of firm tofu mixed with creamy-creaminess flavored with something reminiscent of egg, or at least what I remember egg to taste like. I've heard that black salt taste like egg so maybe they use black salt? Whatever it is, this stuff is magical! https://bit.ly/46goBak Lastly, we've had the pleasure of enjoying their Lemon Poppyseed Cookie. https://bit.ly/3Nh3wDJ We loved this place so much that after our 3-day stay in Vegas, we decided to make a 2nd visit which was our last stop before driving back to Long Beach. I really wanted to purchase some of the cheese balls to take home. When I inquired about if they would last 5 hours in a cooler, the cashier let me know that they had some already frozen. Perfect for the drive back! So I purchased a Dilly Ranch Cheese Ball (https://bit.ly/46hLZ7l) and a Beer NoBacon Cheese Ball (https://bit.ly/3JqpkMe). I may have spontaneously decided on a large side of the NoEgg Salad to take home too. Seriously, it was worth it! NoButcher might be my new favorite place in Vegas! So again, I beg you, please PLEASE open a second location in Long Beach!!! :)

Once she seated us she came back and brought us a small cup of some type of cabbage soup to try, which was phenomenal! The menu is ginormous! She took time to answer all our questions and just really looked like she liked her job (go figure!). The portion sizes are insane! The food was very hot and very tasty. I struggled to finish mine but once I removed the food from the bun, that seemed to help. Paying the bill was easy as they have the receipts with the QR code that goes right to the Toast app. Unfortunately we didn't save room for dessert but after we were done eating we did go look at all the goodies in the case. Quite a selection and lots of people in line. Kind of glad we live on the other side of town because if we lived closer we'd go broke from eating here more often lol. Had the traditional eggs Benedict with potato's one egg was a bit more cooked than the other, but the two of them combined to be just fine. The potatoes were way too burnt. Now, I will say that I ordered breakfast late in the day, so why would they make new potatoes that late in the day. Now, the other hand would say, why are you going to serve anything below my standards? If the potatoes are so burnt, they are hard, black and you cannot find a potato soft enough to stick a fork in it, then that is just neglectful or you do not care. I tend to believe in the good in people, so I am guessing they did not want to disappoint a customer that ordered potatoes by telling them we ran out. Would you like something else instead. I have been in for lunches and salads and soups are above my standards and their challah bread French toast makes wonder how could anyone put up with Texas Toast. Their coffee cake is to die for.

I have been here several times before for my charcuterie meats and cheeses (not sure why I didn't…read morereview) but my husband and I went there last week while waiting for my kids to finish an activity at UNLV. Everything started out great. They have a kiosk to order when you first enter and we wanted to share a meatball sandwich. The gentleman making the pizza let us know they'd had some issues with orders going through and to check with the person at the cash register to make sure everything processed properly. He looked and said it was good. At that point my husband had seen the sicilian pizza and wanted to see if it was anything similar to his Nana's and asked to add it. The man at the cash register said it would need to be a separate order- no problem- so we paid. We were enjoying the pizza slice while waiting for the sandwich that never came. The guy who was making the pizzas noticed we were still waiting and asked what we had ordered. They said the payment never processed. My husband, rightfully upset at this point, asked what the point was of confirming the order had gone through if they guy wasn't actually confirming it? I finally said I would just pay for the two bottles of water we'd had and go on with our day. The rep offered to still do the sandwich but at this point we had to go get the kids and didn't have time to wait again and then eat. He told the pizza making gentleman (who in my opinion did nothing wrong and was amazing) that this was why he needed to stop telling people and just keep his mouth shut. Ultimately, he was in the wrong. When my husband came to the register to confirm the kiosk order had gone through he should have ACTUALLY confirmed it. The pizza was good, but we won't be back... this is not how you handle customer service situations.

On August 14th, around 8:10 AM, that day finally came, and I'm glad I stopped. The atmosphere immediately worked for me. It has that comfortable neighborhood café feel, with the newspaper-style menus giving the place some personality instead of feeling like another generic breakfast spot. The staff seemed genuinely happy to be there, the clientele was pleasant, and my server, Elaina, was fantastic. She was attentive, friendly, and handled every question I had without making anything feel rushed. For breakfast, I kept things simple and ordered an egg sandwich on a toasted everything bagel with an over-easy egg, cheddar cheese, and bacon. Nothing overly complicated, just a solid breakfast sandwich done well. My guest went with an egg sandwich on a toasted onion bagel with an over-medium egg and American cheese. For drinks, I tried the Broadway, their raspberry latte with white chocolate, and had mine made with oat milk. That combination sounded interesting enough to get my attention, and it ended up being really enjoyable. Sweet, creamy, different, and definitely something I would order again. But the surprise star of the entire visit was the pistachio cream cheese. Apparently it was one of their specialty or featured cream cheeses, and I am very glad I asked about it. Rich, creamy, unmistakably pistachio, and they were not stingy with the portion either. I was spreading that stuff on every piece of bagel I could find. If it is available when you visit, ASK FOR IT. Overall, this was just a really pleasant breakfast experience. Nothing needed to be extravagant. The service was good, the food hit the spot, the atmosphere was welcoming, and I found a couple of things I'd absolutely come back for. Definitely a strong four stars, and considering how often I pass this place, I have a feeling this will not be my last visit.

I finally asked, "Can we place our order, please?" and was told, "Just a minute." At that point, I decided to leave. I can't speak to anyone's intentions. I can only tell you what I experienced. I left feeling unwelcome. As a first-time customer, I did not feel that my business was valued or that my money was wanted there. Whether that was intentional or not, that was the impression I left with, and since this was my first visit, it was also my only impression of The Bagel Cafe.
