One of my favorite Vegan places in Vegas! I have been coming here for years. The quality is always exceptional and tasty. Everyone is so friendly. I have ordered in, to go and for holidays. I tried their new no chicken sandwich and pastrami. Both were so good! The no turkey pasta salad is my favorite side. I'm so excited they are opening another location in the Henderson area soon!

Had my semi-annual dental cleaning on this side of town and decided to check out NoButcher afterwards. Having decided to eliminate red meat from my diet last week, this was a great place to go to for lunch. Hence the name NoButcher, everything, and I mean EVERYTHING is vegetarian/vegan and you won't find any animal products here. I saw this place on an episode of Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives about a year ago, and it's been on my list of restaurants to visit since. This place is, literally, a vegan's paradise. If only they were closer to me, though. You can choose to go inside or go through the drive-thru. They have two different menus, which are their sandwich menu and their "make it a meal" menu. On their "make it a meal" menu, you choose your sandwich, a side, a drink, and a surprise treat. I was pressed for time and chose to take my order to go, where I ordered only a sandwich, where I chose their NoTuna sandwiches (all their sandwiches begin with NO in a nod to all their animal free products). Their treats also looked delicious, so I picked up their cinnamon coffee cake as well, which was individually wrapped in plastic to keep it fresh. The sandwich, which I believe was served on sourdough bread, was excellent! It was also topped with other healthy food items, such as spinach, zucchini, tomatoes, and onions. I was really hungry so I ended up finishing the entire thing. Later that night, I had half of their cinnamon coffee cake, which was VERY delicious. I plan to have the other half later tonight and might finish it then. The service was friendly, the food came out quickly, and the ambiance was welcoming and very clean. When one customer left while I was waiting for my food, one of the employees came out and cleaned the table off, also ensuring that all the other tables around were clean as well. Whether you're a vegetarian/vegan or not, this is a great place to go if you're looking for lunch.

The best sandwich in Vegas and it's not even close. The bread is made fresh and you can taste it with every bite. The nomeats leave you full and pack more flavor than the real thing ever could. Honestly, there is no reason to ever eat lame meat with a place like this in existence. Fresh cut chips, fresh egg salad, and home baked cookies? Like I can't possible ask for more. But they gave us more! The drinks and the service are stellar as well. Seriously, this is a MUST STOP place here in Vegas. Do yourself a favor and swing in.

Ordered in for lunch... and I am so happy I did! The food was delicious. The packaging was perfect. I'm not sure how the feel is inside but I am excited to visit in person. Everything was packaged perfectly and the heart was such a cute touch.

Recently started making our own deli meat from seitan, so we came here for research. The bright, clean interior and friendly staff were a welcoming first impression. Their deli case featured an assortment of plant-based meats, cheeses, sides, and even sweet treats - for humans *and* dogs. Legit. My Aloha NoRib had good flavors, but the warm, saucy ribs overwhelmed the fresh veggies and made it a bit messy. I traded for my partner's Italian Cold Cut, which was lighter and much easier to eat. The NoTurkey pasta salad was a decent filler, but nothing special. Overall, I'd give this place a 3.5. The sandos were loaded (I struggled to finish mine) and would be great to share! Be like me - do it for science.

I was visiting Las Vegas over the weekend and searched for a vegan restaurant. This place did not disappoint. The man who took my order was very nice and gave recommendations. I went with their gyro sandwich and potato salad. The sandwich was amazing! The seasoning was on point. If I visit LV again I would definitely go back

I went thru the drive thru .. I hadn't been here in a while and right away I saw the new menu board ... I loved it ! Pictures, descriptions and colorful. I ordered the Greek sandwich it was made with seitan made in house. It was incredible! ( I won't eat processed fake meats . ) So I was very excited! Customer service was great as well! Thank you ! Next time I'm going to get the vegan chicken filet it's also made with seitan

I keep thinking I've written a review about this place but I haven't yet! No Butcher is amazing for their sandwiches that are vegan. First time I tried them was during COVID we drove through and tried their Thanksgiving inspired sandwich. They have a monthly specialty sandwich. It was amazing and we always want to stop by whenever we are in Las Vegas again. Next time we went and dined in and got a pulled "pork" sandwich it was delicious. You can make it a meal with some sides and a drink for a little more. When my sister visited Vegas we asked her to bring back a sandwich and their No Steak was soooo good. That aioli! The Italian cold cut is also delicious with different flavors and textures. I honestly have found their specialty monthly sandwiches my favorite and you can see what it is on their Instagram. Inside they do have a long table and small 2 seater tables. You order at the counter, get a number, and staff brings out the sandwiches to you. Staff is very friendly and they make their now vege meats which you can purchase as well.

One of the best sandwich spots hands down! All of the vegan Sammie's are perfection and I always can't wait to see what the monthly special is. My favorite special is the thanksgiving special and I look forward to it every year, and will Uber eats it to my job at least 3 times, along with the times I get one for my son lol. My absolute favorite is the Greek. The vegan meat is flavorful and on point, the taxing sauce is refreshing and I absolutely love that dill in it, the veggies are fresh, it's just absolute perfection. My tied two after that is the Italian cold cut, I love the garlic herb cream cheese, and the pastrami with delicious sliced cheese, pickles, and mustard. You can't go wrong here! They have a la carte meats for sale, the pepperoni is awesome, and the cheeses are so good too! During the holidays they usually have a charcuterie board and it's always a hit with all the vegan meats and cheeses, vegans and omnis all enjoy this place and food! If you're in Vegas, make sure to stop by !

Food: Very delicious, light sandwich. I haven't had pastrami in over 10 years and have been pescatarian for almost 9 years. This was the perfect fix. It was well constructed and not too small or jam packed. Service: Was efficient, informative and made good recommendations. Ambiance: Very chill establishment, had free WiFi so o was able to finish my work there free my lunch break. There was consistent traffic coming in and through the drive thru which is great to see for them. I will be back!

The Greek full meal (with potato salad and cookie), 1/2 lb no egg salad, and a dill cheese ball

I wish there was a location by me! I will go out of my way to get food here every time I'm in Vegas from now on! My friend told me about this place after she saw it on Chef's Table knowing I had a trip planned to Vegas so I could check them out. I couldn't get there to visit in person, but I ordered UberEats and had it delivered to our hotel just before leaving for the airport so we could have it for lunch before getting on the plane. I seriously wanted to try one of everything, it all sounded so good! Since I haven't had a gyro since I was little, I had to try the gyro full meal, and got it with potato salad. Then I ordered a dill cheese ball and 1/2 pound of no egg salad to take back home with me. My friend ordered the no tuna salad. The gyro was BOMB! I was especially excited about the tzatziki sauce since that is my favorite and haven't had it in forever. It was so damn good, I want to learn how to make my own so I can have it at home! The meat looked and tasted like the real deal, and the ciabatta bread was perfect with a slight crisp outside and chewy center. The entire sandwich was devoured and I wanted more!! The potato salad was good too (though I prefer mine without onions), and it was the perfect little side portion with the meal. The snickerdoodle cookie was soft and chewy and was a perfect fall flavor! My friend is not vegan but she thoroughly enjoyed the no tuna salad and said everything tasted fresh. I saved the no egg salad and dill cheese ball to have when I returned home to AZ, and now I wish I ordered a full pound! Oh my goodness this stuff is heavenly! Egg salad sandwiches were my favorite, and this tasted like the real deal. Again, I need this recipe so I can make it part of my weekly meal plan at home! The flavors bursting from the egg salad tasted like the real deal and I didn't even notice I was eating tofu. The dill cheese ball is made with cashew cheese, so it was a little more pungent and obviously not like a real cheese ball, but still good and goes great with crackers or potato chips! Hands down my favorite vegan place, and I can't wait to come back and sample some of the other sandwiches!! Highly recommend going out of your way to check them out next time you're in Vegas (or have it delivered to your hotel), you won't regret it!!

I am so impressed. The food here was delicious!!! I read reviews and everyone recommended ordering from their specials so that's what I did. I was not disappointed!!! So good! Hubby ordered the pastrami sandwich and he enjoyed it. The cookie and no turkey pasta also were great. We will be back. You order at the counter and pick up food when ready.

NoButcher is one of those places that makes me super jealous of Vegas. So this is my shameless attempt to beg the good people at NoButcher to please open a location near Long Beach!!! I would so love that!!! Hubby and I came straight here after a 5-hour drive from SoCal. No joke. While we were supercharging at Primm, I looked up NoButcher's hours and thought it would be best to skip checking into our hotel and go straight to the restaurant before they closed. We arrived 15 minutes before closing, welcomed by the most friendliest gentleman. Since this was our first time, he gave us the spiel about their housemade seitan meats and nut-based cheeses. Everything looked and sounded delicious! The Greek Salad was the perfect meal to settle in after a road trip. Made with spring mix, tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions topped with their NoGyro. I was impressed with the way they seasoned that seitan. It also came with a tasty tzatziki sauce. I would say that the greens to seitan ratio was unbalanced imho. I would have loved to have more greens to balance out the generous amount of seitan. That said, I'm grateful that they don't skimp on the NoMeat portion. https://bit.ly/3PnJUAr Meateater Hubby had the Pulled NoPork Sandwich. The seitan was covered in a delicious homemade bbq sauce and paired well with a maple-mustard cole slaw on a crispy ciabatta roll. Yum! Hubby also ordered a side of NoEgg Salad. At first, I wasn't interested in this, but then I took a bite and it totally rocked my world! Crumbled chunks of firm tofu mixed with creamy-creaminess flavored with something reminiscent of egg, or at least what I remember egg to taste like. I've heard that black salt taste like egg so maybe they use black salt? Whatever it is, this stuff is magical! https://bit.ly/46goBak Lastly, we've had the pleasure of enjoying their Lemon Poppyseed Cookie. https://bit.ly/3Nh3wDJ We loved this place so much that after our 3-day stay in Vegas, we decided to make a 2nd visit which was our last stop before driving back to Long Beach. I really wanted to purchase some of the cheese balls to take home. When I inquired about if they would last 5 hours in a cooler, the cashier let me know that they had some already frozen. Perfect for the drive back! So I purchased a Dilly Ranch Cheese Ball (https://bit.ly/46hLZ7l) and a Beer NoBacon Cheese Ball (https://bit.ly/3JqpkMe). I may have spontaneously decided on a large side of the NoEgg Salad to take home too. Seriously, it was worth it! NoButcher might be my new favorite place in Vegas! So again, I beg you, please PLEASE open a second location in Long Beach!!! :)

**Chef Kenny's Vegan Dim Sum: A Bold Exploration of Plant-Based Chinese Cuisine**…read more Chef Kenny's Vegan Dim Sum presents a thoughtful and imaginative reinterpretation of traditional Chinese dim sum. It perfectly caters to those who follow a plant-based diet while simultaneously captivating the palates of diners like myself, who typically enjoy meat-centric dishes. As I set out on this culinary adventure, I approached it skeptically, wondering how well classic flavors could be recreated without animal products. However, the experience was both enlightening and delicious, showcasing the rich tapestry of vegan cuisine while honoring its roots in Chinese gastronomy. My dining experience commenced with a delightful assortment that included Vegan Siu Mai, Bean Curd Rolls, and Hargow, each prepared with remarkable attention to detail and an evident dedication to the craft. The Vegan Siu Mai featured delicate, handcrafted wrappers enclosing a savory filling. This filling, made from a thoughtfully blended mix of plant-based ingredients, artfully mimicked the umami richness typically found in its traditional pork counterpart, creating a satisfying and deep dish. Next, the Bean Curd Rolls offered a delightful textural contrast. Each roll was perfectly crispy on the outside, delivering a satisfying crunch that gave way to a tender and flavorful interior, showcasing the craftsmanship involved in creating vegan versions of beloved appetizers. The Hargow was particularly impressive, boasting a translucent skin that practically shimmered on the plate. The subtle yet profoundly satisfying filling provided an authentic taste that highlighted the skill required in replicating such a cherished classic dish. To add a bit of variety to my meal, I ventured outside the plant-based menu with an order of non-vegan lettuce wraps. While these wraps diverged from the overall theme, they pleasantly added a fresh, crisp counterpoint to my meal, reminding me of the versatility and adaptability inherent in Chinese cuisine. The crisp lettuce provided a refreshing crunch and beautifully complemented the rich flavors of the other dishes. During my visit, Chef Kenny's apparent mastery in expertly replicating the complex umami flavors and diverse textures typically associated with traditional dim sum resonated with me. The plant-based substitutes utilized throughout the menu, such as Beyond Meat, were handled with remarkable expertise, allowing for dishes that simultaneously felt familiar and innovative. Though I cannot categorize myself as a strict vegan convert, I left with a newfound appreciation for the creativity and dedication Chef Kenny and his culinary team pour into every plate. For those adhering to a vegan lifestyle, this restaurant may serve as a beacon of gastronomic delight, firmly establishing that plant-based cuisine can honor time-honored traditions and present exciting, unique culinary experiences. Meanwhile, for non-vegans, it offers an excellent opportunity to step outside their familiar gastronomic boundaries and explore the endless possibilities of vegan cooking. Whether you are a curious diner or a devoted vegan, Chef Kenny's Vegan Dim Sum deserves a spot on your culinary itinerary. It is an experience that promises to surprise, satisfy, and inspire.

They were very accommodating to our requests for substitutions and even recooked our French fries to make them softer. My son and I shared the Salami sandwich with fries and I also got the southern fried oyster mushrooms with a Housemade dragonfruit lemonade. My son despises any vegan cheese or vegan mayo and he tore this sandwich UP! He even added extra mayo on his half of the sandwich. The olive jalapeño tapenade was tasty and really pulled the sandwich together but it was slightly spicy so careful to those who are sensitive to spice. The southern seasoned oyster mushrooms were so flavorful. The batter was light and crispy, the mushrooms were sliced thick and not too thin. One of the best I've ever had. The lemonade was okay. Appetizers: - Moroccan Cigars - Stuffed Zucchini Blossoms - Calamari Fritti The Moroccan Cigars were crispy and savory, and perfectly complemented by the spiced yogurt dipping sauce. I love these and have to order them every time I visit! Unfortunately, I didn't get a pic of this dish. The Stuffed Zucchini Blossoms are another dish I always order. They are airy, golden, and delicately battered, filled with creamy almond ricotta, and served with marinara dipping sauce. The textures and flavors come together beautifully, and the brightness of the marinara with the acidity of the tomato makes the dish feel perfectly balanced. It normally comes with three blossoms, but for a little extra you can add another, which was perfect for my boyfriend and me to share. The Calamari Fritti was one of my favorite dishes of the night. This was my first time ordering it, and I was blown away. It is one of those dishes that feels truly creative and special, as someone who doesn't eat meat. Being able to recreate the flavor and texture of calamari in a completely plant-based dish without compromising the experience is something I was genuinely grateful to try. It is served with diablo sauce, lemon, and sliced pepperoncini, which added a wonderful briny tang and satisfying snappiness to each bite. Just wow! The portion was also generous and perfect for a table to share. Entrées: - Fettuccine & Truffles - Eggplant Filet. The Fettuccine & Truffles was divine. The thick-cut fettuccine noodles were cooked to perfection and had the ideal bite to them. Honestly, some of the best pasta I have ever had. The noodles were served in a buttery sauce with a light grating of cheese and shaved truffle. The truffle added delicate earthy and umami notes without overpowering the dish. For fellow truffle lovers, I was also informed that you can add truffle to any of the pasta dishes, which is something I'm definitely planning to try during my next visit. The Eggplant Filet was served with mashed potatoes, buttery caramelized roasted garlic, mushroom bordelaise sauce, and crispy fried onions. My goodness, this was delicious. The bordelaise was rich and savory, giving the dish a luxurious and robust flavor. The eggplant is prepared in such a unique way that it develops an almost meaty texture while still being incredibly tender, silky, and melt-in-your-mouth. The crispy fried onions on top paired perfectly with the sauce and eggplant. This dish is truly like no other. Dessert - Pineapple Upside Down Cake You absolutely need to try Crossroads' interpretation of this classic. It was indulgent and bright, with toasted coconut flakes and a warm, jammy texture balanced by a decadent chewiness of the pineapple. It was served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. I absolutely love a hot and cold dessert combination so this hit the spot. The best way I can describe it is as though the tropical flavor profile of mango sticky rice and the warmth and coziness of apple pie came together to create something completely unique. It was the perfect way to end the meal. Service The Assistant GM, Jerad, was an absolute pleasure to meet and a huge reason this experience will go down as one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. At some fine-dining spots, the atmosphere can occasionally feel overly formal or even a little intimidating, but Jerad's approach was the complete opposite. He was incredibly kind, genuine, and down-to-earth, offering thoughtful wine recommendations, warm conversation, and gracious hospitality without ever making us feel out of place. He made the restaurant feel welcoming and comfortable while still maintaining the elevated level of service you would expect from such a beautiful restaurant. It's clear how passionate he is about Crossroads and how much he genuinely cares about the guests, creating special memories, and providing exceptional service. He truly went above and beyond to make sure my boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience. Seeing someone take pride in what they do while leading with kindness and humility is both refreshing and rare. Thank you, Jerad, for such a wonderful experience! Your positive attitude and presence made our Las Vegas trip feel incredibly special and memorable. Also shoutout to his wine rec: Saint Cosme Côtes-du-Rhône, a French red. I'm so glad I had the opportunity to try it because it is absolutely something I'll be gravitating toward and ordering again.

During that visit, the manager, Karen, stopped by our table to check on us. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuine, and I told her I'd definitely come back to try the restaurant myself. About a month later, a friend came to visit from California, and I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to return. Coincidentally, Karen was there again, and once again she made us feel so welcome and appreciated. Then, last weekend, I came back with another group of friends, and Karen continued the same exceptional level of hospitality. She even surprised us with an appetizer and Momofuku's famous Blondie dessert, which was absolutely delicious! (For anyone wondering, it's only available during dinner service, and it's worth ordering.) Every visit I've had here has been a positive experience. The food has been great, the atmosphere is fun, and the hospitality has been what keeps bringing me back. Karen truly knows how to make guests feel special, and that's something you don't find everywhere. I'd also like to give a shoutout to Cassie at the front desk. She is warm, friendly, and welcoming, and she makes a wonderful first impression. If I could offer a little constructive feedback, I'd say the dining room could use a bit more lighting. It's a cute space, but it feels a little too dark for my taste. The music was also a bit louder than I'd prefer, making conversation a little difficult. During our most recent visit, the service was slower than expected, and the pours on the white wine seemed quite small considering they were $21 per glass. Overall, though, I've really enjoyed my experiences at Momofuku. Great food, outstanding hospitality, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests keep me coming back. Karen is a true asset to the restaurant, and she's a big reason I'll definitely be returning.
