Really enjoyed Bagel Mania. The location right across from the Convention Center has a cool old school NYC deli feel with a modern touch, and the customer service was excellent. I got the New School on a jalapeño and cheese bagel with jalapeño shmear. The jalapeño flavor came through with a nice kick. My only complaint was the shmear was mostly on one side, leaving the other side a little dry. I'd just order it differently next time. My wife got the Crandall's Foxy Loxy and liked it, but wished there was a little more salmon. Overall, good sandwiches, great service and I'd definitely come back. read more

It was very busy on a Sunday morning. They had a live crooner singing by the hostess stand. It took a while to get a table and then took even longer to get our food because the kitchen was backed up. Our server Alan was wonderful and bought us juices to apologize for the long wait. The mish mosh soup was delicious with the bagel chips on the side. That's a nice was to reduce waste with leftover bagels at the end of the day. Slice them up and turn them into chips. I wish the soup had more kreplanch in it, only had one. The joe lombardo was a delicious pastrami bagel sandwich, but it only had a little pastrami in it. First time here! It's been a place I have been wanting to try. They have only valet parking while dining in. Very crowded as there is PinkBox donuts and a deli where you can buy sandwiches to go and deli meat. We waited 30 minutes for a table. But the food was a little short due to hype. I ordered iced cafe mocha which was very sweet. I also had the basic breakfast with substitute of potato pancakes. It was served with your choice of bagel and choice of bacon or sausage. This amazing Jewish bagel shop is located on Convention Center Drive,right near the Las Vegas Convention Center-it was a short walk from our hotel that was located on the strip. I did notice they have a pretty decent parking lot but we didn't use it because we walked to and from there. When you walk in,it's like a time warp-seems like the kind of place that would've been a hit in the 70s and 80s....Heck they even had a crooner in the corner singing Vegas hits from yesteryear to entertain the guests who were ordering bagels. This place did have a sit down section of their restaurant but I didn't go for that-so I will just review the part that sells bagels. Once inside you get in line and wait for your turn to select your bagels-your cream cheese and if u want it toasted(blasphemy!) They also offer bagel breakfast sandwiches. On this particular trip I went with a Jalapeño Cheddar Bagel with Jalapeño Cream Cheese-not toasted. My brother got a breakfast sandwich with a Bacon Cheddar Bagel with Egg-Cheese and extra Bacon. I can't vouch for how good the breakfast sandwich was because he ate it too fast too share it with me-but I asked him and he mentioned it was of the highest quality breakfast sandwiches he has had in quite some time. I can talk about my bagel-it was truly flawless-the bagel had perfect chew-it was fresh-the jalapeño and cheddar flavoring came thru-it was so great. What I loved the most about the jalapeno cream cheese was the fact that it was topped with freshly sliced non-pickled jalapeños-just took it to another level. If I remember correctly the bagel with cream cheeese was in the $6-$7 range-I don't remember because I was a bit hungover and wasn't at my sharpest. Bagelmania was truly a perfect choice to begin a day after a night of shenanigans in Vegas. The employees were all super friendly and very professional. In closing,I don't think any future Vegas trips will ever feel complete if I don't include a visit to Siegels Bagelmania-it's that special of a spot. The restaurant is clean and spacious, the food is ridiculously delicious (like throw your fork down in disbelief delicious, but don't actually do that), and the service is fantastic. We shared the Foxy Loxy and French toast. Both were amazing, and that was hands down the best French toast I've had in all 41 years of my life. What a hoot! came in on a Sunday Morning and whoever was at the Pinkbox side was everything I needed to start the day right. We had preordered a few dozen donuts and the lady was so good we had to get another dozen! But really, what blew me away was the bagel spread. If only I lived here I'd be 100lb heavier. This place is a must for a good bagel in Vegas. It is the real deal - they have Dr Brown's soda, egg creams, and sandwiches piled high with cured deli meats (pastrami, corned beef, brisket, etc). They have the true Jewish classics like matzo ball soup, latkes, and chopped liver. It's not cheap and there can be a long wait for the food, but we expected it and ordered a Bloody Mary and waited patiently. I thought the pretzel bagel was worth the wait and I am picky about bagels as the child of New York and Philly parents. Unfortunately I can't eat dairy, so I usually get my bagel with just whitefish, but the vegan veggie cream cheese was outstanding! Looking for a new breakfast spot, Siegel's Bagelmania seened a good candidate. So, we headed here and were enthralled by the colorful and playful ambiance of this popular place. It was filled with diners and buyers of deli items to go when we arrived. But we did not have to wait long before being seated. I ordered a Vegas Classic (3 Sunnyside Up Eggs withTurkey Sausage and Home Fries) and a sliced Kosher Dill Pickle. And Diane chose a Monte Carlo Sandwich (which was almost exactly like a Monte Cristo everywhere else) with Curly Fries and Potato Salad. The Monte Carlo did not have much noticeable powdered sugar on it when it arrived at our table. But, when alerted to this,our server went quickly into action and within one minute returned to shake added powdered sugar onto Diane's sandwich. Then she liked it very much. The Potato Salad was really for me, and it was a sweet delight. The accompanying Everything Bagel was one of the best in the city. And my eggs were perfectly cooked. I had never been in and had seen their GIANT bagel out front and also heard about the bagel eating contest here. So thought I would check it out. So there is a full service restaurant, pink box donut counter, bakery and bagel "counter". All of the three counters go through one line. Which thankfully had very few ppl in the waiting line so I gave them a try. BTW they get so busy they have valet! And the parking is very light on space! So I was in line behind 2 ppl who were ordering and maybe 3 more who had already ordered and were in line paying. I ordered 3 yes, just 3 bagels (which was $12.97) for plain unsliced and no schemer bagels..... now one would think three bagels in and out. Oh no! This little line took me 15 minutes to get through. Maybe 20! They do not have it together. And for that kind of money for three simple bagels. I do not need to go back. I can get a whole beautiful baguette of French bread right around the corner from me for $5 a loaf and the bread is bar none better than these bagels. Also the bagels were basically not good in one day! So no need to buy more than you're willing to eat that day fresh! That being said the bagels were ok but did not blow my skirt up...sorry to say. Now in Vegas finding good food is not that difficult, but I honestly never thought I would find bagels this good on the middle of the desert. It's slightly off the strip, which is fine and is a very unassuming place. It has that deli vibe when you go inside, and the variety of choices rivals any east coast deli. We ordered bagels of course, I got a poopy seed with garlic and herb cream cheese. The bagel was crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside and the cream cheese was homemade and amazing. The inside tables were full, but we were able to eat at a table outside. It was early and shaded so it wasn't too hot. It was huge - an entire breakfast on a bagel, including the hash brown. Had some friends come in from out of town who really were excited to try this restaurant. Despite my previous bad experience, I really wanted to be supportive, so I decided to tag along and give it to another try. This time I decided to try their roast beef sandwich and I was incredibly disappointed... again. My roast beef sandwich came out without any sauces or toppings, and my rye bread was not even toasted. Just take a look and see what was initially served, plain deli meat on un-toasted rye bread. Given what I received, I ended up going back to the staff and asked them to add all the additional toppings that were originally requested, toast the bread and add the typical mustard and mayo. The staff tried to argue that this is what a roast beef sandwich here looks like... However, after discussing further, they begrudgingly accepted responsibility and remade my order. What I received back was 10 times better than the original roast beef sandwich I was handed. However, out of the two times that I have been here, this is the second time that I received a completely incorrect order with a bunch of shortcuts taken by the kitchen staff. This is an issue that needs to be taken up by the restaurant manager with the staff, this can't be consistently happening to the patrons of this establishment. read more
